Gymmet var dåligt. Borde vara med fönster och mer plats för vikter och stänger.

The location is perfect. Close to all transportation stations and next to the train station. Breakfast is very good with various options. I really liked Sauna there as well. Staff was friendly. I stayed there for 6 nights with my wife. She thinks that it would be ideal if there is a laundry room available.

ヘルシンキ中央駅にほぼ直結しており、便利なホテルです。朝食もおいしく清潔でサウナの利用もできます。 チェックアウトの際に、5.7ユーロ支払いが発生していたのが、何の費用かわからなかったので、明細を出して欲しかったです。

Perfekt läge centralt i Helsingfors. Trevlig personal i receptionen och i cafeterian. Tyvärr ingen restaurang öppen under sommaren men god mat i cafeterian. Frukosten perfekt.

Es muy conveniente quedarse ahí por el tren que te lleva al aeropuerto. El hotel está muy bien, cómodo tranquilo tiene sauna.

The hotel was dirty all over. The gym was directly nasty, very dirty and smelly. Considering how small it is, it should be easy to clean. The elevator and especially staircases smelled of cigarettes and smoke. Furthermore they had renovations in one room and started with hammers at 07:00!! Breakfast under average.

Such expensive hotel should at lwast have coffe in the room. The gym is small with few equipment.

Este hotel fica praticamente na Estação Central de Helsinki. Não é novo, mas esta bem conservado. O restaurante não oferece muitas opções no cardápio.

Staff very friendly, nice sauna and gym, food near by, lots of places walkable.

5連泊しました。初日は部屋の清掃をスキップされましたが、フロントで話したら翌日からは問題ありませんでした。朝食は、基本的に毎日同じメニューでしたが、フィンランドらしいカレリアパイやパンケーキ、パンやシリアルなど種類が多く、毎朝色々試せて５日間飽きずに楽しめました。特にスイカが甘くて美味しくて毎日食べました。駅前で電車やトラムやバスのアクセスが良く、すぐそばにKマーケットというスーパーがあったので、とても便利でした。フロントの方も親切でした。

Quand je suis arrivée dans la chambre , j’ai vite constaté que le nettoyage laissait à désirer. J’ai trouvé de la saleté sur TOUTES les surfaces incluant la chasse des toilettes. J’ai été obligée de tout nettoyer aves des lingettes désinfectantes. J’ai même trouvé des taches sur le plancher de bois. J’ai pris une lingette et j’ai nettoyé la surface avec ma chaussure. J’étais tellement dégoûtée que je n’ai pas pu utiliser les serviettes. Heureusement que j’avais apporté les miennes. De plus , on dirait que les espaces communs ne sont jamais nettoyés. Je faisais très attention à ne pas toucher le tapis noir de saletés avec mes pieds quand je mettais mes Flip flop. On voit des traces de doigts autour de toutes les poignées. J’ai trouvé une serviette avec des taches noires, le premier jour. Quand je me suis plaint à la réception , le gars m’a offert une boisson gratuite mais à condition d’acheter un repas complet. Quelle mesquinerie !!! Je ne comprends pas comment les gens ont donné des notes aussi élevées à cet hôtel. C’est un 4* mais moi , je ne lui donnerai pas plus de 2.

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Mein Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr gut mit einer großen Auswahl.

電気ケトル付きの部屋を予約したと思っていました。部屋に装備されていなかったのでスタッフに相談したところ有料だと回答されました。また部屋の鍵が壊れていて閉まらないことがありました。部屋を替えていただきましたが、パッキングも必要で大変でした。

Hotelfenster - vermutlich aus Sicherheitsgründen - sind überhaupt nicht zu öffnen. Also, keine Möglichkeit, die frische Luft zu kriegen. Die Luft im Hotelzimmer bleibt stickig. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Hbf. "Super Location!", dachte ich mir am Anfang. Ganz naiv. Ich musste die ganze Zeit Straßenlärm hören. Auch am Abend. Manchmal sogar laute Trommelmusik, vermutlich aus einem Sommerfest. Dusche wird abwechselnd heiß und kalt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Alles frisch. Sehr variationsreich.

Outstanding location, good food and service. Too bad the room was so hot I could barely sleep. They gave me a tiny fan, which didn't help much.

Had a great weekend stay here - the hotel is modern with spacious rooms and a lovely breakfast spread. Highly appreciated the conditioner in the shower :)

The location of the hotel is excellent. However, the cleaning staff did not lock the door to my room after cleaning - my room was open for anyone to come in all day long! This is unacceptable! When I brought this matter to the receptionist, all I heard back from her was how sorry she was it happened. Breakfast was ok, but all the pastries were gone by the time I got to breakfast at 8:45am. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were very comfortable. Staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant. Wish we were staying longer. Loved the city and this location was perfect.

The staff are quite untrained. They just opened the door without ringing the bell for housekeeping…

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The reception staff were extremely rude and completely uninterested in helping guests. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes just to be able to enter our room, with no explanation or apology. To make matters worse, the electrical socket in the room was coming out of the wall, which is unacceptable and unsafe. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The entire staff was outstanding. They were helpful, and knew the area and attractions. Nice breakfast and clean room.

Great location, but lots of noise during the road construction at night - couldn’t get much sleep because of the noise. The receptionist was not very nice, seemed judging when I inquired about different things.

Check in was smooth although there was a short wait due to a queue. Reservation staff friendly. Breakfast was very good, which to us were a range of healthy foods on offer. Room was of reasonable size with double bed, a small working table with chair in front of the TV, and free coffee making facilities. Unfortunately, there was no near power point socket at the working table which would make things easier when working though not an issue. Location of the hotel was definitely good for us, which was adjacent and within a less than five minutes walk after exiting the Helsinki Central Station. Centrally located with easy access to buses, foods (restaurants too), shopping malls and within walking distance to the Helsinki Market Square and some other attractions. Overall, Scandic Helsinki Hotel is a very good, nice, and value for money place to stay. We would certainly return to stay on our next visits and would highly recommend to others too.

Few steps from Helsinki’s train station and walkable the entire city within minutes… just a great stay! Good breakfast too…

Great location. I could acess the platforn for my train in less than one minute. Polite and efficient staff, clean room and good breakfast.

Excellent location: right next to the railway station and a short walk away from most of the attractions. Good amenities in the room, staff very friendly.

Great option for a stay in Helsinki. Adjacent to the Helsinki's main train station, it was a natural choice for us, since there is a direct and economical train connection from the Helsinki Airport. The hotel is central to everything: supermarkets are within a 2 minute walk, plenty of dining options nearby, Stockmann (major department store) is less than 10 minutes away, etc. While there are excellent bus connections at the train station, we walked everywhere. The room was clean, functional, spacious enough for two people with two large suitcases and several items of hand luggage). Beds were very comfortable. The air-conditioning is operated centrally and we couldn't turn it off or increase the temperature beyond the preset point, but staff were most obliging in providing an extra cover. Despite the hotel being so close to the train station, the room was very quiet. Hotel's location and value for money are hard to beat. Our rate included breakfast - the choice of food was really good and included vegan and gluten-free options. The only minor criticism is the absence of good coffee (coffee machines can only do espresso/black coffee, to which one can add milk from a jug, if desured). All in all, it was an excellent stay and we'd use this hotel again next time we are in Helsinki.

Situated in the center of Helsinki, many of the great things to see are easily walkable from the hotel, What's more, the property is adjacent to the train station, and a light rail is an affordable way to get to the airport. During our stay, the hotel was relatively quiet for an urban setting, but outside music with a thumping dance beat could be heard in our room into the night. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and professional. An area of improvement might be the breakfast buffet, which was mediocre compared to comparable hotels in Scandinavia. The scrambled eggs were runny, and the pancakes remained a little too long on the gridle. One note of caution when use the the city light rail: the friendly and helpful desk clerk at the hotel reminded us to buy a our ticket to the airport in advance on the last day, but didn't let us know they are only valid for 90 minute after purchase. We visited the Finnish National Museum that morning before our flight home. Well worth it--but our train ticket expired. Not a big deal--it was stil much cheaper to buy a second ticket than to take a taxi. In the end, no conductor even collected the ticket. Such is the nature of the honest and self-reliant Finns.

We really picked the perfect place to stay. Very reasonably priced, a 2 minute walk from the railway station, located close to the sights of Helsinki and the home of our friend, who we came to visit. Such wonderfully warm and welcoming hotel staff, who could not have been more helpful. Our room had everything we needed, especially the comfortable bed which guaranteeed a good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent, so miuch choice, it catered for all dietery needs.
