Staff were great but there were a few issues with the room. While the room was very nice, the bathroom fan was so loud that I couldn’t hear my music, ac unit was also loud and very weak, the bed and pillows were so awful that we barely slept and the floor was so dirty that my feet were black after two hours of being barefoot. Majority of the issues are due to old age so it’s really out of their control unless they invest a lot in updating. Wouldn’t stay again due to the poor sleep quality

The room itself seemed like it was updated in the past few years with nice hardwood floors. However, it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned well (soap scum in the bath, dusty etc). The breakfast was alright but juice machine wasn’t working, bagels and bread weren’t out right away and there was no water anywhere. If I were to go back I’d save my money and eat elsewhere.

Although we booked for three adults the room was only supplied for two. Two cups and two towels and one small tube of shower gel. The room was not cleaned, not even bins emptied or loo roll checked, tea coffee not replenished ( only enough for two people to have two cups of coffee) throughout the three nights stay. We had to ask for another towel and cup the next morning from room service team on the corridor. Who also told us room only cleaned every three days. For the British travel I would say this is below even Travelodge standards.

All the staff we friendly and helpful. The room was really big, clean and comfortable. The staff kept the main areas, including the hallways and stairs clean. The breakfast buffet was tasty and the restaurant was really nice. Not your typical hotel breakfast seating area. There were hockey teams staying at the hotel were they a bit noisy, sure, but nice and everyone was polite. We remember being a part of those teams when we were younger so be understanding and enjoy their positive energy. We will absolutely stay here again.

Handy location, they have a great restaurant. It did not disapoint. The food was good and the bartender/server was great! The room was nicely laid out and clean. The nespresso and specialty teas were a treat. The lighting was awful, very dim, and nothing near the couch. The TV had awful reception, always pixilated and hard to watch. The toilet ran on all night. The pillows were abysmal, and the fridge froze my milk for my morning cereal.There were noisy trucks in the lot behind my room. The shower was wonderful!

The staff was very nice and the restaurant and bar was good. The room was spacious and clean. My only issue was that it wasn’t very quiet. My specific room was above the loading dock for the restaurant and each night there was noise from deliveries. Each morning around 7 or so the cleaning lady would come to do rooms but the sound proofing by the door is non existent so you can hear them knocking on every door and calling out for housekeeping plus all the noise of the cart and supplies.

This hotel is great. The room was clean, cool, and quiet, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom was clean, too. I like the size of the room and bathroom. I like how they offer individual travel-size toiletries instead of those unhygienic communal big bottles attached to bathtub. The location is great, as there are many restaurants and places to shop within walking distance. Staffs were kind, too. We received complimentary drinks for the hotel bar, but couldn't use it. Still appreciate the offer.

Bed pillows and linens should be upgraded. Pillows were lumpy and too soft, bed sheets were rough texture and felt quite heavy in addition to the duvet. Good size room, clean. Towels also quite thin so possibly upgrade those as well. Staff very polite and professional at all times.

The rooms are reasonably quiet and internet access was good. Easy to get to from the main roads and parking was no problem. Did not partake in the restaurant or other amenities. The room was clean, well maintained and everything worked as it should.

People partying late at night and management not doing anything despite calling them 3 times. Somebody had a dog in one of the rooms who wouldn’t stop barking at 11:30 pm and management didn’t do anything about it. All I got was, “sorry about the inconvenience “.

Check in was awesome. Lucas was excellent friendly helpful and got us checked in quick and fast. Bar was terrible ended up leaving from no service. Stood at bar for whole first period of hockey with NO SERVICE! Terrible rude bartender! Left went back to room!

Tried to check in early twice. Denied both times. Showed up late at night to check in after a wedding. Down graded our room to a queen and no option to have a king suite like we originally booked. Offered us 30$ off in the morning. Pathetic service. Would not recommend.

Room was clean and quiet. Restaurant attached is convenient and reasonably priced. Only issue is access from the street itself as you have to do u-turns in get in and out (depending on where you are heading). Not a real big issue but not as easy as perhaps other hotels in the area.

This hotel has easy access to the 401. It is conveniently located between the 3 cities that make up Cambridge. Shopping is right across the highway. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, or you can enjoy the food at the hotel in their restaurant.

We've stayed here many times while visiting Cambridge and have always been impressed with this hotel. Our room was clean and well kept. The bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and polite. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Bruce's. We recommend.

Spacious room, comfortable bed. They have nice decor and friendly staff to welcome you at the lobby. Best part of staying here is the delicious brekfast buffet with lots of options. Eggs, crispy potatoes, usually two meat options like bacon, sausage, bangers or ham...quality fresh fruit! and lots of pastries. One morning they had chocalate cinnamon buns - not really breakfast but way above the typical hotel "breakfast included" offering. The Bruce Restaurant is great for dinner. I'll definitely stay here again.

This hotel delivers bang for the buck. Incredibly clean and well maintained with friendly, helpful staff, the Cambridge Hotel is excellent. The hall was quiet and the room was newly renovated with a very comfortaw bed. Highly recommend.
