Great location on Connaught place. The restaurant and bar are very pricey, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. The front desk could have been better, arguing that somehow a family of 5 that had booked two rooms for 5 people should be expected to share two double beds. After a long argument am extra mattress was provided, but not before trying to upsell a third room to us. Apparently if you book children they don’t count towards bed space? Our children are teens. So either the front desk staff were being unhelpful, or that is truly the hotel policy in which case if you are travelling with children avoid. The restaurant staff were very helpful and packed us a lunch for our train journey. There is a small gym and a spa onsite but we didn’t use so can’t comment. The security downstairs were also very helpful and helped to get cars when we needed them. I’d stay again due to the location, but with family I’d look elsewhere for this price.
