Its a beautiful new facility. Unfortunately the pool wasnt open yet and it was 30 degrees out. Staff were very friendly, helpful and excited about their place of employment. Lots of choices at breakfast buffet.

We were not informed by you or the hotel that the pool wasn’t working or the hot tub . This was a great inconvenience to us and there was no attempt to make this experience better ( like rebate, discount on next stay, or anything)

We had a lovely and comfortable stay. Parking was free. Check in was quick. Nice lobby and gym. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean. No stains on the linens and towels. Breakfast was good. Will recommend this hotel.

Overall everything was great. The only negative was when we booked it said it had a pool. When we arrived the pool wasnt ready to be opened. Kids were disappointed but all in all it was good.

Check in was very slow. We had to wait for over 20 minutes while they figured out our room situation and then when we finally got to our room it was dirty. So then we had to go back down to get a new room. Once we finally got to our room it was great the the whole check in process was a bit frustrating.

It is located right next to train tracks and highway. It was super loud all night. We also found metal in an outlet right by the bathroom sink. No one was available to remove it and it was late and we were so tired we didn’t want to move rooms. Rooms should be inspected for things like that especially since a hand towel was place directly in front of it. That’s a fire hazard.

The hotel is new so of course everything was in good condition, rooms clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely, especially the breakfast staff. Breakfast is the usual low quality buffet, served with disposable paper plates and wooden cutlery. A freshly fried or scrambled egg would make all the difference. Room finishes appear to us to be low quality. For example heat system blows hot air alternating with cold air, and instead of nice walk in showers as now are in most modern hotels, there are low bathtubs (too low to comfortably bathe) with combination shower above and annoying shower curtains.

Great hotel. It’s new and clean. The decor and functionality of the rooms are great! Amenities are amazing however the pool is still under construction and we only found out at check-in which was the only disappointing thing but they did offer to cancel free of charge and that’s very considerate of them. However, we stayed since it’s a super nice hotel.

Right off the Highway. We had a short vacation just milling around in Chilliwack, didn't want to stay in downtown Chilliwack. This hotel was WONDERFUL, super clean, new, staff were super nice. Breakfast was really good!

We were on the 6 th floor…. Thought the motion/movement as an earthquake , only to find out it was the railway track behind hotel:-( for sleeping . Very SURPRISED intones disposable dishes/cutlery in the breakfast room… especially in the province of bc!!!
