Lets start with the good, it was SUPER quiet. And the water pressure was amazing... and thats all the good.. We were greeted by 3 unhoused people, one activity using in front of the door, could not walk. I drove around for about 5 minutes before checking in because i didnt feel safe to leave my car. I an not a weak person, and have delt with active addition before, but THIS was really bad.. there was ZERO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.. even though it was listed. DO NOT TAKE KIDS HERE, not safe. There were used needles in the pool.. so take it for what it is...

It was a topical hotel as far as people around the parking lot but the room was clean and nobody bothered anything

The staff was NOT friendly at all. After staying there on and off for months they wanted to start charging me a pet fee of $22.50 a day for my dog which Id had with me the entire time! it was only when a certain employee worked that I was being harassed and treated differently and unfairly. and not to mention the surroundings arent pleasant either. And they started charging more for the pool and never even opened it

There was one staff member that was very nice and helpful I asked for a accable room I'm disabled and I have mobility issues I was okay without it but they put us all the way down the end it was very far from the pool and office for me to walk when I asked to move rooms they said they didn't have anything else.I was very disappointed the house keeping staff was rude and didn't bring me anything until I complained to the front desk .there was one nice man that drove my daughter and I to the room and when I complained he even brought everything I needed to the room.

We came to the hotel and we found the room infected with cockroaches, the whole room was extremely filthy, we didn’t use the hotel

Checked in this property on Saturday afternoon went to room air condition did not work. Room was filthy. Smells bad floor gives away as you walked on it door have been broken into in the past no safety lock on it smoke alarm missing could stick your hand between the wall and the air conditioning unit and could also stick your hand underneath the door. This place deserves to be tore down. It is a total waste of money, homeless people all around the property prostitutes in the parking lot this is ridiculous.I really think I should be reimbursed for this stay try to get my money back, but was told that it was an Expedia booking and they did not refund very very disappointed. After not being able to get a refund was issued two more rooms. Those rooms were not much better. TV did not work smoke alarms missing cracks under the door. Same cracks around the air conditioning units like I said this whole facility needs to be bulldozed.

Is property advertised that they have a breakfast, they did not. But 24hr coffee is available. The first room they put us in are keys did not work. I got housekeeping to try to let me in and their key did not work and she had to use a regular key. My husband had to go to the front desk to get us into another room for the night. Then we get in the room. There's no table. There's no chair. The phone doesn't work. The TV's not working properly. There's a hole in the middle of the floor. My husband goes out to go to the front desk to complain then his key wouldn't work. The gentleman at the front desk was rude. This is unacceptable. Then my husband finds live bug crawling on the towels. We tried getting room across the parking lot but they were booked. Don't waste your money. Don't stay here. Horrible place. I can give it a negative five I would.

Our room had roach infestation, the lady at the desk was nice and gave us another room that looked to be bug free.

While we were about to go to sleep we saw a roach crawl down the wall. The bed was made but there were crumbs on it. A random qtip was on the floor. The tv didn’t work. Overall, it was not a great experience.

The property was dirty and had coackroaches the rooms were falling apart the staff was very unfriendly and the residents were loud and police there every night i was there.

I like the room, but I did not like the fact that when lifted my blanket up the sheet had dried blood stains on it!

The room was very clean, but the couch was very uncomfortable a table and chairs would have been a much better choice since we went and picked up our dinner. No place to sit down and eat.

The rooms are big

First my smoke detector was tweeting until they changed the battery. My phone was not connected. Wanted to call the front desk and it wasn't connected. The floors were dirty. The main reason I booked the room because it said breakfast was included. And there was a sign in the lobby that breakfast was between 6am and 9am. But they didn't serve breakfast. Why does the website and sign say breakfast is provided and it isn't.

I was stranded due to weather, and had to wait till next day for my flight. Due to two other events going on in the area, most hotels were booked (or $600+). Found this hotel about 20 min from airport. The room was clean. The first room offered was occupied. In the next room offered, the A/C unit was disassembled in the room. This was the last room available that was non-smoking. I was told by the attendant that there was a smoking room available but it was known to have roaches. The attendant did try calling to the hotels next door to see if there was availability, but everything was booked. With no other hotels in the area available I stayed in the room with no A/C for the night. Thankfully I had added travel insurance to this stay, which I would recommend. You may have a great experience, I just had a lot of things working against me this one night.

The room had no chair other than a desk chair that fell backward as soon as I leaned back, no phone, and no desk light. Apparently, I was supposed to be in a standing or sleeping position throughout my stay. I asked the person at the desk the following day to get me a chair. My request was ignored. The door "keys" did not work properly. I got new keys and they didn't work properly either. I had to insert the "key" for about ten to twenty times, and if I was lucky, the door might open. Very tiresome. When I wanted to check out, there was no indication of what time the manager was supposed to show up in the morning. There was only a sign warning me that if I didn't check out on time, I would be charged $20 extra. I was early, but wanted to talk to the manager about all the troubles I had been having with the room. I tried to call the office with my cell phone and got only a recording. The manager showed up at 8 o'clock after I had been waiting close to an hour. During that time, other guests showed up looking for assistance, and had to leave because no one was around to help them. The experience of staying at this motel was a pain from start to finish.

did not like the way room layout. tv could have been front of sofa. very little room at foot of bed, because of cabinet with fridge , micro and tv there.also no ice bucket or cups in room. had good coffee in office.

Someone said they called the owner and an employee was being sent from another property. Eventually, two people showed up to check people in, and they were efficient. When we walked into the room we saw a cigarette burn on the sheets. We also noticed that several rooms have permanent residents (one even had a grill outside the room). We did not feel safe or comfortable staying at this Econo Lodge, so we left and stayed in another hotel.

My check in experience was amazing the desk clerk was helpful in many ways. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. When I visit this town again I will most definitely stay at this hotel very good for the price.

Your staff was very polite, friendly and very respectful. I was travelling alone and they mad sure that i had a room by the office in case i had any issues with anything. Very appreciative.

The place obviously had Tropical Storm Helene damage, but that was no excuse for the horrid appearance, weird people roaming around, and the filth. The website looked very good, but the place was a disgrace. I refused to stay there. They said I would cancel the reservation. I hope they follow through. Expedia should be more careful. I would like an explanation from them.

I feel that y'all need to tighten up on your workers that clean the rooms because they don't know what they doing also this is very inconvenient not to have breakfast like they used to in the mornings

Although they try to keep things clean, many of the tenants leave their trash outside (not in the cans). There are cameras but there were awful screaming matches between my neighbors when I was staying there. It may not be like this all the time but I do not recommend extended stay. They had a fire which disables them from serving breakfast.
