Okay, clean, quiet place with friendly and helpful staff. Not much in terms of surrounding attractions but close to tram line with 5 min ride to central Zurich. Room size was good, especially since there was 3 of us. Beds kind of hard and not as comfortable as expected. Air conditioning works, but struggled during the record 2026 August heat, however things improved with a fan provided by the property. My wife complained about certain odor in the room, but nothing too serious.

Room was very spacious and well laid out. Little additions line a retractable cloth line in the bath tub was very useful. Room was cool though it was a boiling 30 degrees outside. Staff were were helpful. You can get tickets to lindt factory on the day even (most times) though it was not available online. Breakfast was good though not a great selection for vegetarians. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel and the desk help have an upgrade because I booked a room that showed a double ed in the pics but she said that room was only for one person. I had to pay $75 extra for a bigger bed.

They need a renovation! Their so called king bed is actually 2 twin bed!!! THEY KEPT SEPARATING ALL NIGHT! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!!!
