The hotel was not within walking distance to the medieval city, but the room was clean and spacious. There is plenty of free parking and a wonderful mall just across the street. The woman at reception was very helpful.

Very clean, staff at reception very friendly, helped to organise a taxi for us. Perfect for an overnight stay on the way to the airport in Carcassonne.

Room was clean and nice looking. Staff was friendly and we got our room 1,5 hour before check in. Breakfast was 10 euros per person and definately not worth it. There is a cafe, KFC, Burger King and a huge shopping mall close by. If I would have known it I wouldn't have taken the breakfast. All together it was a good night stay and I recommend the hotel.

You are asking about the staff? There was nobody there when we arrived. I could not find my reservation number because of poor phone connection! It took us 15 minutes to check in and other guests were struggling too! Not a good system and Expedia should let us know that there nobody at the Hotel when you arrive, that we needed our reservation number, not just our names and to be ready for a machine.
