Overall the Courtyard by Marriott Greenville Haywood Mall was nice. However, the air and heat kept fluctuating throughout the night. I kept adjusting and readjusting the thermostat. Additionally, the iron that was in the room didn’t work. I called for another one a gentleman did bring me one but it didn’t work either. The room was nice a spacious and I like the balcony but there were not any chairs available in my room. My friend’s balcony did have chairs. That was puzzling to me. On the other hand, I would stay again with hopes of these things being fixed and the pool area being cleaned up and ready for summer!

Overall, my stay here was very good. Staff was top notch, room was clean and comfy, they even opened the pool a little early for me and my wife since we were early risers. Really a good experience. They only thing I can complain about is the classic hotel, cheapest toilet paper possible, but that is nitpicking. Definitely would stay there again and the bistro and Starbucks in the lobby was great and so convienent.

It was convenient to where I needed to go. I even had a small balcony which was a pleasant surprise -- but couldn't use it since it was raining. Hallways are a little dark and the elevator is small. The on-site dining was convenient!

I guess it's just impossible to find a nice hotel anymore. They are always is disrepair and this one is no different. The elevator was all beat up and super slow. The sliders to the balcony were gross. And let's not forget the stink bugs. In the hallways and in our room. It was very hard to get a good nights sleep worrying about the bugs. I told the front desk when I checked out the next day and they were like "yeah, they're a thing". No offer of any type of compensation or anything. I won't be staying here again.

We got a king room with the little sofa area and a balcony. The room was clean and beautiful. The pool was very nice and the hotel has nice areas to hang out in. A nice courtyard space as well. Would absutely stay here again.

The man who checked us in was lovely! The room we had was unfortunate.. it was courtyard right by the pool. We wanted to take a nap before our event that evening.. there was no way.. the pool is SO noisy and the patio butts right up to it. Maybe the higher levels would be better. But folks run in and out of their rooms all hours of the night slamming doors. The room was NOT clean.. there were crumbs and some kind of sauce smeared on the chair. There was pizza crust and other trash (beer bottles etc) in the parking lot. And there were chio bags stuck in the fire extinguisher in the hall.. For $213 for one night - that is insane tbh. If you want a clean room and a peaceful stay, search elsewhere.

We had breakfast and we were served a rotten bagel, which I ate and my 3 year old also ate before we realized it was rotten. We did show it to the manager and they checked the rest of the bagels which were also rotten

I was expecting free breakfast but that was not an option. You had to purchase continental breakfast items a-lo-cart. The room layout was odd. the bed did not face the TV. TV was on the side of the bed which made it difficult for the second person to see.

The sheets did not fit the bed and we had a pull out couch in our room, but was not provided extra pillows and blanket. The bed was comfortable and the sliding glass door overlooking the pool was nice.

We came in a a very short notice as the original place we have booked did not disclose until the last minute that they did not have an elevator. The staff was very helpful and since my husband has a disability, we were given a room on the 1st floor and the room we stayed in has a walk in shower. The room was also very clean which I always note when staying at a Marriott Hotel.

Mike and the staff during the initial check-in made the process easy, fast welcoming, and displayed excellent hospitality. Michelle at the bar and lounge was provide outstanding service, and prepared my food and beverage with the utmost care. This very Courtyard By Marriott is the only hotel of my choice when visiting the Greenville area. My stay is always a home away from home.

This Courtyard was a convenient place to stay in Greenville. It was right next to Stax Omega, which is a good spot for breakfast or lunch. The pool was nice to relax in on those hot afternoons. And the hotel was near the interstate when we were traveling back and forth to those baseball games.

The desk clerk was great! She gave us all the good locations to eat and shop. The property was very convenient to eating and shopping locations. Traffic is a little noisy while trying to sleep.

I booked this place under the impression that it would be a clean, convenient, and reasonably priced option. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have been more wrong. Upon entering my room, I was immediately hit with a strong, unpleasant odor—possibly musk, cigarettes, or maybe just a result of poorly maintained carpets. Overall, the condition of the room was unacceptable. Additionally, I wish I had done more research on the surrounding area, as it’s not located in the best part of town.
