The room was clean, staff were helpful. Located on Main st., it is within walking distance of all the downtown attractions and businesses. I would highly recommend the hotel, but have two items to note: 1. Parking behind the hotel costs $15CAD/night, but parking on the street is/was free for now until the city installs the new parking meters. 2. I love the Nespresso coffee makers this hotel offers. We drank the pods on the first morning; however, there was no maid service that day and no refill of the coffee pods. It was late enough that I didn’t bother the staff, but the hotel should think to refill the coffee pods even if they do not provide daily service for cleaning & linens.

Was just here for one night. It's brand new so it was extremely clean. Staff were great. Room was very comfortable. Fitness centre had some dumb bells and a cable machine, so that was nice.

Very happy with the Hyatt and service. My only complaint is the bar closes at 11pm which is too early for the weekend. Please extend bar hours to at least 12am on weekends.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were great, and overall it was a relaxing experience. The only downside was that our room was only restocked once during our five-night stay. We had to ask each day for coffee refills, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, whenever we asked, staff responded quickly and were always polite. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Just a small improvement with housekeeping would make it perfect!

Everything about this hotel is top notch. Very comfortable bed, comfortable room and friendly & attentive staff. It would have been very useful if there was a microwave provided. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

This is an amazing place with a great restaurant, our one complaint is there no no sports stations on their tvs that is very weird to us. They do play some on a TV in the biestro area but it’s only what they want to play.

Nice rooms and location but we didn’t like the too-soft bed and the loud A/C system that you have limited ability to adjust. Room was always a little cool despite adjustments to the thermostat but most importantly you can’t reduce the air flow to try to reduce the loudness of the duct system. No rattle just too much air flow for the size of the ducting so just a constant heavy noise level.

We had just completed a 12 hr drive——and were admittesly hangry——-and I was anxious to check in so I could settle my pup. The check in went on for 20 minutes. I truly don’t understand how a prepaid reservation takes that much time and paperwork to simply issue me a key.

My family and I stayed the night at Hyatt place Whitehorse after a full day of traveling and it was a great stay. We enjoyed the clean rooms and the convenient of a restaurant at the hotel. It made the stop convenient for us . The staff were extremely kind and professional . Would highly recommend.
