We had a problem with the bathroom sliding door which came off the runner and jammed shut locking preventing my exit from bathroom. because My husband alerted the management who was able to return door to track and open the door. However there was no stopper to prevent happening again and could happen to another unsuspecting guest The unit was neat, clean and comfortable. The other problem that arose was with the parking. Initially we had a park outside our room. The second evening we went out for a meal and found no parking available within the facility. We had to par in the public shopping par outside. On returning to our unit the car which had parked in the spot outside our unit had parked awkwardly with front wheel extending well past side of car causing my husband to trip as the wheel was not visible in the dark. This problem could be alleviated by allocating numbers corresponding to the units to each car park. Thank you

This was possibly the cleanest little motor inn in which I’ve ever stayed! It’s obviously been around for a long time, but has been up kept extremely well. Super clean bathroom, clean beds, new kettle, working air con/heater, a few free bikkies and milk for a cuppa, and good tv. The bathroom floor on the top level was pretty squeaky, and I think the motel is in the flight path for late night helicopters to the hospital, but those are the only negatives!

I stayed for 2 nights in a queen room. The interior looked like it had been recently refurbished and the bed and linen were good. The air conditioning worked well and was quite quiet. I will stay here again next time I have to come to Toowoomba.

Nice clean room, with recently renovated bathroom. Older style rooms, but quite comfortable. WiFi was fine, check-in was quite fast. Bathroom was a little small, but still quite functional. AirCon was also good. Walls were a little thin but not too bad.

Great room amenities - fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, and TV. Also, it is in a good location, only about 15 to 20 minutes' walk from Grand Central Shopping Centre and not too far from Toowoomba Bus Station. It is also great value, and one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at in Toowoomba. I visit Toowoomba a few times a year to see family and friends, and I will definitely stay there again (glad I discovered it)!

The staff were very nice however the air con was not working properly and barely kept the room at a decent temp. The hair dryer was not working either - the fridge as small as it was made a terrible noise and I had to turn it off to get to sleep. I accept that the price I paid was inexpensive but what is there should be working properly, Otherwise remove it.

Easy to find and easily contactable. When i called reception to request late check-in, happy to help me. The young lad started the process while we awaited a manager. It took all of 5mins. The room was as described; clean, spacious and with the usual amenities. The motel is centrally located with close bites. Thanks for the stay. Appreciated the simple processes.

Booked a pet friendly room online at a price. On arrival, reception staff were arrogant. Asked if we had a pet, (a small chihuahua). Was abruptly told we didnt book a pet friendly room, so its an extra $30 to put us in a pet friendly room even when my chihuahua is a companion dog..... road noise, neighbour noise, outside lighting on all night shining into room. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

Once arrived to the property to check in, they stated that they had double booked. Then proceeded to let us know they had a family room at a much outdated motel. Did not honour the complimentary minibar, no refund offered either.. the absolute kicker was they were still advertising the room as available after we were sent elsewhere.

The area isn't pretty but it's easy walking distance to the town centre. The property was clean and the bed quite comfortable but it needs a little work done. The taps leaked and the shower head wouldn't stay up. For a basic, no frills stay it's about right but at $200 for a queen room I don't think you should have to ask for 2 sets of cutlery instead of 1. Why does no motel ever have towel rails instead of 1 hook?

Well managed accommodation, close to hospitals as we has to attended to medical treatment both private and public hospitals. Easy driving around. Not far from CBD… price is reasonable! We had good stays!

We stayed overnight in a family room with kitchen . My grandson enjoyed the free minibar too.. Everything was clean and rhe unit had everything we needed , and the beds were comfortable , The staff were nice and very helpfull.

Stayed one night in June. The reverse cycle ac kept the room cosy and warm. Accessories included fridge, microwave, toaster, and electric jug which were very useful for breakfast. Queen bed was comfortable, bedside reading lights sufficient. Excellent value!!! Mal & Elaine
