The staff was really friendly and helpful. They are mid-renovation so the lobby was a little hard to navigate at times. The rooms were a good size and have a microwave and mini fridge. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was amazing and was able to accommodate our early check in. They offer secure self-parking and that was one of the reasons we stayed here. They are undergoing a renovation so there was some construction going on, but other than that we had a great time. We will definitely be back!

The location of the hotel was great, and the breakfast, although not free, was fine. However, all three elevators broke down Saturday afternoon, requiring us to walk up eleven (11) flights of stairs to get ready for our evening event and then walk down that same number of flights of stairs, 11. When we asked Sunday if any compensation would be offered, the answer was no. That is unacceptable.

Food at their restaurant Territory was very good especially their linguini with garlic and olive oil. Kudos to their chef. And their waitress Isis was phenomenal and courteous. Ambience music at the restaurant though need to improve. It kept been stopped off and on while I was there which was a little frustrating. Also, it was a shame the gym was closed for repair during my whole time there.

Property does not have a pool like the listing says. That’s the whole reason I booked this property. They also charge you $47 a night to park your vehicle.

Perfect location for events at the Colorado convention center. Clean and spacious guest rooms. In and out parking was secure and plentiful. Convenient coffee shop and restaurant in the lobby. Shopping center nearby as well as shops and attractions. Enjoyed our 4 night stay!

The room felt and smelled so clean! I'm weird about hotel rooms and felt completely comfortable in this one. All the staff I interacted with was friendly, courteous and even had a great sense of humor. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend!

This hotel was excellent. we were on the 7th floor with a great view of the Rocky mountain range. The room was big, cool, and quiet. I never heard any noise next door. Also, their complementary breakfast was superb. Ashley, our waitress, kept coming by to see if we were okay. Luiz, at the front desk, was always smiling and saying hi to us each time be arrived back. Most of all, you can walk everywhere!!! There was always a free red bus to take us to the 16th Street Mall. We would stay again!!! Thanks Hilton.

Elevator to parking garage was broken. Had to walk every-time up or down to 4th floor outside in the garage to get to car. Room thermostat didn’t go below 68. The vent system in our room sounded like a steamer going off every hour. The room also didn’t have black out curtains.

Great place to stay very central to the convention center and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is nice too in the event you don't want to leave and walk in cold weather. I did have issues trying to get WiFi (I couldn't so had to use my phone as a hotspot). The people in the front were great (I think Sasha is her name and she was outstanding).

The room was very clean, and the beds and linens were super comfy. My only complaint would be that the thermostat would only go as low as 67 and I prefer 65 at night due to breathing issues. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We were locked out of our room for 9 hours! We told staff at 2pm they said they would fix the issue so we could get into our room so we left went shopping and went to dinner. Returned to the hotel at 9pm and we still couldn’t get into our room. We had to wait an additional 2 hours before we were able to get into our hotel room!

When we arrived at 330pm there was a line of about 20 guest waiting to check in with just 1 desk clerk. Then as it got down to 10 guest another desk clerk came out of hiding to help. Bumbed no free breakfast but we will hit the nearest Ihop!!

Loved our stay here, but to be fair we didn't spend much time in the room! Downtown is RIGHT around the corner, great food, easy transportation from the airport via the RTD, easy shuttle to Red Rock for a good price (not hotel affiliated), overall everything felt accessible for a 5-night stay and we got plenty out of our trip. Definitely a good stay!

I paid for breakfast. Due to the remodel, they had “set it up as best as they could,” which I understood. They here wasn’t gravy for the biscuits, the food was cold when I got up to my room (no where to eat there), the plate wouldn’t fit into the microwave & the milk was SOUR! I explained this to the staff upon checkout and was not offered a compensation. I expect better from Hilton & fully expected her to comp the meal - nope.

The hotel is nice. The breakfast experience was less than mediocre. Breakfast on Sunday's is supposed to start at 7 am, but they weren't ready until almost 730, and the staff in the kitchen/dining area appeared to not be worried with keeping with the posted schedule. The front desk staff however at both check in and checkout were very friendly and helpful.

Nice location in the heart of downtown Denver. Great price for the location. Hotel was clean and comfy. Restaurant/bar in lobby was understaffed. Our food order was forgot to put in. Drinks were pricey. But overall great stay.

Friendly staff, easy check in. Any requests to front desk were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Also good that there is a restaurant, bar and coffee shop on site. Restaurant/bar had a limited menu but the food is excellent as was the service.

We loved the hotel and restaurant. Service at the restaurant was impeccable and the food was excellent. The room was spacious with comfy beds and nice towels and linens. The hotel is downtown so their parking is expensive but there are cheaper lots and street parking nearby.
