The location of this hotel is ideal. It’s across from the beach and walking distance to the historical center which is about 15 minutes away. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Our rooms were cleaned daily and it was done while we were eating breakfast which was great. The pool area was great! Looks of shade especially on those summer days. I would stay here again!

The linen was strewn about the lobby and public areas. The air conditioner in two out of our two rooms was less functional (82f and 86f respectively). The shower was quite small. The front desk was resistant to a couple of requests. We were told no, only to find out after some persistance that we could in fact be accomodated. I would not visit again. The location and curb appeal were nice however. The pool could use a touch more shade, but was overall a nice one. Its a nice property that could use a firmer hand in running it.

Lovely location. Air conditioning was pretty non existent. The front desk tried resetting it but not didn't seem to do much. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. One further issue - the Expedia entry suggests use of a gym nearby, this actually refers to an outdoor gym/set of equipment on the beach.

The breakfast buffet provided a variety of warm and cold foods and the serving staff was friendly and really good. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly, especially, Benedetta. The location was excellent: close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. On the downside was the nightly noise and the parking which we didn't know we had to pay for which was quite costly, $25Cdn, per day. Use of free bicycles was a very nice touch. In sum, the property and staff made for a pleasant experience.
