Room had a bad smell, we waited over an hour for the promised shuttle. We called the hotel and he told us to walk because traffic was too bad. We told him no. The was clean but the smell was bad and loud. They really need an upgrade. If you don’t mind cheap, then this is the place for you.

This motel is quite old and rundown. There were stains running down the walls, and paint all over the floor, sink, toilet & mirror. It's like someone came in to refresh the paint (years ago) but painted over everything and were not careful. Bathtub is quite old and has been painted, but paint is now peeling and was badly stained. The floors have been changed to laminate flooring which is clean, however makes the noise level horrible. People checked in above us around 1:30am and were like a heard of elephants wearing wooden shoes. They were heavy walkers and you could hear every item they dropped on floor. The only positive was the airport shuttle that runs anytime. We had an early flight and it was no problem to get us to the airport for 6:30am.

We stayed the night before our flight and the night after our trip - they were very nice and they provided quick shuttle service to and from the airport. It was much cheaper to park our car here for a week than at the airport! We would definitely stay again : )

We needed a place to sleep and park our car before our flight in the morning. We needed to be at the airport at 4:30 a.m. and picked up 5 days later at around 9 a.m. Staff was great, but hotel is quite in shabby condition.

Pros: inexpensive, close to the airport, free shuttle pickup and delivery to the airport, comfortable beds and pillows. Cons: very old and outdated interiors. shuttle driver was not helpful in putting bags into the shuttle van or taking them out. There was a turd in the toilet. I can't understand why whoever cleaned the room it didn't see it and flush it. Perhaps they were the one that left it. No shampoo in the rooms, no coffee in the rooms, no water bottles in the room. Vending machine for water and drinks outside the rooms was broken. I was in a first floor room and could hear the people above me walking as the / ceiling creaked every time they took a step. You can also hear water flowing through the pipes and other rooms are taking a shower. All in all not a quiet place to sleep. I don't recommend staying here.

This property stated coffee in lobby NO coffee my entire 3 day stay, maybe daytime but definitely not after 7 or before 6. Currents dont close tight, doors not secure. Filthy walls, tub, bugs. Non working microwave. Fridge did not keep food cold, freezer non working, no ice machine so you get like warm water cause fridge doesn't keep water cold and ice cream soup. Very hard mattress and pillow The sure stay 1 mile away 80 to 99 night free breakfast and shuttle, like new and so clean. Closer to airport is all this place has to offer Easy walk to bus or light rail. Gas stations close to property no coffee and way over priced. Walk to 176th and go up 2 blocks past sure stay to 711. Take the bus on same street to south center 20 min away to lots of shops, restaurants, amc theatre. Very safe. Take A line or 161 to Kent or des moines. Easy to take light rail to Seattle for ferry, Ivar's or Lynnwood to connect to Everett/Mount Vernon/Bellingham or Canada. Easy to take light rail to ferry to Bainbridge to forks, rain forest, ocean shores, Olympic national park

The soap from the previous visitors was still in the shower when I went to use it. Clear the bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all between visitors. The bed was comfortable and I needed a few hours sleep between flights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again for the convenience, but keep expectations at a minimum.

It’s an older building but the room was very clean with nice amenities. Our stay was surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the the airport and the staff were super friendly! We walked to an amazing Somali restaurant for dinner nearby! Super convenient airport stay.

You are getting what you pay for. The plan I had the day of failed so this was a last minute purchase and got it for less than $100. Going in I understood that so wasn’t disappointed at all. Pros: AC did a good job, very cheap, shuttle to airport was clutch Cons: WiFi mostly didn’t work, kinda dirty, stains on mattress, thin walls - I heard when guests arrived in the unit above us. Could hear all the walking. Would I stay here again. Maybe? I’m not opposed to it if I’m a bind. But if I had planned better I would spend a little more

We stayed in the first level and had guests in the room above us. It sounded like ELEPHANTS. The sound transfer was unprecedented. Absolutely zero sleep. When we told the gal at the front desk upon checking out, she didn’t even look up from her paperwork, zero cares. Shuttle was fine. Location was fine. Ability to sleep was HORRIBLE.

Staff said they didn’t have the reservation even though I gave them the confirmation number and email and informed them that my bank paid for it. When I called, they told me to call Expedia and hung up. You get what you pay for I guess.

SeatTac Inn is rundown and the reception area is the most miminal of any I have seen in a long time. I can't say that it is unsafe, but there were what looked like bullet holes in the front windows of the office. On the good side, the receptionist was lovely in allowing us to stay 1/ 1/2 hours past checkout while we were waiting for our ride to the airport.

They let me store my luggage the day I checked in early so I didn't have to drag it along all day. After I checked out my flight was cancelled and they let me store it again no charge for 8 hrs or more. They are very accommodating to your needs as well. Very friendly service clean room. I would definitely stay again if I'm out here.

Staff is useless. So I made the reservation online so I could stay overnight in Seattle, and when I called to ask about the shuttle to come and pick us up, the agent told me he couldn’t find my reservation. He tried double to make sure I got the right address and everything lined up, except to them, my request didn’t exist. Ended up staying in the airport overnight for my flight at 9am. But of course the payment went through, recommend going somewhere where they don’t scam you

The lady at the front desk was very rude. My mom had to call five times for the airport shuttle before it came. The lamp in my room, the light was blown out. The outlets in the room didn’t work so we had to unplug the microwave and refrigerator. Overall the facility was clean, safe and the proximity to the airport was good. They just to upgrade the facility a bit.

I had an exceptional experience here. The staff really made an impression with their kindness. Ground transportation from SeaTac is a bit confusing, particularly after traveling. The driver was very patient in directing me to where I needed to go to be picked up. The round trip shuttle is extremely convenient, and they come very quickly when you call. Check-in was a breeze,and the woman who helped me considered my safety and comfort in the room selection. The room was spotless. I VERY rarely write reviews but felt compelled due to the outstanding service.

Hotel is very dated which makes it look so bad. I thought the linens smelled stale. The air conditioner was kind of hard wired to an electrical outlet. Didn’t seem very safe. It was also very noisy during the night sounded like someone was stomping around or moving furniture. I cancelled the second night stay even though payment was non refundable. I didn’t feel comfortable staying another night.

I had a 5 AM flight so thought I would save a bit and not do my typical major hotel chain. I wasn't expecting much and wasn't disappointed. All I want is a safe, clean hotel - the shower worked well - no leaks and hot water, unlike the major chain I stayed at in Everett...Very conveniently located to the rental car return and SeaTac.

It’s not the Ritz, but a very comfortable mattress within walking distance of SeaTac Int’l at a reasonable price is fine by me. Bring your own toiletries, it was one of the few times I’ve had to wash my hair with bar soap. And it’s right next door to a Denny’s… so there’s that’.

Staff was nice & helpful. The property is definitely in need of some upgrades, but overall not a bad place if you just need a place to sleep for a night. Dennys is literally next to the hotel, and the Link rail from SeaTac Airport is a 5 minute walk away. Very convenient

Pluses: across the street from airport. Low cost. Minuses: no coffee machine in room, no breakfast and coffee machine in lobby not full in the AM. But there was a Denny’s next door. Hardest pillows I’ve had in a hotel room. Loud street noise. You get what you pay for.

Staff was helpful and friendly. I could leave my bag after checking out and waiting for my flight. Free shuttle to airport was nice. Location is very close to rail and bus transport. The place is bare-bones, but I slept great, the shower was hot, and overall it was a great value for me. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not your place. Denny’s restaurant is right next door.
