Sehr weitläufige, gepflegte Anlage mit 4 großen Pool Bereichen. Somit verläuft sich das ganze Publikum und es wird nicht der Eindruck geweckt, in einem riesigen Hotelkomplex zu sein. Vom Kidsclib, über diverse Sportanlagen bis hin zum Erwachsenenbeteich - für jede Altersklasse ist etwas geboten. Auch gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, hier ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Einziges Manko bei unserem besucht Ende August waren die Stechmücken.

The staff were excellent, always available, the property clean and in good shape but definitely the facilities were absolutely amazing! I especially enjoyed the olympic pool. It was great to do laps in the morning and then lounge around in the generous loungers and gazebos in the afternoon. Ordering food and drinks using the QR codes was really easy and convenient, and service was prompt. There was plenty to do all throughout the day and in the evening. A fantastic selection of a la carte restaurants made each meal a real treat and overall it felt like still really good value for money.

Very well maintained property, and no area ever felt overcrowded. Helpful staff and great facilities (the outdoor Olympic pool is terrific); good and varied food offering; nice list of social/entertainment activities. Last but the in-house minimarket is an extremely handy option to have.

Gut: - Anlage sehr groß & weitläufig & sehr grün & sauber - 4 Pools (2 beheizt) + 1 indoorpool - kleiner Minimarket (Wasser 1€) - Strandabschnitt schön - Frühstück sehr gut - mehrere Restaurants vor Ort Negativ: - ALLES kostet Extra-Geld (Spazugang 30€ pro Tag, Tennis Court 15€ etc., Fahrräder extra) - wir hatten Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht und hatten zwar ein größeres Zimmer aber mit Aussicht auf die Rückseite eines Gebäudes.. - Zimmer war nicht sauber bei Ankunft. Wir haben drauf hingewiesen und statt aufzuräumen wurden wir aufgefordert aufzuzeigen wo genau der Dreck war. Auch noch nie gehört - Personal war teilweise sehr arrogant leider - Regenschirme wurden aufs Zimmer gebucht (noch nie gehabt bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel) - Zimmer leider leicht in die Jahre gekommen - nach Beschwerde bei guest relations wurde uns ein nur ein Alternativ-Zimmer angeboten für Extra-Kosten. Kein anderes Entgegenkommen. Alles in allem hatten wir zwar eine schöne Zeit, aber m.M.n. Ist das Hotel keine 5 Sterne. Wenn man bereit ist mehr Geld zu zahlen; ist es eine tolle Alternative.

The Neptune Luxury Resort is exactly as I hoped it would be. From the friendly, and hard working, staff to amenities and beautiful grounds creating a feeling of space. My room was near the beach and was almost perfect as it had twin beds and I was a solo traveller. The room Wi-Fi was super fast and the fixtures and fittings well designed and of good quality. The bathroom was large with a rainfall shower which was powerful and easy to use. My room was cleaned perfectly everyday with no concerns about intrusive maids. The simple cards left at the rear of your front door, informing whether you were in and did not wish to be disturbed to the alternative informing you were away and would like your room cleaned is diligently followed. The beach and choice of pools are all excellent, although I spent most of my stay exploring the island each day. I did use the hotel`s gym every day and it was clean, well equipped and adequate to my training routines. A water dispenser is supplied, along with clean, fresh towels. I visited the hotel`s spa once, for a massage, and this was also worth the visit. Lovely, professional staff who listened to what I required and made the experience with their knowledge and kindness. I stayed half-board and both the breakfast and evening meal were up with the best I`ve experienced anywhere in the world. Again, staff knowledgeable and genuinely patient and kind. Check-in and check-out both professional, concise and fuss free. All in all, a great stay.

Amazing stay and very relaxing holidays! The facilities were more than anyone could wish for, excellent room condition and service, tennis courts, creative time for the kids and activities for all ages. Would recommend to anyone for a relaxing family holidays!

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und weitläufig! Die Liegen an den Pools sind bequem gepolstert und am großen Olympiapool kann man mit der Familie Schatten in den zahlreichen kostenlosen Daybeds suchen. Am Meer kann man die Daybeds entsprechend buchen. Die Liegen am Meer sind etwas unbequemer aber zweckmäßig! Klasse ist auch das man Getränke und Snacks direkt per QR-Code an den Schirmen oder den Daybeds ordern kann. Über den Strand erreicht man in wenigen Minuten die TamTam Bar. Der Besuch lohnt sich zum Sonnenuntergang oder für einen Mittagssnack! Gehört zwar nicht zum Hotel, ist aber wegen der Nähe ein absoluter Pluspunkt! Von den Restaurants auf der Anlage kann man eigentlich nur die Osteria wegen der Meerlage und die Taverne wegen dem griechischen Abend hervorheben. Die Restaurants sind gut aber Spitzenklasse darf man aber nicht erwarten!Beim Buchen einer Familiensuite kann man in der Osteria auch das Frühstück genießen. Ich fand aber hier das Hauptrestaurant wirklich sehr gut. Gute große Auswahl! Alle auf der Anlage sind sehr freundlich. Der Service beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen ist sehr übereifrig! Das Glas ist noch nicht ganz leer und es wird einfach nachgeschenkt und auch beim Essen werden die Teller quasi mit dem letzten Bissen abgeräumt. Dem einen gefällt sowas aber ich freue mich, wenn man mir auch etwas Zeit gibt. Wir waren vor zwei Jahren auf der Anlage und man hat viele vom Personal wiedererkannt! Das spricht für das Arbeitsklima und die Hotelführung. Top!

It was very sterile feeling. Nothing special. The front desk was awful and my room smelled like mold. When I complained, they switched room for one night and then tried to put me back in the same room which is ridiculous… mold does not disappear in 10 hours

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Als wir einen Stromausfall nur in unserem Zimmer hatten, war innerhalb weniger Minuten ein Elektriker zur Stelle und hat das Problem behoben – ein wirklich toller Service. Die Außenanlagen werden kontinuierlich in Stand gehalten, man sieht überall, dass daran gearbeitet wird. Auch das Seegras am Strand wurde entfernt. Der Strand selbst hat uns nicht ganz so überzeugt, dafür gibt es aber mehrere schöne Pools mit ausreichend Liegen, die für Entspannung sorgen. Die Außenpools waren für unser Empfinden zu kühl, auch die privaten Pools in den Superior Zimmern – eine Temperierung wäre wünschenswert. Das Hallenbad hingegen hatte eine angenehme Temperatur. Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut und hat uns bestens geschmeckt. Gäste mit einer höheren Zimmerkategorie können ihr Frühstück im Restaurant Osteria einnehmen, wo frisch gepresster Orangensaft serviert wird. Die Anlage ist etwas weitläufiger, was wir persönlich als angenehm empfunden haben, da wir so jeden Tag einen kleinen Spaziergang genießen konnten. Zudem gibt es ein abwechslungsreiches Angebot an Aktivitäten und Abendunterhaltungen, die gut organisiert und unterhaltsam waren. Stayed for 2 nights whilst travelling around Kos , beautiful hotel, definitely worthy of 5 stars, immaculate grounds, pools and bar areas . Staff mostly very lovely, rather rude reception staff however , largely due to the MAJOR ISSUE we had with our room . We booked a superior sea view room which was incredible inside ,beautifull appointed , wonderful bathroom, HOWEVER, the hotels website states this room type are located in the bungalows, we were given a room in a block ,top floor , 3 storeys high ,with no lift , and FIVE flights of stairs up and were told " yes , this is a bungalow room !!!!!!" They were totally unwilling to move us unless we paid for an upgraded room , we had already paid £100 for that upgrade. No way was it suitable for anyone with a mobility issue but the staff and also the manager were not interested in the upset it caused us , i showed them the text on their own website stating in bungalows, they insisted the block was a bungalow ,total nonsence and exsapersting. Now for the view it was a pool view room , with a side sea view in the distance . Having travelled extensively around greece i would say their customer service/ care is nowhere near that of Ikos, Mitsis or Grecotels , we felt as a 95 % german clientel base they were very unintested in us as British guests. Overall ,a beautiful 5 star hotel which left us unhappy and disasastified , total waste of our money .I would say choose your room very carefully , as false info on their own site !!!!

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Buffet lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Räume in den Aussengebäuden bräuchten jedoch dichtere Türen. Der Spalt unten an der Tür ist leider ziemlich gross, wodurch auch Insekten ins Zimmer kommen - an unserem ersten Abend ist ein grosser Käfer reingekommen. Wir haben dann jeweils ein Handtuch in den Spalt geschoben, wenn wir im Zimmer waren, damit wir Ruhe haben. Tagsüber war der Spalt aber frei.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, was perfect, peaceful and relaxing. It had multiple bars restraints and pools as-well as facilities such as quad bike rentals to visit local towns to break up the stay. Great rooms very spacious and modern however the mosquitoes do get in the room and bite however that’s not the hotels fault. Pool bars could offer more cocktails on the menu however when asked they do make to your choice which was very pleased with. I would agree with the 5 stars it’s rated would recommend and return, expensive but is the same price as other restaurants/ bars in Greece so wouldn’t let that detour you. Has everything you need 10/10

The Neptune Luxury Resort is exactly as I hoped it would be. From the friendly, and hard working, staff to amenities and beautiful grounds creating a feeling of space. My room was near the beach and was almost perfect as it had twin beds and I was a solo traveller. The room Wi-Fi was super fast and the fixtures and fittings well designed and of good quality. The bathroom was large with a rainfall shower which was powerful and easy to use. My room was cleaned perfectly everyday with no concerns about intrusive maids. The simple cards left at the rear of your front door, informing whether you were in and did not wish to be disturbed to the alternative informing you were away and would like your room cleaned is diligently followed. The beach and choice of pools are all excellent, although I spent most of my stay exploring the island each day. I did use the hotel`s gym every day and it was clean, well equipped and adequate to my training routines. A water dispenser is supplied, along with clean, fresh towels. I visited the hotel`s spa once, for a massage, and this was also worth the visit. Lovely, professional staff who listened to what I required and made the experience with their knowledge and kindness. I stayed half-board and both the breakfast and evening meal were up with the best I`ve experienced anywhere in the world. Again, staff knowledgeable and genuinely patient and kind. Check-in and check-out both professional, concise and fuss free. All in all, a great stay.

A resort hotel so not much around it. However we had already had a few days near Kos town for sightseeing so a few days here relaxing was great. A big complex with plenty of space and lots of areas for sunbathing including a beach. Plenty of sunbeds. We did half board and the food was good. Plenty of restaurants on site if you prefer to pay each night. Rooms appear brand new with quality furnishings and decor and clarins toiletries.

We stayed one night as part of us travelling back to Sweden from Kos. We received OK service from the reception, being able to check in late at night when we arrived. However, there was no hot water in the tap in the bathroom (and only luke warm water in the shower). Also, the pillows where very thick/high and uncomfortable. The room's AC was quite noisy. The hotel building facilities are quite worn down and would be in need of a renovation.

Das Hotel ist für mich der perfekte Ort um abzuschalten. Das absolut einzige was ich diesmal reklamiere und auch schon weitergeleitet habe ist, dass sich die Türen nicht leise schließen lassen bzw. die Gäste sehr gerne die Türen ins Schloss fallen lassen haben. Mir wurde gleich neues Zimmer angeboten. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind sensationell und alle Mega nett. Fast alle Mitarbeiter sprechen dazu auch noch deutsch.

We had high hopes for this hotel after a great experience last year, but sadly, this trip was a complete letdown from the moment we arrived. Check-in was a disaster — we waited over an hour while the front desk tried to track down a charge for our child's breakfast, despite booking through Expedia for two adults. We were eventually charged $85/day for a child’s breakfast — on top of an $800/night suite for 3 people. We spent 30 minutes speaking with customer relations about all the issues we faced — she promised to follow up. We never heard back. On our first day, the room was ready, but no one called or emailed us — despite having double-checked our contact details. We ended up wasting 5 hours waiting, unable to enjoy the hotel or settle in. Now, let’s talk about the beach — last year, it was phenomenal. This year, they’ve placed rock barriers in front of it, making 90% of it inaccessible. The artificial lagoon they created is constantly flooded with garbage and seaweed on windy days, and the rocks are sharp — we got cut and injured trying to swim. You can’t see where you’re going. Meanwhile, the resort next door had dozens of people happily swimming in clean water. Here? Maybe 3–5 people in the water at any time. They’ve completely ruined one of the best natural beaches. The staff in the restaurants and spa are wonderful. Giorgis at the spa was excellent — I received three treatments from him, and they were among the best I’ve ever had. The management of the spa is also excellent. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk, which is a complete disaster. They are rigid, unhelpful, and in several cases outright incompetent. On our last stay, we did not even receive our welcome gift. One staff member made repeated errors, including charging my card twice and attempting to bill me for breakfast that was clearly included in my reservation. When we asked to change rooms — after I was bitten on the premises, developed an infection in my foot, and could no longer manage stairs — the woman at the desk blamed me for flying, accused me of not seeing a doctor, and only backed down when I showed her my antibiotic prescription. Instead of showing empathy, she was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly used passive-aggressive remarks such as, “I’m happy that you are happy,” even when she was at fault. When her mistakes were corrected by her manager, she would turn her frustration on the customer rather than own up. To make matters worse, when they upgrade you because of the Expedia VIp, they act as though they are doing you a personal favor and then use it as leverage against other things they fail to deliver. The Neptune Luxury Resort is exactly as I hoped it would be. From the friendly, and hard working, staff to amenities and beautiful grounds creating a feeling of space. My room was near the beach and was almost perfect as it had twin beds and I was a solo traveller. The room Wi-Fi was super fast and the fixtures and fittings well designed and of good quality. The bathroom was large with a rainfall shower which was powerful and easy to use. My room was cleaned perfectly everyday with no concerns about intrusive maids. The simple cards left at the rear of your front door, informing whether you were in and did not wish to be disturbed to the alternative informing you were away and would like your room cleaned is diligently followed. The beach and choice of pools are all excellent, although I spent most of my stay exploring the island each day. I did use the hotel`s gym every day and it was clean, well equipped and adequate to my training routines. A water dispenser is supplied, along with clean, fresh towels. I visited the hotel`s spa once, for a massage, and this was also worth the visit. Lovely, professional staff who listened to what I required and made the experience with their knowledge and kindness. I stayed half-board and both the breakfast and evening meal were up with the best I`ve experienced anywhere in the world. Again, staff knowledgeable and genuinely patient and kind. Check-in and check-out both professional, concise and fuss free. All in all, a great stay.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Neptune. Cannot fault the service and the grounds and amenities are beautifully kept. Our kids (7&11)particularly enjoyed the daily football matches, evening open air cinema and evening entertainment. We also enjoyed the water sports on offer as well as doing absolutely nothing lounging by the pool with the beautiful sea view! Would highly recommend for a relaxed family holiday and look forward to returning in the future.

Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die angenehme Atmosphäre, die durch den zuvorkommenden Service geschaffen wurde. Das Essen war qualitativ hochwertig und geschmacklich hervorragend. Auch das Zimmer ließ keine Wünsche offen: sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Very, very good stay, excellent location and something for all ages. We stayed at the executive suite, which was brilliant in every way! We wanted to extend our stay but the hotel was fully booked! No riff raff, in terms of the people who stay there. All family orientated. Very clean throughout and the venue is very well thought out, a mini little Greek village! Sun sets, Mountain View and so much more, we will definitely be back. If I was to be extremely picky, the evening buffet was a little similar, but on certain days when changes were made, the food was awesome! 10/10!! Thank you to Neptune and all its staff!

I have never stayed in a five star hotel and if they are all like this I'd be happy to pay the extra pennies all the time! It was really luxurious and comfortable, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic and there were about 4 swimming pools and different sections of beach with a different vibe. Really loved it. Took windsurfing lessons while there and they were great. Close to the airport. I hired a car from the hotel one day - very simple - and visited Kardemena, Kefalos and Tigati and did not regret my decision to stay here. Was with a friend. I sometimes travel solo and in that case might prefer to be somewhere I can walk out of the hotel and be close to bars etc but the feeling of this place being like a safe sanctuary added to the 'escape' element of the holiday. Would recommend to anyone - couldn't fault it and felt genuinely sad to leave.

Taxis coming to the hotel ask for a lot of money, especially from these hotel guests. We paid 25 euros for the airport transfer, which was said to be 22 euros at the reception. It was only 7 km away.

Bei Bedarf gibt es genug Animations-/Sportangebote. Die Auswahl und Qualität beim Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut (auch für Vegetarier). Von der Anlage aus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer, die benachbarten Inseln und den Sonnenuntergang. Der hoteleigene Strandabschnitt ist etwas kleiner aber trotzdem sehr schön und mit Liegen und Schirmen ausgestattet. Die Sporteinrichtungen und -anlagen sind gut ausgestattet und gepflegt.

A big complex with plenty of space and lots of areas for sunbathing including a beach. Plenty of sunbeds. We did half board and the food was good. Plenty of restaurants on site if you prefer to pay each night. Rooms appear brand new with quality furnishings and decor and clarins toiletries.

The staff were excellent, always available, the property clean and in good shape but definitely the facilities were absolutely amazing! I especially enjoyed the olympic pool. It was great to do laps in the morning and then lounge around in the generous loungers and gazebos in the afternoon. Ordering food and drinks using the QR codes was really easy and convenient, and service was prompt. There was plenty to do all throughout the day and in the evening. A fantastic selection of a la carte restaurants made each meal a real treat and overall it felt like still really good value for money.

There were a few oddities like no iron available, you had to use their dry cleaning service which was a fee. The variety of food options during dinner at main dining hall was lack luster since this is not an all inclusive resort and snack availability between meal services was almost next to in-existent. The prices of the meals at the restaurants on the resort were on the pricier side considering how much we paid. The resort wasn’t as lively as we thought it was going to be. They didn’t deliver on the activities at all. If I take away these and other things that were odd, the resort itself was beautiful and the staff I would say was 110% the best. I just wished some things were different because I really think the resort is nice

Das Zimmer sehr sauber,sehr schön und tolle Ausstattung.Wir hatten Frühstück inkludiert und es gab tagtäglich eine Riesenauswahl.Die Restaurants im Ressort sind vielfältig und sehr gut!Das Personal extrem freundlich und man wird in keiner Situation im Stich gelassen.Für mich eines der schönsten Hotels bis jetzt und ich kann es zu 100% weiter empfehlen!!!

It has something for everyone - multiple pools (chilled adults only, olympic size pool for swimming, fun pools for families), multiple restaurants (we loved the Italian Osteria). How do your catering staff produce such outstanding food for hundreds of guests? Swimming pools are the perfect temperature. A market and shopping parade offer everything you need for your stay. The most beautiful views and grounds. The interior design is fresh and contemporary. A stunning collection of sofas and and Eames lounge chairs. Interestingly, this is a single, family run hotel, which explains the incredible service and hospitality. Having travelled the world, I’ve now found a sanctuary for my family. We hope to return soon.

The team looking after the children is fantastic with them, as are the family-friendly facilities. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the hotel and its gardens are magnificent.
