Stayed 1 night

After a horrifying experience from another Hotels.com property, which was the red roof Inn and Gastonia that had roaches crawling the floors were filthy. I had to find someplace else to stay and the best Western popped up, and it stood up Tow the pictures that were posted, even though I was only there for a few hours it was a great day. It was quiet only problem. It looks like they were repairing the roof for painting two doors down the dust and debris was coming like up the hall other than that it was a great stay and I will stay there again, but that Ray Ruffin that’s on this site needs to be taken down.

They were painting rooms on my hallway, but there was no noise, smell, or disturbances from the contractors. Only downside was the exterior safety door at the parking lot was not secure at all during my stay. I’ve stayed here several times and never had any issues. Front lot parking is EXTREMELY tight, if you drive anything bigger than a small truck, you should park out behind the building.
