While staff was friendly and helpful the accommodations themselves were poor. The room was icy cold and the heater would not stay on. The shower was a nightmare compact and dirty. On my first day there when I went to shower in the morning the entire women’s shower area was flooded and there were wads of hair everywhere. It was disgusting.

Staff was courteous. Breakfast was a little overpriced considering there were limited choices to choose from. Also one of the water closets was clogged.

The hostel had clean rooms, toilets and showers. Very comfortable beds as well. Nice location in Neustadt with friendly staff. Also enjoyed karaoke night at the downstairs cafe/bar!

Private room was ok. More than enough bathrooms and showers that were cleaned daily. Located far from city center but walkable. Only issue were the group of students (?) that kept screaming and running in the middle of the night and slamming doors.

No towels, you need to pay. bed no curtains everyone can see what are you doing in bed. Hostel is have a nice bar area but no music blackgrown too quiet when sit and drink.
