Nice, clean, comfortable place to stay! Room and beds were new and kept clean. The shower floor showed a bit of staining, not sure what that might have been, but otherwise was in decent condition. There's no elevator though, so just be prepared if your room is on the 2nd floor. The staff was really kind and helped carry our bags up the stairs, so I really appreciated that!

Great place for a quick stopover. It has all you need, is immaculately clean and very comfortable. Chose this place becsause im with my kids and there is no pool here...I wanted to ensure a swift departure 😂Breakfast is basic but good and serves the purpose. Would definitely stay again.

The accessibility features were very misleading. First of all they have two accessible parking spaces at the front entrance but no way to get to the entrance of the building. The accessible entrance is at the back of the building with make-shift ramp in the accessible parking spot. The ramp itself is a hazard with broken pavement at the top and an increased slope at the bottom. The “accessible” room is at the furthest end of a long hallway and has no automatic door in spite of being extremely heavy to open. The bathtub in the unit has a grab bar on the back wall but no assistive device at the front of the tub. Few properties in Brockville are advertised as accessible but this property fails any standard of accessibility.

Great staff and a lovely breakfast area. Only thing to note is thatntwre is no elevator for the ssecond floor.so.if you have mobility cincerns, I'd ask for a main floor room.

Rooms were clean Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean. Great water pressure. Did not realize there was no elevator, which is an over sight on my part. But also there wad no curb cut down for wheelchair access. The back door had stairs. Quite disappointed with the disability accessibility.

Our stay was great. We were only there for a quick overnight and the staff was so accommodating and very nice. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was great with lots of selections. I will definitely be going back on my yearly trip to canada

First and foremost, it didn't feel like staying in a Hilton hotel, albeit Spark being targeted to be on the cheaper side. As soon as we entered the hotel's hallway, the stench was overwhelming and the hallway carpet was stained. Inside the room, the floor had so many marks on it that it never felt clean. The baseboards were dusty and stained; bathroom had plenty of rust looking yellow spots in the shower area. Breakfast was ok but the service was not great; tables had food crumbs so I had to clean my table; many items needed restocking but perhaps they were understaffed to do so in a timelymanner (only one person handling breakfast and check-in counter). Overall, my experience was poor and I may not book another Spark. By the way, thanks to the internet, I found out that this hotel used to be a Travelodge hotel. The only difference now is the new paint and furniture. That explained why my stay was poor.

Everything was just OK except the curb at the entrance which is not marked properly so multiple customers have driven over the curb. We also drove over the curb and damage our car extensively underneath! The receptionist at the check in was not overly concerned and the reception at the check out did not know about it. The was also no complimentary water in the fridge. We are totally disappointed at Hilton for allowing a hotel with safety issues, luck of attention to details ie no water and also level of cleanliness, the bathroom fan intake cover had black balls of dirt in both rooms.

Good motel. Completely renovated, clean and fresh smelling. Everything worked well, decent breakfast, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Quiet AC, comfortable bed, close to highway. Would recommend.

The bed was very comfortable. There was no storage, except a few hangers. So it's necessary to live out of a suitcase. All new, but signs of wear already. Didn't like the entertainment system.

My wife and I are not the type of people to ever write a review, but the staff at this place made such a great impression that we felt compelled to show our appreciation. The front desk receptionist Dawn made our stay here feel very special. It’s hard to always keep a sunny positive disposition with all customers when you’ve got a high demanding job and she always so welcoming friendly and fun no matter what was going on. This is a busy hotel with a lot going on and she never let anything, no matter how stressful change her attitude. This establishment is lucky to have an employe like Dawn and we’re grateful to her for making our stay feel special.

We enjoyed an excellent stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean the the staff wonderful. A BIG shoutout to the desk manager Pankaj who actually lent my son his belt to wear with his suit for a wedding we were attending (he forgot his at home). Pankaj went over and above. His customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!

Close to Hwy 401, gas station and a shopping plaza are beside. Free breakfast is excellent. Room is a bit small but very clean. Lots of parking spots. Staff is very helpful.

I loved how clean the hotel was; it was excellent. There was a wonderful smell when we entered the lobby, the hallways, and especially the room. In terms of cleanliness, this was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. My only concern was the breakfast. I felt they needed more staff, as only one person was managing the area. This resulted in supplies like coffee, oatmeal packages, eggs, and bagels running out, and we had to wait for them to be replenished. However, the staff was very nice and friendly, and we even received a late checkout at no additional charge. I would recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay there again, but I hope they increase the staff at breakfast.

The property was very clean, tidy and quiet despite being adjacent to the 401. Staff were friendly and the service was great. We were impressed by everything except the tiny breakfast area which was quickly crowded. An in room coffee maker would have been appreciated.

It's a fine place to stay but a little expensive for what you get. I was very disappointed. The breakfast was very small and the room where breakfast is held is way too small for all of the guests. The room was fine but a little odd. It felt like a budget hotel. I wanted to pay a little more an have a relaxing stay. There are other hotels in the area that are probably a better deal.
