The hotel was amazing. The real stars sign at the front counter - nothing was too much trouble. They worked hard to make sure that our stay was a great one. Highly recommend. If you need a lift, make sure you ask for a room with access to the lifts! Thanks for a great stay.

Personalen är mycket kunnig och trevlig. Rummet var fint och rent. Bra frukost och fin service. Vi kommer gärna tillbaks. En sak man bör påpeka tydligt är att hotellet inte har hiss. Det gick bra för oss men är man lite äldre eller handikappad kan det vara ett problem.

Hotel U Páva är ett charmigt hotell med unikt inredda rum. Hotellet ligger på ”lillsidan” precis vid Karlsbrons fäste. Vårt rum låg på tredje våningen, hiss saknades. Vi fick ett rum med soffa, fåtöljer och bord i ett separat rum samt sovdel i ett annat. En liten flaska bubbel mötte oss på rummet vid ankomst. Rummet hade en fantastisk utsikt mot Pragborgen. Helt okej frukost men inget extra. Trevlig personal med gott bemötande. Rent och snyggt med daglig städning av rummen.

Veldig bra beliggenhet nært Karlsbrua og rolig område. Veldig god frokost og hyggelig personale. Vi fikk rom i 3. etg uten heis, så det kunne være tøft å gå opp alle trappene etter en lang dag ute. I en annen fløy så var det heis, så trenger du det så må det sies ifra. Teppegulvet kunne ha vært støvsuget litt mer. Badet var veldig rent. Kommer til å bestille her neste tur til Praha.

In generally very interesting Hotel, the history was exixting around us. Breakfast is extremely good and the staff serving breakfast is very friendly, our special thank to them! Our room was somehow charming, but impractical because the 4th floor without an elevator (80 steps) and the room was partly too low and dark. The window view of Prague Castle is great, enjoiable ! Further, the Mr. Reception did not respect the Silver privilege as granded to us by Hotels.com and therefore we we bit surprised.

We loved our stay at U Pava. It was a 5 min walk to the Charles Bridge, and faced a quieter courtyard. The hotel was lovely and clean. Our room was large enough for a couple. The bathroom was in good shape, with just minor repair needed on the door to the bathroom. It dared from 1600's, and was well kept for such an age. Breakfast was outstanding, with eggs, fruit meats, cheeses and small pastries. The only thing i would mention is that you must be able to manage narrow stairs with your luggage. We were on the 3rd floor. We used the airport transfer arranged by the hotel, and were very glad we did.

It is one of the most special and unique hotels I have ever stayed in. The service from start to finish was phenomenal with great care and professionalism. Security is top notch and paramount here and no more than 2 minutes walk to Charles Bridge. The breakfast is fantastic quality and the whole hotel both bedrooms and interior is again beyond immaculate. A very proud hotel and history is beautifully preserved. Will certainly stay here again.

Friendly and clean hotel only 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge. We had a lovely room on ground floor with arched brick ceiling. Room wasn't the biggest but that did not ruin our stay. Loved the hotel and Prague.

Great boutique hotel right in the heart of Lesser Town Prague. Close to the trams and metro, walkable to pretty much everything in the historic centre of the city and easily connected to the rest. Staff were very friendly. Daily breakfast was hearty. Quite happy with the room - I think we got the only room with a balcony! Would definitely stay here again

This hotel is absolutely wonderful - old-school charm in a fabulous location! You are less than 5 minutes’ walk from Charles Bridge, with excellent restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself is lovely; we booked a suite, which had an amazing view of Prague Castle. Rooms also have aircon, which was very welcome! Breakfast is great - there’s a good selection of hot and cold food, choice of pastries, fruits etc. Service was superb too.

Bra läge, lugn liten gata. Hade valt de luxe rum men tycker inte rummet va mer än lägre standard rum. Sängen helt slut och gick knappt att sova i, Fanns ett uttag i hela rummet. Kopplat till en knapp, också enda sättet att släcka, och då slutar laddning av telefoner. Smart TV finns men ingen internet kopplad till så värdelöst för att kunna logga in på NetFlix. Frukost bra, personal trevlig. Trots skylt med Amex så går det inte att använda.

Wir hatten ein Hinterhofzimmer mit Blick in einem von Taubenkot übersäten Lichtschacht. Im Zimmer bekam man nicht mit welches Wetter draußen ist ! Wie im Bunker ! Einfach schrecklich ! Die von Expedia zugesicherte Flasche Sekt wurde uns trotz Nachfrage auch vorenthalten ! Also alles nicht so sehr schön !!!!

We were very pleased with our 3 day stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and in a prime spot near the Charles Bridge and walk to the castle. We booked the luxury room and the view was incredible. The breakfast was very enjoyable as well offering hot and cold options. Overall great hotel in a fabulous city. Defintely will stay here again when in Prague!!

The staff was not helpful and very unfriendly. We were very disappointed. The hotel was dark and hard to see around in the hallway. we only had one outlet in our room. The only thing good was the location. I would not recommend this place ever.

Great location near the river and Charles bridge, in a quiet area but still close to bars and restaurants. Most sites are within walking distance. Public transpiration just around the corner makes connection to airport and further trips easy. Very friendly staff and they made us feel welcomed l! The breakfast included everything you need. Really recommend this hotel in every way!
