Everything about the Montana Flat is excellent. It’s super clean, close to tourist spots, and easily accessible to train stations. the customer service team is incredibly kind to deal with, they were so responsive and addressed every single concern I had right away.

The apartment was nice and clean. Had washing machine with a neat drying system in the shower room to dry cloths. Had a good equipped kitchen, and beds were comfortable. Rooms were somewhat soundproof, where you didn’t hear other guests talking, but there was one set of guests that didn’t respect others by constantly banging or jumping till after midnight. Overall the apartment was excellent and with a little patience and reading instructions properly, we finally figured out how to work the doors.

Rooms are very clean but very basic and much smaller than expected. The laundry machine does not have a dryer option but can dry clothes in the bathroom with the heat/air option and takes a long time. However, can’t beat the price and very worth it if you’re on a budget!

The room is clean. Kitchen is small, but is good enough for basic warming stuff. Washer/dryer is a big plus for my family. Everything is conveniently arranged; but lack of tv is a big disappointment for the kids. Overall, I would give 4.5 stars.

I liked how large the room was for my friend and I. It was a little annoying that we needed to bring down our own dirty towels and trash but for the price and area you really can’t complain. The sister hotel was very close and they helped us with luggage forwarding so I really appreciated that as well. Overall comfortable and near all the fun areas by walking.
