A very nice, professional-grade hotel. I am not sure about its location. I arrived after dark, but nothing looked walkable - ie. no restaurants real closeby. It's kind of just off of the highway. Surprised we had to pay for parking because it was unsecured.

Charged another $10 at the hotel for parking after paying for the hotel before the trip. No where on your site or at booking did it disclose the parking fee. I will not use hotels.com in the future if the $10 is not refunded to me. The price I paid on the app included all taxes and fees!!!!

The lady at the check in acted like she hated her job. She wasn’t mean but not friendly and didn’t smile at all. Hotel is updated but the elevators are slow and smell like urine. The room was nice although the bathroom could have been cleaned better. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and the morning staff was much friendlier.

Hotel and breakfast was good. Charging your clients to park their car in your lot, in my opinion, does nothing more than irritate your customers. Put an additional $5 charge on your nightly rate and forget the charges to park in your parking lot. It would be something that no one would complain about but charging a charge to stay followed by a charge to park when there really isn’t an option is ridiculous!

The overall property was nasty... 1st the linens from the prior days cleaning remained in tge halls the ENTIRE time we stay - left at 6am. 2nd- there was a nast slime on the back shower wall with body hairs all over the tub. 3rd We refused to walk barefoot and glad we did became socks we filthy by time we left.... I moved to this chain because Grand Rapids location was amazing not sure i would book with ihg again.. I took.photo proof but not letting me attach.

Looking for a place to spend a night on a long trip. The room was comfortabke but it was a bit frustrating that rhe bedside USB ports did not work. The check in pro was quick and easy. Everything was fine until we got settled in. We noticed the temperature in the room was only 64 degrees and the thermostat had an error on it. We tried to change the temperature but it didn’t work. We checked in late at night and were too tired to be bothered. When we woke up the next morning it was still at 64 degrees. This issue should have been resolved prior to checking in. It was a very cold night but luckily we had a long busy day so we were out cold for the night.

Whle the rooms were updated, the hotel itself seemed very old. Thin walls, people yelling. The HVAC wouldn't shut off in our room, the thermostat kept sticking. Good size TV screen and beds were fine.

The hotel was quite nice as the room was nicely sized and had modern decor. I found the bed though to be a bit uncomfortable, not horrible, but not great. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the fresh roasted coffee machine was a nice bonus.

I have never left a bad review of any hotel until this one. After waiting 10 mins for someone to come out. The lady checking me was almost completed when her manager comes out getting on her for leaving an hour early during a previous shift. Waited another 5-10 mins to ask if they had any luggage carts because they were still talking about her leaving early unexcused. By the way only one luggage cart and they couldn’t locate.Half the rooms outlets didn’t work, super thin walls so you could hear everyone by the elevator all night.

It was very busy when we checked in. The agent, Promise was pleasant and remained calm and professional while many guests waited for rooms. Ours was ready. Our room agent, Frank greeted us and offered his assistance if we needed anything. 2 of your best people. Please commend them both!

Girl working front desk was not friendly whatsoever. No smile, no greeting, no ANYTHING. I am ALWAYS asked if I'm using card reservation was made with to complete the charge. I wasn't, and she charged card I wasnt planning on using. I had other card in my hand ready to present to her. When I gave it to her she said..."I already charged card on file". I said you never confirmed if that is the one I wanted to use. She said "you booked through expedia so it is assumed". Upon checkout was told I couldn't get receipt because expedia would send it. I reached out to expedia and was told hotel is to provide it since i opted to pay at property.

The lady who checked me in was so kind! We exchanged pleasantries. I just feel in a world where we are forced to speak with automated intelligence, and folks have no social skills, she just blessed me today! I wish I had paid attention to her name!

The STAFF was exceptionally helpful. We had a minor problem with the tv after hours. The manager had an engineer (Anthony) come in specifically to assist us. He fixed the problem in a few minutes. Could not ask for better folks!!

The 2 hosts at the front desk were very rude when I went to check in. I said hi and they didn’t acknowledge me and went straight into asking for my information. Extremely short with me, didn’t tell me when breakfast was and checkout instructions. The bathroom had crumbs on the counter. Overall poor experience.

Perfect place to stay if your attending events at the coliseum! Less than a 5 minute walk to the front door, free parking with attendant. Great breakfast, able to handle large crowds. Helpful and friendly staff. Area around hotel is a bit run down, homeless frequent the area.
