Stayed 1 night

Price was good but some issues when getting to my room. Toilet wouldn’t flush, had to pull the back off and manually pull the stopper. Fridge had rust all over the outside. Bathroom door had a whole kicked in the door. Tv had no directions. Was total static. Called front desk to ask about it they said they would be right up and never came. There are signs everywhere about no smoking and u will be fined but the staff or guests had the back door propped open with something and were all smoking. 2 am I guess they were moving the trash bins around the hall way or something but I heard it outside too so it had to be staff related. Again not a terrible stay for the money but this hotel has definitely seen better days. They make u sign all the waivers about a 250 cleaning fee if caught vaping or smoking but literally everyone is smoking cigarettes or weed. Dosnt seem like management enforces the policies but I guess they have to make money.

Arrived at property no one at the front desk. Eventually someone showed up to get us checked in. Got to the room and it smelled. Tried turning on the tv and it didn't work. Tried calling the front desk with no success. Went back down to the office and got someone to come to the room for assistance. Tv still didn't work. They promised to return with a new remote. No one ever showed up. Very unhappy with overall experience
