Stay was okay. Room wasn’t great. Musty and Damp. Hallway smelled of dog urine. Pool wasn’t regularly cleaned, and not sure if levels were checked often. Pool was very cloudy and walls and bottom were dirty. Staff were friendly and continental breakfast was good. Expected more for a Hilton associated hotel. Would only return if I was in a pinch.

Quick and easy check-in with the most friendliest, kind, and upbeat, front desk gentlemen. Our family used the pool facilities and it was clean with lots of towels on hand, which was a bonus. The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms are quiet. So far it’s been a fantastic stay.

Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Good hot breakfast. The immediate surrounding area is a bunch of hotels so mostly asphalt and parking spaces. I really like the digital key on my phone for exterior doors, laundry room and pool area. I left a few items in my room and I appreciated staff calling me about it and holding it until it could be picked. Nice salt water pool.

Breakfast has two waffle makers with a great selection of whipped cream, chocolate chips, syrups etc. Other options that day were: Oatmeal, scrambled eggs, batch made omelets, breads and muffins. I like that the water infused mango was part of the juice selection. Pool was heated and plenty of clean towels. Room was clean and towels aplenty. Beds do creak when first getting on and when turning. Free parking and there are other hotels surrounding so it felt safe. Overall a nice stay very close to gas stations, highway 401 exits restaurants and White Oaks mall.

Extremely friendly staff at check-in! I cant believe how clean everything is, also, a fresh clean scent when opening the door! Comfortable beds, fresh linens and towels. Excited to try the included breakfast in the morning. Clean pool area and nice pool, water was quite chilly but my son didn't complain! If ever in the area, will definitely stay here again!

We got to the hotel to check in at 2:35pm and was told the normal check in ws 3pm. but since we were on our way to a Thanksgiving dinner with family that they would reluctantly accomodate us. When we got to the room it smelled like a stale old vaccum cleaner, but we turned on the fan and the smell kind of went. It was clean but I'm not sure we would stay there again.

The fan in our bathroom was so loud we had to close the door to the bathroom to lessen the noise. There was no switch to turn it off it ran constantly. Other than that our stay was great. Staff, room and swimming pool were amazing. We did not take advantage of breakfast as we were meeting friends instead.

To get free wifi, you don’t only need to provide room number and password, but address and email info. This is ridiculous. This is a Hilton? Absolutely no tv guide. No ability to search what to watch on tv other than channel surf. Other hotels offer Netflix. I spent $350 and this wasn’t worth it. Very disappointed I will not choose Hampton in ever again. I travel often and this was the worst experience ever.

Room was out dated. Inside curtain of window was broken and would not roll down. The heat would not kick on in "auto" mode on the thermostat. Woke up in the middle of the night freezing. Front desk said there was a problem with the thermostats and they had to be set to the "on" position or it wouldnt kick on automatically.

The property was easily accessible. First road right off of Highway 401. The property is about 5 minutes away from a big shopping mall. There are many eating establishments (fine dining, casual restaurants and fast food outlets) within a 3 kilometer radius of the hotel. You are only about 15 minutes driving time from the core of downtown London. The hotel was clean and quite and the rooms were spacious (with comfortable queen or King size beds. One King room was big enough to sleep 2 adults, 3 children and a baby. A crib was available at no charge. There was a bar fridge and microwave located in our room. The hotel also had a small workout room and indoor pool with convenient hours (6:00 am to 11:00 pm).The staff were courteous and check-in and out was busy but very efficient. A buffet breakfast with a variety of hot and cold food choices was available. Coffee, tea or Hot chocolate was available in the lobby at any time. Free parking was also available. Excellent family hotel.

Walked in and was greeted with a smile from the gentleman at front desk who made us feel very welcomed. Took the time to explain the amenities of the hotel as well as where to have breakfast in the morning. We walked into the room to surprized layout which we thought was well thought out. Room and bathroom were clean and loved the extra large smart tv. I’ve never turned on a hotel tv to see WELCOME ROB on the screen before. Was such a nice added touch. We didn’t hear anything all night and slept comfortably in the large bed. Breakfast was good and hot with a few options. Kudos for making our stay special

Long wait at desk to check in. No staff for about 10 min. Then had to wait while they checked if room was ready. This was after the 3pm check in time. Room had a slight body odor/ sweat smell to it when we entered. Most likely was from the person checking the room was ready, as the room itself seemed clean. Also had to wait when checking out as no one was behind the desk again. Convenient location for overnight stop on road trip.

We had a wonderful stay. For being close to the 401, it was very quiet. We did not hear anyone else in the rooms above, below or beside. We had an incident where a cleaning staff left our door open, nothing was taken, however the shift manager and the hotel manager took this very seriously. They left us some snacks in our suite and a kind letter stating that additional training would be taking place. The kids loved the pool, I believe it was a salt water pool, it was warm. The air in the pool area was a bit too warm, my husband commented to staff and they said it just started happening a week before we were there. Breakfast was good, nice and hot and a decent variety. The hotel is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and White Oaks Mall. We will be staying here again when we come to visit family again.

I arrived at 3:00 pm to do my check-in as indicated, the lady at the reception (not very friendly by the way) told me that my room was not ready yet, that I had to wait half an hour more. I waited for half an hour I asked her again and she told me that it was not ready yet with a quite rude tone, finally she told me that they would call me when my room was ready and that was 3 hours later that is I received my room at 6:00 pm which seems to me a lack of respect for the guests, I asked to speak to the manager and they told me that he was not there that they would notify me the next day when he arrived and it never happened, the least I expected was that I could check Out 3 hours late, which would be fair, but they didn't even give me that opportunity and I didn't get any compensation for the 3 hours waiting in the hotel lobby with my wife and 2 kids

Overall, we really liked the stay. The staff were friendly and responsive. 24hr coffee/tea/hot chocolate was mint! Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and they had NHL games on tv for playoffs season. Some of the breakfast items were hit or miss depending on the day. Can't go wrong with the vanilla malted waffles.

The bathroom has a noisy fan, that cannot be turned off. Closing the bathroom door helps. But someone like myself that enjoys peace and quiet, it was something that continually annoyed me. The breakfast was wonderful but you need to provide proper utensils not only for the environment but the enjoyment. Eating a freshly made waffle on a cardboard plate with wooden utensils absolutely ruins the breakfast.
