Las Palmas Airport Inn

Cleaning girls were amazingly good! I appreciated our room’s cleanliness. Front desk chatted on the phone the entire time I checked in. Lobby could look more welcoming. Grounds were clean; pool was not. Closed. Ugh Not many amenities offered at this hotel but the price was right!

Carpet stained. Blanket stained. Cockroach on front door. Pool closed for repair. FYI this is a hotel/apartment so that can explain why the condition.

I chose the motel because my Expedia search showed it to be pet friendly. It is not. Cannot pay cash for room, only credit card. Pool looked nasty

It was conveniently located and it was clean. My issues with the room was that it was not well maintained. There was several lights out, the faucet was loose and moved around. The carpet was clean but had several discolorations and seemed to need replacement. The pool area was clean but the water itself was greenish, leading me to believe it's possibly an algae issue. I needed to get to the airport early, 6 a.m.and the office door was locked. There was a number to call in case of being locked but received an answering machine. I left the key in the room because there was no other place to leave it. The place was okay, however, I probably would not recommend it to a friend and I myself probably would not stay there again.

They say pet friendly. But I walked into the lobby with my dog and was instantly told that they don't accept dogs.

I stayed here 7 nights. In that time housekeeping came to the room once to empty trash and exchange the towels for clean, and that was on the afternoon of the 3rd day.. I brought it to the attention of the front desk but when housekeeping never came. The pool filter was broken closing the pool. The toilet seat was loose. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

We reserved our room because there was a special on Hotels.com. We were visiting family and just wanted a safe, clean room to stay in. It was well worth it. It was not a five star hotel, nor did we expect it to be. The staff was very helpful and we will go there again. They are still upgrading the hotel, so be patient. They are doing everything they can to improve and we appreciated their transparency and effort.

We booked the los Palmas for Saturday night everything was fine, we booked this hotel the los Palmas AIRPORT for Monday night and had completely different experiences. The addresses were different but the hotel was the same! We feel lied to and jipped as Monday night was more expensive than if we had booked the hotel without the word airport in the title. This more expensive room was far left desirable, the carpet was stained. The second bed was stained, the room smelled like soiled food/trash. There was hair everywhere! In the tub, the sink, the hand towels the tv dresser I did not feel clean. This room was a balcony...that's a joke it had a sliding glass door that was creepy on the ground floor that went out to no where giving no insulation and the area was loud! People talking, strange item dropping noises all night. Also no breakfast as advertised, we would have grabbed something Sunday morning but was not staying long enough Tuesday morning for it to matter either way.

Our room was on the side where most rooms were closed off and very little people on our side. Hygiene products they offer is really cheap and doesn’t smell good, so take your own. The floors were dirty and can use a deep clean. The house keepers never made it to our room side and took 4/5 hours to bring fresh towels and toilet paper to our side. Had 2 Queen beds in Room One Bed was so sunken in that only one person could sleep on it and the other bed was just fine Tons of homeless people running around but for the price not bad. Also no coffee machines in room and Tv channels are none existent.

Air conditioner was noisy. The entry door has gaps around the base of the door, which allows insects in the room and is not energy efficient. The TV programs need an option to change the language from Spanish to English. all of the lights in the room were very dim, including the bathroom.

No service after hours,room had bad smell to it 1st room wasnt even ready no sheets on bed

When I arrived they didn’t have a room available so I had to go to another hotel.

The property is not close to dining areas unless you like Macdonald or Arby’s.
