Well designed apartment for a family of 4.5 (baby), with wonderful views of the river. Te pool was out of order, which was very disappointing, and no discount was applied to offset that lack of amenity.

Good location, friendly reception and great to have carparking onsite but we found out on arrival the pool and spa was under repair and unusable. This was one of the amenities that made our decision to to book here. The appartment was dated and things like the stove rangehood didn't work, the shower water was very variable, and the foxtel tv didn't work even though there was anremote and a channel guide.

I had a great stay. As is typical when you book with a Third Party )Hotels.com) I got a low room ont he 8th floor, but it was sufficient for me, and had no difficulties with long waits for elevators etc. Excellent location, wonderful reception staff, and they allowed me an option of a late stay for payment which was reasonable too! The room was clean, had a terrace with a view over the river and the Storey Bridge. The Gymnasium was simple, but sufficient.

The lifts.... this was chaos.... 60 floors and only 3 working. This must be frustrating for permanent residents. 15 minutes to get a lift from carpark to floor due to everything else being full.

Sehr geräumiges Appartement. Toller Ausblick aus einer der oberen Etagen. Leider war der Pool geschlossen, das hätte unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht ;-) leider ist das bei der Buchung nicht gleich offensichtlich.

Horrible logistics, you can’t be dropped outside the hotel so have to be dropped a few floors above at their parking. The luggage escalator is broken so you have to drag your own luggage down the stairs and then take a lift to the ground floor to check in. Awful if you’re a solo traveller, would not recommend. Also the building has long term renters so reception and entrance area is always quite busy.

Location is close/walkable to city centre. Property itself is a bit outdated and cleanliness could\'ve been better. Property wasn\'t ready come check in time at 2pm and we could see that it was rushly "cleaned" prior to check in. It smelled when we first walked into the property and not sure if the carpet was cleaned/vacuumed thoroughly. The people behind the reception could\'ve been friendlier and be more welcoming. Would I come back and stay at this property, probably not.

Our stay was mostly pretty good. Check-in was smooth and the staff nice. The units are well laid out and ours had nice views over the river. The location is excellent for seeing Brisbane, shopping and accessing the river. We did find the wifi very frustrating. I could not connect with any stability even using the guest code from the front desk. I then contacted the help desk and they said they would reboot the modem and wait 15 minutes. That made no difference. It was all very frustrating and I gave up after wasting too much time. In 2025 this is not good enough. I expect to log on quickly and not have ongoing issues. Another thing to note is there is construction work going on in an adjacent building that involves continuous loud grinding during the day. The noise started at 7 am. We noticed an unusual smell in our unit on the couch and in the bedroom. We thought this may have been from a dog? We deployed the Glen 20 and this seemed to moderate the smell! YMMV

Close to Queen street mall, quiet room. Air con did not work appropriately. Parking is a little difficult in the complex. On arrival to room beds not made. Thankfully reception moved us to another room.

Room descriptions are a little misleading, our exec suite riverview didn’t have a river view….. but still, was spacious and reasonably well equipped. The only downside was the bathroom, the shower was in need of refurbishment as badly stained and marked. Only three devices allowed on wi-fi. Positives were the location (very close to the citycat ferry and main shopping area) and the staff - very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a perfect location close to everything in the central Brisbane. The reception is open all day round and is very helpful. Parking available onsite at additional fee, but rather reasonably priced at 39 AUD/day. The only drawback is WiFi coverage which at least in my apartment was not available only partially (not in all rooms and not in balcony). Also there is a kitchen but it lacks some basic utensils, such as frying pans.

A great location in the city, a close walk to Queen St Mall. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a room with a view of the river which was great from the 45 floor! The lifts were speedy.

Only a one night stay but unit had everything we required. Checkin was excellent. Had a TV problem in that we could not get it turned on, called reception and 5 minutes later someone was there to help. We finally worked out that the remotes had been switched between the lounge and bedroom at some point. Easy fix

Great location near to river, transport and restaurants. Views are great too. Functional apartments. Drop off area for taxis requires you to hump your bags down stairs to get to reception. Room not clean, reported, still not cleaned. Told to just use one of two bathrooms. Strange security person asking us who we were in the evenings as we entered. All a bit strange. Slow checkin. Slow lifts (very).

Great location to stay if you are planning a visit or night out at Howard Smith Wharves. A short stroll along the waterfront will have you there in 5 minutes to explore the fabulous restaurants and great views
