Everhome Suites Rochester Greece

This was a great hotel to stay in for the week. Free laundry was unexpected and very appreciated. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

My family and I stayed at Everhome Suites on Friday August 8th, 2025. I had a great check-in experience with David and crew when we arrived fairly late in the evening. We were given a great room and later found out the hotel just opened Wednesday and we were the first to stay in our room! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The floors do not have carpeting - which I appreciate. They are perfectly clean. There was a full size fridge that was truly cold in the well appointed kitchenette. There was also a mini dishwasher, cooktop, coffee machine, alongside true dishes and silverware. The HVAC was quiet and responsive. The room felt incredibly clean and comfortable. The shower had good pressure and the finishes in the bathroom were nice. I particularly liked the lighting as I was applying my makeup. Checkout was a breeze! There is a water bottle filling station in the gym (which also had brand new equipment) if you want to fill your bottles before you go. Complimentary coffee is available in the lobby. Checkout in the morning was a breeze and the woman who helped me after I spilled my coffee was kind and lovely! We were here visiting University of Rochester and if our son ends up there, this is where we will stay when we visit. Excellent value for the money and extremely comfortable, spacious, and clean. Didn’t like that the elevator was broken and ‘out of service.’

Cars are not safe to be parked. Cops on the property first thing in the morning and very loud noise at 3am

The hotel was very clean, quiet and new! Wish it had a pool, staff was very friendly and attentive.

We booked this hotel last minute and couldn’t be happier with our stay. We spent four nights in total comfort—the rooms were spotless and the staff were exceptional. Special thanks to Carmelo, David, Sky and Sarah (the manager) for their outstanding customer service. While the hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool (which my kids were hoping for), the on-site laundry and kitchenette more than made up for it. It’s a fantastic place to stay for families. I’d absolutely recommend this place to my family and friends.

It was clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and it was nice having a 24/7 snack bar to buy snacks from :)

The WIFI was very poor to non existent. The TV channel availability is basic. No breakfast - you know when you book, but still a feature to be expected at the price. Brand new facility, good mattress, suite kitchen is good for extended stays.

If you like hard beds, then this is the place for you. The mattress had no give and barely any cushion on top. Plus when we left at 6 am (since we couldn’t sleep anyway), the parking lot was not lit. I like that in terms of less light pollution and energy savings, but not in terms of safety.

I am very picky about cleanliness and my room felt very clean, new, and fresh. Thank you!

Loved that the rooms have no carpet, but they could be a little cleaner, especially the kitchen area.

We booked this hotel last minute and couldn’t be happier with our stay. We spent four nights in total comfort—the rooms were spotless and the staff were exceptional. The staff was NOT friendly checking in or when we asked for extra towels, apparently it was a real bother to them and then I had to go get them myself anyway. This was the noisiest hotel ever. I was woken up at 2 am with the loudest slamming around and banging around for over an hour and a half. We had no sleep and checked out as early as we could since we were exhausted. It was also dirty. There was trash in the hallways, candy all over, cough drops, bags of food and random rubber bands and crap all over.

Very new, there is noting to look at except for the next door BJs & undeveloped empty lots. I had prepaid my stay and when I dropped off my keycards as a courtesy (I could have just left them in the room) the front desk person said that there was a problem with my card and that it was declined. I showed her my receipt several times and I pointed out to the text that clearly stated PAID! She seemed narrow minded or missing a few marbles but she called the manager and all was resolved. She neither apologized or offered a consolation for wasting my time. Cannot say I’d stay there again. The nail on the coffin is getting lousy WiFi but you have the options of upgrading the WiFi signal strength for….you guessed it, extra money! For me, that is cheap and low class.

Mind was actually blow with how nice the room was for the price. It was huge. And silent. Heard absolutely nothing from outside the room

Brand new property, so it's very clean. The clientele made for a miserable night. Loud and excessive into the early morning hours. We will not be back

The property is nice and well set up but the staff besides one were rude. I was made to wait 45 minutes to be checked in and after they’re asking what the problem was I was told that my room was not ready even after I checked in around 4:30 the front desk person was so rude. She got on the phone and was talking to another staff in her native language which I think is very rude I feel like if you had something important to say that you weren’t trying to hide anything or being disrespectful to a customer you wouldn’t have to speak in your native tongue on top of that the next day my room key was deactivated and I was made to wait another 15 minutes to look for staff to help me at the front desk and the evening shift manager was really nasty and nonchalant when I asked for help to get my keys reactivated The only person that showed any kind of concern was the morning front desk person named Carlos. He was very awesome. Would I stay at this hotel again possibly maybe would better customer service but all in all the hotel itself is beautiful.

Property was brand new so very clean and modern. The staff, while friendly and helpful when present, was not waiting around at the front desk. A bell on the counter would help get their attention from the back.

Easy Check in and courtesy staff. One Outstanding thing I want to mention . Is that when we left and were already over 2 hrs away my wife realized she left 2 items in the lobby area that were valuable and important to her. We called and they secured the items and set them aside to be picked up by one of our friends and everything was intact when they arrived. Staff needs to be commended for their honesty and courtesy which is very rare these days. Needless to say we will stay again and recommend the property always.
