j'ai aimé le luxe a petit prix et le concept bien plus agréable qu'une simple chambre d'hôtel. j'ai moins apprécier les couacs de communication. 1er séjour: messages WhatsApp, pratique et réactif, au top. 2eme séjour : j'ai attendu une heure avant de pouvoir rentrer à l'hôtel faute de code. A notre arrivée, à 15h30, je n'avais pas reçu les codes, cette fois çi envoyé par mail(?). Rien dans ma messagerie, rien dans mes spams...sans un mot d'excuse, on me les renvoi sur WhatsApp,1/2 heure après mon premier message (2). Mais pas celui du Parking...encore 20mn d'attente. Ce manque de réactivité est inexcusable et c'est bien là, la limite d'un hôtel sans accueil.

Todo fue excelente. La habitación era muy luminosa, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, el baño y el aseo estaban muy limpios. Las camas, las sábanas y las mantas eran muy cómodas y limpias. El check-in y el check-out fueron muy fáciles. La única cuestión que tuve es que estaba un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad.

Todo fue excelente. La habitación era muy luminosa, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, el baño y el aseo estaban muy limpios. Las camas, las sábanas y las mantas eran muy cómodas y limpias. El check-in y el check-out fueron muy fáciles. La única cuestión que tuve es que estaba un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad.

En cuando llegamos a las 6 am , nos habilitaron lockers para guardar las maletas ,también el día de la salida se nos quedó una bolsa en la habitación , gracias a Sr jaime nos ayudó” guardar en la recepción mientras que enviamos un amigo a buscar , fue amable la atención

Nice room, but be aware that check-in is fully automated (entrance sent via text) and area is questionable. No staff on site to handle a couple of situations - fire alarm and potential intruder attempting to enter building with random pin codes. These aren’t hypotheticals, we witnessed this. Room was clean and really nice apartment. This seemed to be conveniently located to restaurants and stores but away from popular spots. The lack of on-site staff is the main negative experience here. If you are okay with not having on-site assistance, the place seems to be a good way to feel like a local.

La struttura è molto bella e comoda per spostarsi con la metro, l'unico problema riscontrato è stato il codice per poter accedere alla struttura. Dopo circa un'ora al telefono con Hotels.com sono riuscito a risolve ed a poter accedere, quindi consigliata, prestare attenzione alle comunicazioni che dovrebbero arrivare via mail per poter accedere, altrimenti potreste inciampare nello stesso mio inconveniente.

Todo excepcional, la propiedad está nueva y muy bien decorada, únicamente calibrar los detectores de humo pues se activaron los dos días que estuvimos allí, una vez por la noche y la otra vez por la mañana cuando íbamos de salida. La ubicación es excelente solo la comunicación con la propiedad es muy difícil, nos dieron las instrucciones de ingreso a la hora del check in no 24 horas antes, y solo porwye Expedia nos ayudó eso nos puso nerviosos, pero sabiendo esas cositas y que cuesta cerrar la puerta del edificio y lo de o excepcional, repetiremos sin duda

Nel complesso la stanza era ottima. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la presenza di armadietti con lucchetto in cui riporre gli zaini anche al di fuori degli orari di check-in e check-out. Due pecche: il cattivo odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno e il fatto che il divano-letto non fosse stato preparato (mancavano anche le lenzuola)

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very comfortable and stylish, with a well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. One of the rooms has three beds, which was perfect for our tired children after a long trip. Everything was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Also the location was excellent 10-20 minute ubers to very central location or under an hr train journey! Also, you have the option of housekeeping daily. if you want which was a nice surprise to us. We couldn’t really figure out the air con situation for heating. But thats on us i guess

Nel complesso la stanza era ottima. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la presenza di armadietti con lucchetto in cui riporre gli zaini anche al di fuori degli orari di check-in e check-out. Due pecche: il cattivo odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno e il fatto che il divano-letto non fosse stato preparato (mancavano anche le lenzuola)

Very clean space and had everything we needed. Two balcony spaces and a terrace downstaires. No complaints. Also the location was excellent 10-20 minute ubers to very central location or under an hr train journey! Also, you have the option of housekeeping daily. if you want which was a nice surprise to us. We couldn’t really figure out the air con situation for heating. But thats on us i guess

Todo fue excelente. La habitación era muy luminosa, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, el baño y el aseo estaban muy limpios. Las camas, las sábanas y las mantas eran muy cómodas y limpias. El check-in y el check-out fueron muy fáciles. La única cuestión que tuve es que estaba un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad.

Nice room, but be aware that check-in is fully automated (entrance sent via text) and area is questionable. No staff on site to handle a couple of situations - fire alarm and potential intruder attempting to enter building with random pin codes. These aren’t hypotheticals, we witnessed this. Room was clean and really nice apartment. This seemed to be conveniently located to restaurants and stores but away from popular spots. The lack of on-site staff is the main negative experience here. If you are okay with not having on-site assistance, the place seems to be a good way to feel like a local.

It was a nightmare to get into the building. Communication with the service center was difficult even though I spoke to them in Spanish. The room was great, a little noisy since I was right by the stairs, but good overall. The area doesn’t have that many options for food, there was one restaurant in the corner which was really good but that’s about it.

excellent stay, clean and beautiful room, daily cleaning, very comfortable bed and the sofa bed is quite good for its type. The air conditioning worked perfectly and it had a kitchen with all the necessities. However, there should have been at least a chair or a stool in the room. 10/10 I would definitely go back

The room was very modern and clean. It had everything we needed. The host was very helpful. The location was nice and very close to the Metro. The only downside was the sofa bed. Its mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. You could feel the metal bars. The actual bed was very comfortable.

The only complaint is the code for entry door quit working but we were able to speak with receptionist via doorbell camera to get in. Overall very nice place to stay in a nice neighborhood.
