It was just barely okay. Check in was slower than most hotels in my experience, there’s no elevators, the pool was closed, there’s no a/c in the hallways, all the vending machines were out of order, and there was no shower curtain. It wasn’t horrible but I certainly would not stay here again

The key only security door on the second floor was propped open with a wash cloth. Cigarette butts everywhere outside and the smell of marijuana being smoked outside was overbearing

The stay at the Best Western was good overall. The door to the third floor needs a new key card reader. It took almost five minutes each time to get it to work.

Apparently this facility turns the hot water heater off at night. Running the hot water slightly before midnight for 10 mins produced absolutely no hot water. Running it at 0600 it only took a few minutes for there to be hot water. Also, several of the electronic door locks we not working. If you have a trailer, the parking is not user friendly. There is really no easy way to exit the parking lot without having to turn your unit around.

It was a relatively ok experience, toilet had a little issue with the refill valve but nothing major , they offered to fix it right away , but I was charged an extra $100 and was told it was for deposit but I have not received it back yet! Also the key card kept on not being read by the machine at the door and they had to reprogram it several times! When will I get my deposit back? I left the room as it was when I arrived!

I like that there are several dining options within walking distance with more in a one mile radius. The area around the hotel and in the parking lot has a lot of trash, glass and cans. The room was nice with comfortable beds. Bathroom could be cleaner. Some mold was present in the shower.

Room looked clean, like the room had been cleaned, but obviously it hadn’t had the sheets changed as they had crumbs and hair between the sheets. Gross. Informed them and the cleaning crew did not come change the sheets, I had to do it myself. They gave me 50% off but then charged me extra for my dog. Nasty but I really only needed the room for my stuff to not have it in my car while I was out and about. Door also didn’t lock properly, seemed not secure other than the key card. USB broken on the lamp. Toilet didn’t flush the first night, we had to flush it ourselves by removing the lid to the tank in the back. Won’t stay there again.

Should have read the reviews first but lesson learned. Upon waiting for check in, overheard an older gentleman ask if there were elevators he could take to which there was none. I asked the lady at the front desk if there was a room available on the 1st floor because I have a bad back. Once my daughter and I opened the door, the room had a strong odor of cigarette smoke and the overall look didn't feel clean. So we quickly closed the door. Made our way back to the front and politely told the lady that we could not stay in that room because the cigarette smell was overwhelming especially having an asthmatic daughter. She was very nice and said it was no problem. Told me that she released the $100 security deposit and would not charge me for the room. We left and stayed at the Tru right up the road. Little bit more but so worth it

At first glance everything looked OK, but then I started noticing splattered drinks running down the walls, dusty corners, and areas that hadn't been cleaned in a while. The bathroom counter was covered in a white powder & everything I set down had to be wiped off.

I liked the breakfast area in the mornings. My issue is having to walk through a cloud smoke if marijuana to enter the building. It didn't end there, but the smell followed me all the way to my room. My non smoking room smelled like smoke. The toilet was broken and the TV wasn't working. Maintenance was informed, but only came to fix the toilet. The lady at the desk changed our room, but the next one smelled like marijuana too.

The non-smoking room smelled like multiple cigarettes had just been smoked in there prior to my arrival and the shower had mildew around the bottom. I was given a spray to combat the odors, went to dinner and came back to it smelling even worse. The clerk told me I would have to talk to the manager in the morning and I told her I was not spending the night in that room. I was then reluctantly moved down the hall right at an exterior door where people went to smoke which was disgusting and all I heard all night were transfer trucks gearing down or up. If I could give a negative rating I would have.

Bathtub has been 'refreshed' with something akin to paint. it is all peeling and flaking. Spoke with another guest over breakfast - same bath tub condition. Anything that would absorb noise is gone. The guests next door were talking - at normal level- until 2am. Noise came right thru the walls.

My main issue was that there was no hot water for the shower at 5 am. I did mention this to the front desk and they said they would inform maintenance but nothing was done and no one said anything to me. The stairway was dirty on the 3 days I was there. It put me off even before I entered the room. The bed had some plastic sounding item as a mattress cover I presume. It made the bed noise with any movement. The AC was very noisy. I had to turn it off to be able to sleep and endure a rather warm night. All in all it was not what I expected for the price.

This hotel was okay for a night. Horrible mildew smell in the hall by the ice machine. They were using a fan to dry the area. Longest check in ever. I worked all day and its taking 20 to 30 minutes to check in. And then $100 deposit for this dilapidated hotel. Room was clean

They over charged my card over $500 for the deposit. Then want to enter my room for no apparent reasons. Act like there trying to get my deposit money somehow. Smh what the world has come to for ppl to try and take from somebody who is already in a situation where they can’t even get a house or anything else lost it all for them try take what’s lift

It always amazing i love the nice renovated rooms, very clean and bed very comfortable we enjoy are stay all the time ..the owners and general manager wonderfull the make this hotel the best in the town. breakfast excellent,the pancake maker its my favorite..but have eggs,sausage, biscuits its perfect..fruit juice, milk,coffee...We never going to any another hotel in this area i glad we pick this one two years ago and this hotel so close to anywhere and lots of eat out place and restaurants near walking distance..Thank you you make as stay so comfortable.

The rooms in this hotel are clean and nice. They have everything you need like microwave, coffee pot, blow dryer and iron and ironing board. There is a continental breakfast and the staff are friendly.

It was terrible. The breakfast was inedible. We stayed for three days because of a hurricane and housekeeping was only done one time. The ice machine kept breaking and an alarm would go off and no one would do anything. i finally unplugged it so we could sleep.

The manager was nice and cooperative. It was quiet and the beds appeared to be clean. Breakfast had a variety and was good. The 1st room was okay. However, when we went to use the refrigerator it was green with mold. We asked for another room and was moved. The 2nd room refrigerator worked. However all the grounds on plugs were broken and stuck in outlets. From the reviews , we chose this hotel because it was near a Cracker Barrell. I hope it was just a bad night, but worst meal we have traveling. We only need a place to sleep, but will not return.
