Excellent stay, they upgraded us to a swim-up room which was marvellous

We arrived on Mon 13 July for a 2 night stay booked @ hotels.com. We had phoned ahead arrival to add my child to our room (17 f) Maria was very helpful and returned my saying it would not be a problem for a fee. On check in the staff were very good and we were shown to our room which appeared clean & recently refurbed. That’s where the good points end if I’m being honest. We were told that we could not use the pool attached to our room after 6pm despite there being no signage or notes in the room clarifying. Also nothing stated this on the booking. Very disappointing as we clearly paid extra for this service. Evening entertainment was mediocre at best. Last night it was kareoke level at best and I swear the guy was wearing trackies! Our room was cleaned whilst we were on the balcony without so much as a word from staff they missed rubbish left from last people. 2day the piling rig started next door. The hotel didn’t even recognise this. The hot water only worked 1/2 the time and the TV in the room was never programmed at all. Finally, after our 3rd night at dinner our daughter (wearing a kids band) was approached in the food area by a waiter, addressed as ‘sir’ and told she couldn’t wear the flip flops she had worn for the last 3 nights. When I complained at the restaurant desk I was ‘shooed’ into the general managers office. As much as she apologised she tried to turn it on us 4 not using the desk (we did) & she’s 17 (wearing a kid band). No one asked my husband for the same

Wow!!! Amazing hotel!! Great location, close to everything but still quite. Good breakfast, great pool and amazing spot for adults only. Highly recomanded

Rooms clean, good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but did the job. One of the best check-in experiences ive had. Not sure on the girl on the desks name apologies (maybe Maria) was pleasant, very welcoming. Would stay again if in the area.

Bad service. The staff only gave all the all inclusive guests service. We had half board and did not even get help to get something to drink to the food.
