I booked online for what appeared to be a handicap accessible room with free parking and internet. I got a room on the third floor of a building with an elevator which was broken for at least two weeks (not mention on the webpage) and a requitrement that I sign a paper agreeing that they could bill me for toilet paper. I was too tired to care and went to my room to get some work down. Found the information to log on and began to log on. Got to the [check this box to agree to the terms and conditions] which was a link and I clicked to see the terms and conditions to read them before I agreed to them and go an error message that I was not connect to the internet so could not read that page. So I went back to the office and was given a code but the same thing happened. So to read the terms and conditions I had to agree to them before I read them. What kind of stupid lawyer would I be to do exactly what tell my clients not to. I would have never booked there without the wifi. Went back upstairs and found my door was broken and could not be locked. Downstairs AGAIN and the staff (who was nice but powerless) helped me rig a semisecure lock with the knowledge that after I left it might be fixed. Made me think of the term flophouse for the first time in a long time.

staff was good. property was in bad condition. room was dirty, bedding was dirty. bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy. property had a lot of drug addicts and homeless people seemingly treating the place as an apartment complex. shower filled with water when in use. floor was sticky. air in the room felt damp and heavy. loud guests at all hours of the night and morning.

First, the hotel hallway stinks. Cooking in the rooms generated bad smell everywhere in the property. Secondly, only 1 desk, 1 computer, and one hotel receptionist to sever. Therefore, a long line in peak time checking. No lobby. Hotel elevator is out of order for ever never fixed. Every guests have to walk up stairways. Toilet is 100 year olds. Stains and stinks in toilet bowls it is horrible to use toilet bowl like that. Water show flow rate slower than my urine flow. Kitchen provided by no pan nothing to cook. No coffee maker in the room. Towers are too old it scratched my skin when I used it to wife my body. No safety mat in the bathtub that could hurt someone if skid. Cleaning service knocked the room door at 10:30 for checking out. Hotel internet wifi so slow. I never come back this hotel again and recommend everyone not to come.

While the bed itself seemed clean, the floor was so dirty, I walked around in my shoes. The shower and walls in the bathroom were dirty. The fan in the ceiling of the bathroom was missing the cover and was just caked with dust. The room smelled bad. Had there been ANY other options in the area I would’ve picked that over this hotel. With all that said, the lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful.

This place was absolutely disgusting. We booked last minute because it was cheap and the pictures looked good. We have 5 month old twins that were upset and extremely exhausted. The staff took forever and were completely unprofessional. When we walked into the room there was black stuff all in the bath tub. The lamp shade had burn marks all over it. The walls were yellow and there was stuff all over the walls and dressers it was DISGUSTING. No place for infants. When we told them about it they didn’t offer a refund, to clean the room or give us a different room.

There was poop on my fitted sheet, I told staff and was told I’d have to bring it down stairs. I got a new fitted sheet, put it on bed and there was freaking poop on it AGAIN! Went back down stairs and guy at desk was Very very rude!! It’s as if they don’t wash the sheets or don’t care what they wash with sheets.

I did not even stay at the hotel because it was a terrible experience. When I got there nobody was at the front desk. I had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes to get checked in. Then when I got to my floor there was people laying in the hallway that I had to step over to get to my room (3 people were laying in the hallway). Then when I got in the room and pulled back the comforter there were 3 large stains on the sheets (looked like blood). I took pictures of the soiled bed sheets. Then when I went back down stairs the front desk clerk was gone. The lights were off, the door was locked and the gate was down in the office. I had to use the phone in the hallway to call a hotline to make my complaint and get the front desk clerk to come back down stairs. It took him about another 10 to 15 minutes to come back down. I checked out immediately and want a refund. Please refund me because the conditions were terrible and I did not stay the night. I was in and out of the room in less then five minutes. It was an overall terrible experience so I would like to get reimbursed.

I rented 2 rooms. The door was spilt in one room so you had to lift up hard to get it to close. It looked as though someone had tried to force the door open. There was a large gap in the door to the second room so all noise level was terrible. Both doors were unsafe. It was the worse hotel stay I have ever experienced.

My mom and I stayed her as a result of her house having an extended power outage due to Hurricane Helene. We went to Gastonia because it was relatively unaffected by the storm and hotel rooms were available at a reasonable rate. We stayed for almost three weeks. This hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. First, the good. The staff was excellent. Everyone from the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping were friendly and competent. Also, we met a number of long term residents and they were all quite friendly and we became friends with quite a few. The price was right and my mom and I each got a room of our own. Everything in our rooms functioned as required from lights to appliances. The area around the hotel has a lot of trees and is quiet at night with the exception of the freeway which is on the north side of the hotel. The bad: #1, there were roaches. I killed 2, and found 1 in my fridge, dead. I'm a super clean person and never left food or garbage out (even my garbage goes in the fridge) and yet still found two on the counter. #2- the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. I tossed all night and woke up with horrible back pain. #3- noise. Not just the interstate, which was expected. People fighting in neighboring rooms, people partying out in the parking lot. The room had a beat up feel with gouges in the walls, a missing door on the cabinet, etc. And nothing is supplied- no dishes, utensils, pans, not even a coffee pot or hair dryer.

The room was ok...the fridge didn't work....could not connect to the wifi at all (even after calling the front desk and getting specific instructions)...the bed was fairly comfortable...there was plenty of hot water....a hotel employee opened our door TWICE without knocking (if he knocked neither my wife nor I heard him)....however, the hotel assistant was very friendly

Made reservation, paid reservation, booked an Uber from the emergency room where my broken arm was treated. Arrived at hotel to be told no room available. left stranded, had to book another Uber to car. drive 1 1/2 hours with broken arm in pain. Horrible experience!!!

There were a lot of people lingering around the property. Lots of drug sales and an abandoned gas station right down the street where drug sales were made. Overall the stay wasn’t bad, staff were really nice, and everything was clean but the area that this hotel is in, I would not recommend. I did not feel safe at all!

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Very unsafe for a family to be here. We paid for our booking, and showed up less than an hr later only to find probably around 20 guys just hanging around the parking lot. Partying, and smoking weed. After several attempts to get reimbursement, we had to just leave. This place will steal your money, offers no apologies for this kind of behavior. The only reason they can’t reimburse your money is because they need it to operate because of a bad name. This is nothing but a trap for those traveling through the area. Very disappointed in this place!!

The Front Desk Representative was WONDERFUL! She was kind and answered all of our questions. However, the pictures did not match the room or area around the hotel that was advertised. The room and hallways wreaked of marijuana. There were multiple people loitering in the parking lot when we arrived that night to check in and no security was in sight.

This place was absolutely disgraceful! The location is very scary, its on a dead end road with no signage or lighting. The staff was rude and claimed there were no rooms then said there were 6 rooms but they were all dirty. He then magically found a room that was "clean". When he finally let me in to do my check in I noticed 3 cockroaches racing up and down the wall. The worker then informed me the room had no pillows. He brought me 2 pillowcases (dirty) and 2 pillows. The pillow on top had black spots, possibly mold, on the top and what the hotel worker described as pubic hair on the bottom. When I said I wouldnt be ises those pillows he brought out 2 blankets and told me to fold those and use them as pillows. I went to check the room and it reeked of pot! I can over look that, what I couldn't overloook was the multitude of dead cockroaches all over the counter tops as well as the stove and cutting board. The bathroom was just as disgusting, it came with both living and dead roaches and some odd black fuzz in the bathtub. I DID NOT stay in the room!

I had made a reservation online and arrived at 11:45pm, only to find that there was nobody at the front desk and the entrance was locked. I had to call for assistance to check-in, which was a frustrating and time-consuming experience. Once I finally entered the room, I was disappointed to discover that the bed had not been made, and there were no sheets or blankets in place. Furthermore, the absence of a shower curtain was a major inconvenience during my stay. Additionally, your motel claimed to have a kitchen, but there were no plates or silverware available, and all cabinets were empty. To compound my discomfort, my room was situated right next to the highway, and the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive. The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner also contributed to an unpleasant experience. Moreover, the continuous opening and closing of doors by other guests was disruptive to my rest. Overall, my stay at your motel was a disappointment, and I would like to request a refund. Expedia had not faxed the Reservation so check in was a nightmare. Fortunately, they were able to find us a room. The room had not been clean and the bathtub was dirty. I had to clean it before I showered. There was only one clean towel When I went down to get another towel, no one was there. No breakfast.
