beautiful hotel, great vibes. staff was mostly great but i would not give this 5 star service. we got an app at the salt harvest and it was good, and drinks at Firn were great. coffee in the AM was solid, too. would definitely come back! gym is small but was not a priority for us. also, no bathtub.

Amazing, it made our stay in Seattle extra special. The rooftop bar offers the best view and cocktails, and restaurant (Salt Harvest) is one of a kind for both breakfast and dinner. The rooms and the overall facility is stunning. Great people too!

Beautiful hotel. Love all the natural plants. Restaurant in lobby was delicious. Rooftop drinks were tasty and a nice view of the space needle from there. We liked the exposed brick and beams in our room and shower was nice and big. We'll be back on our next stay for a Seahawks or mariners game. Parking was a bit expensive for valet so we got a garage half block away that is reasonably priced.

Beautiful place, well designed, service/ staff were amazing! Especially enjoyed the shower, all the amenities, and the being so close to Lumen field and downtown. Only downsides for me were no microwave, bed/ pillows too soft, and parking not included with your stay (only options are valet or street/ meter parking). Would definitely stay again though!

Very friendly and accomodating hotel staff from the valet who meets you at the entrance to the folks at the front desk. Everyone was super helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Brand new facility with tasteful, comfortable rooms. Proximity to attractions. Some noise when stadium events let out but otherwise quiet and relaxing. Valet parking in an adjacent, safe, well organized facility.

Perfect place to stay if you are going to a game. T-Mobile, Lumen Field & the waterfront are all within walking distance. Our room was clean & comfortable. All the furnishing were new & the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Finally, the staff were all awesome - excellent service. We will definitely return to the Populus.

Birthday weekend trip. Caught a Mariners game and it was an easy walk to the hotel after. Incredibly clean and the aesthetic was lovely. So charming and cozy. We slept wonderfully the bedding is wonderful. Shower was spacious and bathroom beautifully designed. Checking out was easy and the complimentary coffee at the cafe upstairs was a nice touch to start our day.

This new hotel is gorgeous and spotless. It’s an easy and safe 4 minute walk from the Amtrak station and a short walk to the waterfront/ferry terminal and Pikes Place, so it was fun to explore the area on foot. Public transportation was very nice and close by. The walk to the international district was a bit dodgy. I didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant but enjoyed the rooftop bar (nice vibe & view). I found awesome dining options close by. Room cost was higher than what I usually pay, but I would consider staying again if I arrived via Amtrak.

Property was gorgeous, so much greenery that it felt like a secret garden in the middle of Seattle. Every staff member we met were kind and helpful. Food was amazing. Our room was lovely. Comfortable, quiet and super clean with great amenities and luxurious details.

Great establishment. BEWARE OF BOOKING ROOMS ON THE WEST SIDE OF BUILDING. The neighboring establish across the street on 1st avenue is miserable with noise. “THUMP THUMP THUMP” until 2am with no fair warning by the hotel. Really nice establishment with a really unfortunate neighbor in Cowgirls Bar. We had to change rooms at 12:45am due to not being able to sleep.

The negative was that we stayed Friday and Saturday night, at about 9 pm, a club across the street begins to fill with a line down the street. It is VERY loud. Then muscle type cars start down the streets right by the hotel and they gun their engines over and over until as late as 2 a.m. It was VERY loud in the rooms. The hotel told us that this is a problem, they are working on trying to make the rooms more sound proof, in the interim they gave us ear plugs. We did not get much sleep on Friday night. Saturday night was loud but got better around 11:30 or midnight.

One of the better rooms in Seattle, spacious and well appointed. That said, it can be noisy. The room next door was ragging past midnight which made sleep more difficult. I finally banged on the wall and it stopped. You can also hear the street and if there is any pro sports game the reveling is noticeable. I would say to stay here and just not in a room that faces the street. I’ll be back and make adjustments but this is my new hotel for Seattle after 10 years of trying all the downtown places. The drip coffee was better than average as well.

Our stay at Populus Seattle was AH-MAZE-ING!! My husband and I came to watch the Seahawks vs. 49ers game and chose this hotel because of the amazing location to the stadium. It was literally a two min walk from the front door of the hotel to the front of the stadium! Our experience was something to remember, this was our first time to Seattle, and the front desk person (Christian, awesome employee!) upgraded us to a beautiful king size corner room because we were first time guests to the city and the hotel. We were also gifted breakfast the next day because of small mishap the night before. The staff were very attentive and so helpful from bringing us hotel extras, to getting us transportation, to sharing personal experiences with us making us feel welcome and at home. I’m so in love with this hotel that if we ever come back to Seattle for another football game, this is the place we will be staying ❤️ Thank u Seattle Populus for amazing memories!!

I am unhappy with how the staff treated me and my guest. We were very respectful and nice. When we first arrived we were not dressed to impress since we were in a car all day so they looked at us differently. Then they told me i can arrive early to get into a room earlier when one was avaliable, they never let me know when a room was available until the last minute after me reminding them multiple times. I still have not yet received my refund for the deposit fee of $100 dollars, there was definitely no damage to the room, everything was left as is. Its been almost a month and still waiting. For the price of this hotel for one night is not worth it. I am very unhappy. I was very excited to stay here but it got ruined by the receptionist sadly. Also still waiting on my refund. I wjll not be staying here again or recommending.

Hands down the best stay we have ever had. Populus Hotel has no limit when it comes to quality! Not only do they supply their hotel with top of the line linens and furnishings but their customer service goes beyond measure. They opened in May of 2025 and by September they were making improvements on their HVAC system. Our room was not cooling and we immediately had maintenance in the room . They were unable to immediately resolve the issue and while we were out grabbing lunch, they moved our packed bags to another room. I had forgot to pack a couple items out of the shower and when we called from the baseball game to tell them we immediately received a text they had taken the items to our room. They did not stop there they put them in a small bag along with a beautiful gift. Conveniently located near the stadium’s and pubic transport. Wonderful espresso and charming restaurants and reading room all on site. Truly blessed by our stay there!! No words!

They opened in May of 2025 and by September they were making improvements on their HVAC system. Our room was not cooling and we immediately had maintenance in the room . They were unable to immediately resolve the issue and while we were out grabbing lunch, they moved our packed bags to another room. I had forgot to pack a couple items out of the shower and when we called from the baseball game to tell them we immediately received a text they had taken the items to our room. They did not stop there they put them in a small bag along with a beautiful gift. Conveniently located near the stadium’s and pubic transport. Wonderful espresso and charming restaurants and reading room all on site. Truly blessed by our stay there!! No words!

This is a beautiful hotel! We will absolutely stay here again!! Do not hassle with a rental car & notorious Seattle traffic & expensive parking if you’re in town for a ball game or to explore Seattle. It’s within Easy walking distance to King St Station (Amtrak) 5 minutes, light rail to the airport 8-10minutes. Close to both Stadiums, walkable, 5-15 minutes, and to the Seattle waterfront too! Everything is new as of May 2025 so the bed & linens are pristine & top quality. The staff is friendly & helpful. The rooftop bar is fantastic! Our room was the least expensive, small but pleasant & quiet, it was a one night stay so a non issue.The internet is fast, the room has a small refrigerator, a kettle & a pour over coffee bag or tea for morning pre breakfast wake up. There is a good coffee shop and a highly rated restaurant on site. I love Pioneer Square & the history there, it was very clean & no street people around this trip. It is a working waterfront & railway district, a few bars, restaurants & nightlife, you do need to be aware of your surroundings, especially at night, that’s also part of its history, check it out!

Populus is a fantastically renovated older building. The staff is all extremely friendly. The rooftop bar is amazing! The bar down the street is SUPER noisy and it goes til 2am so would recommend asking for a higher up room if you’re a light sleeper. The area is a little unsafe fairly close by. We were there for one night to go to a football game so it was good for us.

This new hotel is gorgeous and spotless. It’s an easy and safe 4 minute walk from the Amtrak station and a short walk to the waterfront/ferry terminal and Pikes Place, so it was fun to explore the area on foot. Public transportation was very nice and close by. The walk to the international district was a bit dodgy. I didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant but enjoyed the rooftop bar (nice vibe & view). I found awesome dining options close by. Room cost was higher than what I usually pay, but I would consider staying again if I arrived via Amtrak.

Amazing, it made our stay in Seattle extra special. The rooftop bar offers the best view and cocktails, and restaurant (Salt Harvest) is one of a kind for both breakfast and dinner. The rooms and the overall facility is stunning. Great people too!

Beautiful hotel. Love all the natural plants. Restaurant in lobby was delicious. Rooftop drinks were tasty and a nice view of the space needle from there. We liked the exposed brick and beams in our room and shower was nice and big. We'll be back on our next stay for a Seahawks or mariners game. Parking was a bit expensive for valet so we got a garage half block away that is reasonably priced.
