Check in was quick and easy. Very friendly staff. The rooms were recently remodeled. Very clean. Pretty sheets! So soft. Nice inexpensive, well lit parking lot. Quiet at night. Thank you.

This is an old style motel. The grounds are shared with a landscape company so there are plants everywhere and edible plants all over the property. I loved the small, quaint, clean property.

My wife and I enjoyed two days of vacation using this easy access/comfortable motel as our home base for nearby activities. Not only was the room comfortable, but there was a nearby patio where we were able to sit and relax under a palm tree...a little piece of paradise.

No phone, clock or hand towels in the room. No ice machine or ice bucket. Had to go to the front desk for ice. Was leery of the neighborhood it was located in. All in all the facilities were clean and fairly updated as far as the shower and new hard floors. It was close enough to fast food and gas.

Front lady very nice. It’s a small motel. No pool or breakfast. It looks like it’s was renovated. Clean room. Clean bathroom. It did through me off the color of the walls because of the painting on it. Also the sheet color because there were not your normal white sheets . But everything else very nice. Definitely missing the coffee maker. Overall good stay.

No coffee maker and no laundry. The surrounding area seemed a bit run down.

Nice place and perfect for staying at before a cruise out of West Palm Beach as you can leave your car there while on the cruise for only $10/night and take a quick close Uber right to the port

The property management was so nice! Clean rooms, drive right up and part by the door. One level east access for anyone with disabilities. Highly recommend!

This property isn’t in the best of neighborhoods, but it was a pleasant surprise. It’s a no-nonsense no-frills place. There’s no pool or ice machine or anything like that, but the people are friendly, helpful and it’s very quiet there. Our room, although dated was very clean and comfortable. It was a quick drive to the beach and all the restaurants and to the port for our cruise. If we needed another overnight stay in that area. We would definitely stay there.

I didn’t have any grand expectations for an Inn. This place definitely surprised us. The curb appeal isn’t amazing, but the rooms more than make up for that. Our room was spotless, the bed sheets had a cute floral bird print, which was nice compared to the normal drab white you usually get. The pillows were wonderful. The shower was spacious with a great shower head and perfect pressure. There was a fun dolphin painting on the wall. The whole room was very inviting. If you're looking for a quiet, inexpensive stay, this is your place!

The room was clean, air worked very well. Nice sized fridge, clean microwave (fridge too). Can tell it was remodeled in recent years; hand painted wall and ceiling with Finding Nemo-esque theme was beautiful. Door stopped working but manager quickly came and changed battery. Quick walk to beauty supply and dollar stores a couple blocks away. Would book again if in area.

Booked online because of reviews. When we arrived at the property, we were initially not impressed, but I convinced my wife to check out the room. It was immaculate! We ended up having a comfortable overnight stay. Would recommend- especially for the price.

The first room I had was clean and had (very hard ) double beds and pillows. I felt like I was sleeping on a rock. We just got back from the cruise around 12pm and wanted to relax. My son decides he wanted to take a shower he goes to take a shower and the shower lever is stuck and doesn't go to the Hot water side. The attendant came and looked and said she woulld call the property owners to find out what they want to do. She called back and said that they would be back later on to fix the shower. She did allow my son to go to another room to take a shower, but I paid for a room with a working shower. We went to sleep and woke up around 5pm. I called the office , no change. We went to dinner and other places and got back to the hotel around 7pm. I stopped by the office and asked about the repair. She said that the owners will be back very late. I told her that I need to take a shower, she said that I could go to the other room and take a shower then come back to this room. I told her I paid for a room to have a working shower. I then asked if we could switch rooms. She checked with the owners and they said that we could take the room my son took a shower in, but it was a single We switched rooms and when I went to take a shower the tub was dirty. I called up there and she said the shower was cleaned, its just that tub is old. I also found wall paper torn exposing sheet wall by the tub and shower head. There was a spiderweb in the bathroom , pieces missing furniture.

Given the high cost of hotels in the area, this looked like a good low-cost option (low-cost being relative!). Property and grounds are very old school, but VERY clean. This is bare bones--didn't even have a towel rack to hang a wet towel on. And, water pressure was very low--impacting shower and toilet flushing. But, water was hot, eventually.

While the exterior of the building is dated, the interior was brand new from top to bottom. The shower, the sink and everything else in the bathroom was brand new. There was a refrigerator and a microwave. The mattress seemed new also and we slept very well. I give it an A . OK

The room was very comfortable and clean. The only issue we had is that the water pressure is terrible. I couldn't even wash my hair because the pressure was so low.

My wife and I enjoyed staying here and will again. I gave a three only because the ac was set to on all the time so we could sleep better, but is WiFi controlled to automatic, so fan cut on and off. Also, we had cranked the refrigerator down to cool our drinks, and when we returned, someone had adjusted it back to a warmer setting. Bed was comfortable.

Great location for our scuba diving trip to the Blue Heron Bridge. Great check in. Friendly service. Only complaint was we had a toilet that wouldn’t flush properly. Ugh. We tried everything and the staff tried everything. We worked around it the best we could. Also the shower took sr real minute to get hot. I almost gave up on it.

Great place to stay is you are scuba diving at Blue Heron Bridge and off the coast here. Less than 5 min drive to dive shops, Blue Heron Bridge and the marina where the dive boats depart. About a 15 minute walk to Publix and cheap buffet dining. Large bathrooms to rinse off your dive gear. Bring ear plugs. The room AC can be loud. Also bring a bucket to soak your dive gear in.

The staff went above and beyond to help us with earlier check in after disembarcation cruise ship in Palm Beach port. Room has nice marble counters with chairs to drink coffee, nice new flooring. Convinient area for walking to Publix and even you can walk to the port to get on ferry to Peanut Island. Recommend Travel Inn strongly

The Travel Inn of Riviera Beach is a great value for the area and is very convenient to Phil Foster Park/the Blue Heron Bridge for diving, snorkeling, and swimming. The Marina is also very close and several good restaurants. The rooms looked very recently renovated and are tastefully decorated and furnished. The owners are on premises and are lovely people, as is another employee that checked us in. I'm looking forward to staying at the Travel Inn again on another trip to Riviera Beach!

Staff is so kind. We had to extend our stay and they were so accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

This was hands down the finest 2-star hotel 🏨 I have ever had the pleasure of staying at! Taking a chance on it for a brief overnight stay was one of my best decisions. I was genuinely impressed. The room was immaculate, and I felt entirely safe—no loitering, no noise disturbances, and no trace of trash anywhere. Everything was spotless, both inside and out. The staff exuded professionalism and warmth; they were welcoming and incredibly accommodating. Without a doubt, I would stay here again—no questions asked!

The room was great, the folks working at the hotel are amazingly sweet. My only regret is that I wasn't staying longer. We left and were in the line to board our cruise when the hotel called to let me know that we had left a set of air pods. They held them in the office until we were able to come back, 5 days later, to get them.

Booked 2 nights. Only stayed 1 night and frint desk staff still charged for 2 nights. Had to file complaints to get a refund of 1 night.

My only issue was the location didn't seem to be in the safest area. HOWEVER - the lady running this Inn is INCREDIBLE. She checked on us several times, got us a shuttle for our cruise, gave us towels to take to the beach, found us a bottle opener and chatted with us. Loved her! Housekeeping was also amazing. And the rooms are SO CLEAN! Cleaner than any hotel I've been in. And we just had the Uber's come to our room # and we felt safe coming and going. I would absolutely stay here again. The price, service and cleanliness is unmatched!

The hotel itself and the grounds were immaculate, It was super quiet but the area around appeared to be a little sketchy since you had to buzz to be let in the hotel to check in and the nearby dive shop was the same.

Great price and super close to Port of Palm Beach. Staff was amazing. Neat dolphin artwork in room. Room was very nice, but somethings didn’t quite feel as clean as I would like, but for the price it was perfect as we just needed a one night stay before our cruise the next day. Unsure about the area around the hotel. Didn’t seem like a good area and the Uber driver also made it sound like it wasn’t great. But, we didn’t hear or see any issues. Didn’t leave the hotel during our stay so not sure what it’s really like. Would consider staying here again for another cruise.

Uber driver that took us from airport to location told us not to leave our room. He said he would not accept a pick-up in that area. Said it was an unsafe area. I was traveling with another female. We were told the same by another Uber driver the next day. Be aware going in that this is the situation. We only stayed one night before getting on a Cruise.

Was close to the cruise port.

The biggest perk is that it was close to the port for our cruise. Not in the best area of town and we noticed some questionable activity outside of our room. But the owner was nice and helpful in the room was updated and clean. Low water pressure, but the shower was hot.

We didn’t stay. Unsavory area. Didn’t feel safe. Check in lady was nice, but behind plexiglass and wouldn’t allow the 4 of us in the office. Cameras and security chimes everywhere. I even questioned if this was a safe area. Only car in the lot was wreck with flat tire and no plates, other than hers. Thought when we returned after our outing that there would be more cars and not 1 space was filled. We packed up and left for a safer place to stay. Check in person at the hotel we fled to said it was good we got out of there.

Front desk staff was great…made an amazing food recommendation

Great hotel in a great park of the city. Close to West Palm beach and the curise ports of Margaritaville. Great resturants within a short diving distance. Rooms are a decent size for what you pay for. The bathrooms are very nice in the rooms near the front versus the rooms in the back part of the property. Hotel employees are very nice and hard working.

The check in was super easy, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the room was clean! The water pressure is not very strong but gets the job done if you like firm mattresses then you will sleep well! I will definitely stay here again, 7 min drive to the beach quick and easy with a lot of food and shopping options close by

I booked this place because I came to West Palm Beach to snorkel the great Heron Bridge and peanut Island. I I had read good reviews from some divers that liked this hotel. The good things are the room was very clean and very spacious, good sized shower and mini fridge. and it was very close to where I wanted to be. Now for the bad parts. The mattress was extremely firm, maybe they could use some of those memory foam toppers ? there was no coffee maker which all hotels usually have, and the air conditioning unit was loud and cut on and off all night long, and the temperature would get too hot and too cold. But for the price in the location, I would, but this hotel again. Especially because I loved how clean it was. I’ll just have to remember to bring some cold brew to put in the mini fridge for the morning.
