Towels and robe seemed very worn out. There is no beach. You have to take the bus to another hotel. If you wanna go to the beach, they do offer a water taxi that was a big plus it was fun.

Great staff smaller resort the Hitachi restaurant is very good the chef puts on great show just make a reservation with the concierge when you get there and the water taxi is fun you can go to big resort or take the shuttle to all four resorts and you all-inclusive is good at all there resorts

The hotel is not on the beach and they advertise access to the other "sister hotels", but not all-inclusive, you need to pay for your food and drinks on the beach (other hotels). The room view was gorgeous (we had lagoon view; it had a mini kitchen and a large jetted tub on the balcony; the bed was comfy and the shower head was nice. We asked about 3 times to shut off the balcony light and the last person told us it couldn't be shut off, but all the other rooms did not have lights turned on.There are 3 restaurants (not 4). The main buffet/a la carte restaurant, an Asian food with teppanyake and another one that serves snacks till 6pm everyday and it turns into a "Mexican food" restaurant (open 1x/week for dinner). The buffet food varies very little, the food was mostly cold and not great (but omelet was amazing), they can't handle a full restaurant. The entertainment is early and somedays it was pretty lame. The hot tub's jets were uncontrollably strong. The pool is pretty good, swim up bar is a plus. You can't go in the lagoon water at all because of the crocodiles, but we didn't see even a hint of any crocodiles. I was disappointed overall, but depending on the package you get, it may be worth it... I am not sure.

El hotel es pequeño pero muy cómodo. Hotel ideal para las personas que buscan relajarse y descansar. Siento que le falta un poco de actividades y ambiente. Quitaban la musica del area de alberca a las 5 de la tarde y ya despues de eso no habia actividades o algun evento. Solamente me tocó un dia de 1 hora de karaoke y fue super rápido. Tienen dos restaurantes pero solo 1 funciona para desayuno comida y cena. El otro funciona solo oara cena y es tematica asiatica. Aparte esta el snack bar de 12 a 6 que es bastante variado. No es el clasico snackbar q tiene siempre lo mismo. Era temporada baja por lo que no había mucha gente en el hotel. Segun lo que me comentó una de los cheff, cuando hay afluencia baja, se manejan comida y cena a la carta lo cual se agradece porque se siente mas personalizado el trato. El desayuno es buffet. El room service que tambien esta incluido nos sorprendio de lo variado que esta para ser room service. No se si sean todos los cuartos pero nos tocó tina de hidromasaje que se super disfruta! Tiene la ventaja de poder usar las instalaciones de los otros hoteles de la cadena, y en el Royal sunset te dan derecho a la barra y al snack bar hasta las 6pm. Y tienen el transporte para los hoteles, el camión y la lanchita que nos enteramos tarde para disfrutarla pero super recomendado. En general nos parecio super a gusto y super relajante. Lo recomiendo para los que buscan ambiente de relax y desestres. No lo recomiendo si buscan ambiente de fiesta.

It was nice to be at a smaller resort and not be in a high rise. Everything was close. The asian restaurant had good food. The buffet and other restaurants were good also. They had nice activities including yoga, kayaks, and bicycling. We were able to take kayaks to the Mangroves one morning. It was fine not having a beach, because we could visit their other hotel and hang out at the beach there. It was unclear if the all-inclusive was included at their other hotel.

Smaller property, with mostly quiet surroundings, the water taxi was not running according to schedule, bus transfer between the 4 properties was Ok, but it took almost an hour to get to some of the locations, limited to no entertainment. Really liked our room that was facing the lagoon. Food was OK. Very friendly staff

Sunset Marina is pretty nice. it’s not beach front but you’ll get the best picturesque sunset. the jacuzzi by the marina seems cool but we didnt get a chance to experience it. Pool time ends at 7pm which we thought a little early. but its alright, we just wish we have more time to use it esp after being outside all day. We love the pool and the pool side bar! Our room is spacious, it has 2 bathrooms which is amazing! We love the room, esp the jacuzzi inside the bedroom. Love the structure of this resort, it’s def giving Santorini vibe. Restaurants are okay, staff are nice, food is okay. The juice in the buffet could be better. Selection of food is good tho. We love the sushi and tepanyaki in the Asian restaurant, the other items in the menu, not so. the pad thai, mongolian beef and ramen didn’t taste like it, but no hate, I thank them for acknowledging my birthday and gave me a birthday cake during the tepanyaki show. Unlike the concierge who asked me twice if we are celebrating something, told them twice that it’s my birthday, but didnt get the cake in the room ( i saw the cakes being delivered to the other room 🙁) but no big deal, all good. Also, concierge didnt mention that we need to make a reservation for tepanyaki, so we failed to do it on the exact date of my bday. Overall experience is great! This is our first time to do all-inclusive and we’d say it’s worth every penny. We would stay here again! A gym would be nice, I hope they add that amenity in the future.

Foi incrível! Todos muito cordiais, tudo muito limpo. Ambiente tranquilo, familiar, acolhedor, e com atividades legais para fazer. Amei minha hospedagem, suite limpa demais, com varanda e jacuzzi. O local dispõe de 4 restaurantes que estavam inclusos no pacote de All Inclusive, com comidas saborosas e funcionários super educados e atenciosos. Eu com certeza voltarei numa próxima oportunidades

We stayed at Sunset Marina Resort for 10 days and overall we had a very good experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. When we first arrived, our room had a loud noise from the outdoor AC units, but we told the reception and they quickly changed our room to an even better one. We really appreciated that. Most of the food was tasty, but there was one issue with the desserts. It seems the fridge where desserts are stored has a strong smell, and all the desserts ended up tasting like that fridge. Even though they looked great, the aftertaste made them hard to eat. We saw many guests leaving their desserts unfinished. I would really suggest cleaning or replacing the dessert fridge, because the dessert selection is good, but the taste is affected. The main negative part of our stay was the timeshare presentation. In the hotel, they offer what sounds like a small tour to another resort, but in reality it’s a long sales presentation. We spent almost 5 hours there. They even served me a drink with alcohol after I clearly said I don’t drink, which felt very uncomfortable. The “luxury resort” they showed was also not as described. It felt misleading and took valuable time from our vacation. Other than that, the stay was lovely. The hotel is not on the beach, but there is a shuttle to their sister resort with a beautiful beach. So overall, great staff and atmosphere, just please fix the desserts and avoid the timeshare tour.

Property was clean, the staff unbelievably excellent for a resort, food was 5 star with a large choices, my room was basically an apartment with a beautiful view and finally it was not overcrowded with a reasonable number of quests. i will definitely recommend this resort.

The buffet food varies very little, the food was mostly cold and not great (but omelet was amazing), they can't handle a full restaurant. The entertainment is early and somedays it was pretty lame. The hot tub's jets were uncontrollably strong. The pool is pretty good, swim up bar is a plus. You can't go in the lagoon water at all because of the crocodiles, but we didn't see even a hint of any crocodiles. I was disappointed overall, but depending on the package you get, it may be worth it... I am not sure.

Sunset Marina is pretty nice. it’s not beach front but you’ll get the best picturesque sunset. the jacuzzi by the marina seems cool but we didnt get a chance to experience it. Pool time ends at 7pm which we thought a little early. but its alright, we just wish we have more time to use it esp after being outside all day. We love the pool and the pool side bar! Our room is spacious, it has 2 bathrooms which is amazing! We love the room, esp the jacuzzi inside the bedroom. Love the structure of this resort, it’s def giving Santorini vibe. Restaurants are okay, staff are nice, food is okay. The juice in the buffet could be better. Selection of food is good tho. We love the sushi and tepanyaki in the Asian restaurant, the other items in the menu, not so. the pad thai, mongolian beef and ramen didn’t taste like it, but no hate, I thank them for acknowledging my birthday and gave me a birthday cake during the tepanyaki show. Unlike the concierge who asked me twice if we are celebrating something, told them twice that it’s my birthday, but didnt get the cake in the room ( i saw the cakes being delivered to the other room 🙁) but no big deal, all good. Also, concierge didnt mention that we need to make a reservation for tepanyaki, so we failed to do it on the exact date of my bday. Overall experience is great! This is our first time to do all-inclusive and we’d say it’s worth every penny. We would stay here again! A gym would be nice, I hope they add that amenity in the future.

Amazing stuff and great service. Reception was way more than expected we got special surprise for my birthday. Two times the kitchen made us cakes without charging. We loved the yoga, cocktail class and cooking class was fun. Live music and Asian restaurant was super fun. This is the one resort we feel safe and kids friendly. My daughter loved the kids club. So so glad we stayed 🙏

We stayed at Sunset Marina Resort for 10 days and overall we had a very good experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. When we first arrived, our room had a loud noise from the outdoor AC units, but we told the reception and they quickly changed our room to an even better one. We really appreciated that. Most of the food was tasty, but there was one issue with the desserts. It seems the fridge where desserts are stored has a strong smell, and all the desserts ended up tasting like that fridge. Even though they looked great, the aftertaste made them hard to eat. We saw many guests leaving their desserts unfinished. I would really suggest cleaning or replacing the dessert fridge, because the dessert selection is good, but the taste is affected. The main negative part of our stay was the timeshare presentation. In the hotel, they offer what sounds like a small tour to another resort, but in reality it’s a long sales presentation. We spent almost 5 hours there. They even served me a drink with alcohol after I clearly said I don’t drink, which felt very uncomfortable. The “luxury resort” they showed was also not as described. It felt misleading and took valuable time from our vacation. Other than that, the stay was lovely. The hotel is not on the beach, but there is a shuttle to their sister resort with a beautiful beach. So overall, great staff and atmosphere, just please fix the desserts and avoid the timeshare tour.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We were there for the Super Bowl party and it was amazing. I like to give a shout out to Flora, who was very accommodating when we needed to change rooms. To all the staff from the Bellman to the waiter and waitresses and especially the bartenders and cleaning service, great bunch of people there !

Staff were generally very good and a high point of my stay. The food was generally very poor. It lacked variety and generally arrived cool/warm rather than hot. Only two restaurants were available for dinner with the menu at one of those never changing. Breakfast buffet selection was limited and didn’t vary at all each day.

Great stay! Everyone was so nice, the food was great- even though there are 3 restaurants there are so many different a la carte options and rotating menus that it could easily feel like 6 or 7 restaurants. I didn't like that most of the restaurants didn't have AC or even strong fans for being outdoors. The staff were feeling the heat and we felt so bad seeing them sweat and still be good sports and providing great service. Great alcohol options in the all inclusive, definitely didn't need to upgrade to feel taken care of. The rooms and courtyards are beautiful and I love the tubs on the balcony! Great stay! Everyone was so nice, the food was great- even though there are 3 restaurants there are so many different a la carte options and rotating menus that it could easily feel like 6 or 7 restaurants. I didn't like that most of the restaurants didn't have AC or even strong fans for being outdoors. The staff were feeling the heat and we felt so bad seeing them sweat and still be good sports and providing great service. Great alcohol options in the all inclusive, definitely didn't need to upgrade to feel taken care of. The rooms and courtyards are beautiful and I love the tubs on the balcony!
