The staff not very friendly and not at front desk. We had to ring the bell each time to beckon someone. Looks like some of the carpeting has been replaced and updated which was nice. Breakfast , could be improved. Yogurt was in luke warm water and warm. Yikes.

when you first walked in the lobby had very dim lights and no music or people. there’s only one elevator and it’s in between rooms. the hot tub was disgusting. half the doors either had something wrong or didn’t work. the rooms were very outdated. everyone around us were super load when we were sleeping. sketchy people and cars. very disappointed and will not be staying with them again.

Check in was easy enough. Lobby looked and smelled clean. Room was clean and comfortable. No issues, no complaints with the room, the property or the staff. Great value for the area and I would stay there again as needed.

The top sheet on the comforter had brown stuff on it that looked like chocolate. There was an empty water bottle stuffed between the bed and end table. They did not have any conditioner in the shower. Also the breakfast was subpar. When told about the room, nothing was done and only told me how new everything was.

Never coming back. After first walking in, it took almost 30 minutes to check in. Bed looked like they had just made the bed and didn’t clean anything else. The sheets had stains and hairs all in them. Didn’t give us soaps for the bathroom. Air conditioner didn’t work and when we went to look at the unit a lizard came out. We asked the man at the front desk for a new room and he said they had overbooked the hotel and that “the lizard will not bother you.” We ultimately went to another hotel and this hotel was no help at getting us the refund we deserved. Horrible and do not recommend.

These rooms were disgusting. We killed a roach in one room and alerted the front desk and they said nothing. When we pulled out the couch in the other room we booked the sheets were dirty and there were food crumbs folded in them. We had a family gathering and booked a total of six rooms and there was an issue with all of them. I will never ever stay here again!

The walls were super thin. Very noisy hotel. The doors have atleast a 1 inch opening at the bottom of the door. You can hear everything in the halls. The door is super thin and no sound barrier. Would not stay again.

Decent check-in and decent room. Next to the hotel is some sort of sports complex that is having a game / contest. The the sports complex loudspeakers are booming noise into the room and I’m unsure if I’ll be able to sleep later on this evening.

When I checked in, the desk guy was nice. But he asked to "upgrade" my room from the studio King to a room with 2 beds bc it was nicer and he needed the lower room for the COC men who come in with dirty boots. I said sure... Didn't matter to me if it was an "upgrade". Little did I understand the upgrade was to 2 double beds (albeit very comfortable bed but not the point) but NO sofa and only a very hard cushioned chair shoved in the corner that I could hardly get to so I had to sit on the bed to do my work. Now... The worst part was walking in to find it 87.. yes 87.. degrees. The air was completely off! I called to ask for a different room and was told that all the rooms have the air off til someone enters. It took 1.5hrs for it to cool down. As someone who has heat induced asthma, it made me sick and I had to take extra meds bc it was hard to breath. This was ridiculous. Oh and the Continental breakfast was pathetic. I won't be staying there again.

This was one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We arrived at 9:15pm with a toddler only to discover our room was 85 degrees. When I talked to the guy at the front desk he told us that every room is like that (so no option to switch) and no one has ever complained about it (yeah right). Ultimately it took 3 hours to cool down to 72. The hotel also had a strong smoke smell throughout. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I called to confirm you could be 18 to check in, and was told I could. I got to the property and then wasn’t allowed to check in. Also the manager just stood behind the desk not helping for 5 minutes while his employee was helping someone on the phone. After another employee came to the front desk the manager just got onto her in front of us instead of helping us.

The service staff was overly accommodating. After losing my previous booking from a different hotel, my family had to sleep in the car. I was able to secure a room at this facility, but was unable to check in until the following day as they were full. I arrived early at the hotel in hopes to be able to check in. The staff worked diligently to get a room, clean and offer us early check-in. They were helpful, friendly, and overly accommodating.

Staff at a the check in counter in a person call on cellphone didn’t end call to greet me upon entering for check in. Only tried to give me 1 key had to request a second. They painted 2 walls in the bathroom blue there was paint splatter all over the toilet and floor. Room was for 4 people bathroom only stocked with enough towels for 3. Back of the toilet had been broken and glues back together. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal and milk boiled eggs toast and bagels! Hotel located on dead end street on the side of Lowes you can hear workers using loud equipment to load trucks for customers and talking loudly. Would not recommend this hotel pay little more money get a better place.

First of all when we got there the hotel had a different name. We thought we were staying at a Comfort Inn because thats what we booked. When we got there it was a Spark by Hilton. When we checked in the manager, Mr Patel told us there would be a $100.00 dollar deposit that would be refunded upon our check out. When we checked out we were informed that that was a lie and we may see it in 3-5 days. We are on vacation and did not plan on not having that extra $100.00 being taken and not getting it back before our vacation is over, that is very inconvenient. The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff was nice.

The property is new so no issues with cleanliness, safety, parking, or noise. The only issue was the lack of breakfast. There were no hot items and mostly toast, bagels, and coffee. I would not consider that breakfast and therefore will probably not return. I am busy and a good breakfast on business trips saves time. Otherwise it was decent.

The room was spacious and nice. The water pressure was too strong in the shower. There were just two tissues in the bath dispenser and no bath soaps. The breakfast was poor in quality and presentation: communal plastic utensil tray, watery juice and coffee, rubbery eggs, milk jug to use for cereal or drinking, unclean tables.

My daughter and I came to do some shopping. We needed a “no frills” place to stay as we were only there at night to sleep. It was nice and clean and they had a continental breakfast to eat. Nothing heavy which was fine. Only thing I missed was coffee pot in room but there was coffee downstairs.

Everything was good, room was clean. Only issue was that the breakfast was out of eggs, sausage, bacon. Only had potatoes. Had to leave and eat somewhere else. One of the reasons we booked there was for free breakfast.

The hotel was fine and the service was, too. The breakfast was terrible! No toppings for waffles. Yogurt some days and not some days. One piece of fruit in the fruit basket. No hot water for tea or grits. Very poor.
