Days Inn by Wyndham Plattsburgh

In a year this place has really gone downhill. So much so that I canceled a future stay that I had booked. We got there at 10 to 5. It took a few minutes for someone to get to the desk. Our room was not ready and it was almost 2 hours after the 3 PM check-in. So we got another room 2beds not 1and she said if it’s not clean come back and we’ll work something out.????? I could tell when we opened the door. It was gone through quickly.. hair all over the bathroom floor and urine that I had to wipe up. Dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. The person at the desk informed me that the owners had fired everybody but two people so nothing was done and she was made to look like an idiot.She used anotherword When we went for breakfast There were two people with backpacks that just came in on a little bicycle. They made themselves food finished it quickly, grabbed more to go, and then they went into the office so apparently they worked there because when we checked out, they were behind the desk. The host in the breakfast room was screaming at Trump on the television. She also made herself a big bowl of sausage gravy and biscuits and was eating, and when I walked by, she was vaping and on her phone. The smoke hit me in the face. There was a man outside that was watering the flowers and he also was sitting down to breakfast! The garbages were packed in the hallways. Just a horrendous experience and the place should be leveled! The owners should be mortified! 5 hour trip for this…ugh!

Chairs in room were stained. No shampoo. Tissue box broke off the wall and metal cover fell on my foot .Pool out of service . Had to wait for check-in. Had an arcade which was a plus.

Quick and easy check in, friendly staff and nice bed.

The price for a 1 night stay it was ok, but I dint like the fact that the curtain don’t close completely for the night.

My only issue was check in was delayed 2 hours, and I had to return to the lobby 3 separate times because my keycard wouldn't work.
