Americas Best Value Inn Plattsburgh

Property is very much in need of renovation. Room didn't seem clean. Guests were loud and disrespectful... probably about what I'd expect given the general condition of the property. Stayed there because it was about the least expensive option on the date of my stay but i certainly got what i paid for.

The staff is kind and help fuel.

​I came to town to visit my brother, but this stay was a nightmare. The lack of basic cleanliness is appalling. The carpet was filthy, and there was hair in the bed, which is completely unacceptable. It looks as if the room hasn't had a deep clean in months, with dirt accumulated in the corners and a heavily stained bathtub. ​To make matters worse, the amenities are broken. The remote didn't work, and there was no cable TV as advertised. Staying here was a massive mistake. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that actually values hygiene and guest experience.
