Shuttle hours too limited and staff was unresponsive about running me to airport “off schedule “ even though hotel was empty.

Just FYI, if you’re in a wheelchair their shuttle cannot accommodate you. That would have been good information to have before I booked my stay. They would not cancel my reservation saying it wasn’t their problem I couldn’t ride the shuttle. So rude. Also, I booked this off a Park and Fly site, but this hotel charges $10 night for parking. We ended up having to buy parking at the airport. Did not eat breakfast bc the guy in front of us licked his fingers and proceeded to touch every food surface. There was no sanitizer bucket to clean up after him. Just disgusting.

Lived in this area 20 yrs..so my home away from home..nice hot coffee, breakfasts..they know me here..come often..pick my up from DFW..comfortable and roomy..a little loud this time..were working on the roof for 3 days

I picked this hotel for the 4 star reviews but I have to be honest that I am a little bit disappointed. PROS: We booked the room with 2 queens and a couch and we are happy with that choice. It is very roommy and perfect for our family of 5. I liked that we can get direct assess to the rooms from the parking lot on the side of the building, which was super helpful because we have a little toddler. I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom was equipped with all the necessities including Dove brand products for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The room is clean. Nice big fridge and mini kitchen. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: The floor of our room is sticky. It is vacummed but not washed. It needs a carpet wash badly. Our sheer window curtains were "shredded" which is a bit tacky. Our bathroom glass was cracked right in the middle and kept together by clear tape. Be advised that the breakfast selection is very limited. There's no hot food items. The only hot item is waffles. Also note that you can not take breakfast back to your room for your children who are still sleeping and can't get to down for breakfast by 9am. There is absolutely no sign that says you can't take food back to your room... You'll only be stopped by the employee when you try to take it back to your room in front of other guests.

I have stayed here a couple of times as its convenient for visiting relatives in the area. Nice clean, quiet hotel. My room was ready upon arrival. Bed was comfortable and when I got cold there was a blanket in the closet. Front desk staff were friendly, ready with nearby recommendations and set up my wakeup call (and I got it!). Housekeeping was friendly and had my bed ready when I returned to my room. Its a little hard to find as its behind a business strip center and less obvious but thats an advantage in my view. Recommended.

Great and clean place to stay..

I had a nice stay at this hotel. I was a bit disappointed because when I got out of the shower, a bug fell off the ceiling in the bathroom. Otherwise, this was a nice stay with good staff, and the rooms had everything you would need, including a stove.

Room was clean! We had no issues. Quiet we would definitely stay again and definitely recommend 10/10

Hair was everywhere, bathroom needed an upgrade and the sofa was ripping apart. I booked this hotel because it was rated an 8.5 out of 10, unless the clerk upfront gave me (a travel agent) a bad room.

Room was in great condition. It was dated and needs some upgrades. Nobody there could take breakfast back to there room where ch I find hard to believe with a kitchen

The room was enormous and well stocked. You could stay there comfortably for a good long while. It's within walking distance of a shopping center and restaurants. The staff was lovely. My only complaint is the breakfast only had milk and sweetened yogurt for protein.

The room was great, the hotel was clean, everyone working there was friendly, and I will stay there again when I am in the area next. It is an extended stay hotel, so the rooms have some dishes, a normal sink, a fridge, microwave, and a two-burner counter stove. I didn't cook anything, but was able to go to a grocery store and get some good snacks. The only thing to watch out for is missing the turn- when you see the Panda Express, turn right and you will get to the hotel. It took me a day or two to figure this out because the hotel is on the service road, it is not easy to turn around. But, this is not really the fault of the hotel, although they should consider a prominent sign on the side of the service road.

Property is a bit dated but overall not bad.

Everything was very good. If there were any criticisms it would be that the sofa sleeper was not in very good condition . Also, there were no sheets available for the sleeper sofa.

Reserved a room with 2 queen size beds. upon entering room rapidly noticed that beds were not Queen size but full size. Room size was large enough to accommodate 2 king size beds. Place was very quiet. It took almost 10 minutes to check in when usually takes no more than 3.

Hotel itself was fine. Front desk attendant was annoying. Called the day before to verify my reservation and collect info for check in. Then sent a text with a link to put in the same info. When we arrived, same lady that I was on the phone with the day before asks for the same exact information I had already given her twice. All that was just a little annoying, but then the morning of check out, the same lady calls the room to tell us we had 30 minutes to check out. I have never had someone call the room just to tell us we need to check out before the actually check out time. A very annoying experience. Won't recommend

The place was clean, good breakfast, close to restaurants, but I feel I was harrassed about staying there..meaning..the hotel called me during the week..asking if I still intended to stay there..I said of course..I stay at many hotels, no one calls me..then before checking out..I was called twice between 10:30 and 11..no need to harrass me..I will check out..on time..I told front desk about this..

What really annoyed me was getting a call from the front desk 30 mins prior to check out time to “remind me” that I needed to be out in 30 mins. I’ve been an airline crew member for 25 years and stayed in hundreds and hundreds of hotels around the globe. That was a first.

The check in was fast and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was immaculate! The location was great! There were many restaurants nearby as well as the mall. We would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located near AT&T Stadium. Would stay again, highly recommend!

I've stayed at other Hawthorne Suites in the past, first time at this Irving TX location. Was a little hard to find as its behind a strip mall but great location and convenient for accessing Hwy 183. All kitchen appliances worked. Staff very attentive and courteous.
