Great hotel. We had a room opposite the ferry terminal, when the windows were closed dead quiet. Bed, bedding was of great quality. Big bathroom, good strong shower. Very clean. Breakfast was varied with many options. Mini bar with water,juice etc as gifts. We had cycles & they were secure in hotel garage.

Credevo che la posizione in centro fosse difficile da raggiungere in auto e che il parcheggio impossibile, tutto il contrario, si raggiunge in un attimo e l'hotel con una giusta spesa si preoccupa di parcheggiarti e riportarti l'auto quando ti serve.Ceck-in velocissimo. Abbiamo scelto la Suite Teatro, splendida camera all'ultimo piano con vista sul mare, spaziosa e molto luminosa. Letto comodissimo con lenzuola molto morbide e confortevoli. Una bella sorpresa, il benvenuto con bigliettino personalizzato scritto a mano, cesto di frutta e cioccolatino squisito. Frigo bar fornitissimo e compreso nel prezzo, oltre a macchina del caffè con cialde ed ogni tipo di the. Bagno ampio con grande vasca (che non abbiamo usato) 2 moderni lavandini, sanitari sospesi ed una enorme doccia con 3 getti emozionali a soffitto e doccino manuale. Tornando alla camera, a disposizione un grande Tv credo da almeno 50" un bel divanetto a piedi del letto, oltre a due poltroncine. Naturalmente disponibili vari prodotti per doccia, sapone, ciabatte, salviette ed accappatoi in abbondanza e di ottima qualità. Colazione continentale con ampia scelta, ma in particolare con prodotti di alta qualità, non abbiamo cenato nel ristorante quindi non possiamo giudicarlo. Commento finale? Perfetto! Non si merita 4 stelle, è da 5!

Great hotel. Central and classy. Very comfortable room but the people and service is what differentiate it. Everyone went out of their way to provide the best experience, from the breakfast service to the concierge and parking. We had to leave one day earlier than we booked because of a family emergency and they were so nice they adjusted our reservation. We will be back.

We were there 2 nights and picked this hotel because it was close to the ferry we were taking the second morning. Very close yo the ferry boarding and kind of a rough looking area but it was very save.The docks do retrofitting of cruise ships and consequently there are a lot of "ship yard" workers, but again very safe. The hotel itself was very clean and exceptionally nice.

Temperature tropicali con conseguente aria troppo secca. Direte che bastava aprire la finestra, ma si apriva solo anta a ribalta quindi l'aria non corcolava. Cuscini di due spessori ma entrambi morbidissimi quindi come fossero entrambi bassi. Luce di ingresso della stanza che si accende da sola, sicuramente un contatto difettoso, ma siamo stati svegliati per ben due volte. In bagno un fiume d'acqua che esce dal box doccia. La camera è bella, pulita e con tutte le dotazioni. Personale gentile e professionale.

We had quite an enjoyable three-night stay at the Grand Hotel Palace. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff we met were wonderfully helpful and polite. The included breakfast was a real plus, served by very courteous waitresses. Our only gripe would be the noise level one night, with some guests being rather boisterous and extremely loud in the corridors late at midnight. A bit of a shame, but it doesn't overshadow what was otherwise a thoroughly commendable stay. Would happily return.

The hotel is located in the port area of Ancona. It is a great spot to watch cruise ships and fairy boats come in and out of the port. There are many churches, which a few have a spectacular view. We were able to walk around much of the town and visit the open air market they had on Saturday. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and accommodating and helpful. The entire hotel looks fresh well done and was very comfortable. The only thing we had a negative on was how hard the bed was ha ha. I would highly recommend this on any trip to Italy to go to the Adriatic and stay here.

This property is fantastic. The room was lovely, overlooking the port. Windows in the main room and the bathroom afforded great views. The extra touches were great. Bottled water, snacks, coffee and tea,nice bathroom products, all made the stay so pleasant. We ate dinner in the dining room. Delicious meal and attentive staff. I’d like to give a shout out to the front desk staff, fabulous. We will certainly stay here again
