Very clean and helpful staff. Very central located, close to restaurants and little shops. Concierge met us upon arrival to help us with luggage. Hotel has AC and it was appreciated since weather was hot. Bottled water was provided daily. Room was large as well as restroom. Coffee pot provided. We also were welcomed with a bottle of wine and asked us to let them know when we needed cups to enjoy. Room was kept clean daily. Breakfast can be enjoyed there. Bar is also available on site. They helped us get a taxi scheduled for early departure to airport. Great stay.

Property was clean and great service. Hotel carpet needs an update. Also, a foul smell was coming out of the bathroom drain, it needs some improvement. Breakfast buffet does need more breakfast options, it was very limited. But we really liked the hotel, and the staff was professional and helpful.

The interior architecture of the hotel and the room had a colonial style. There is a very popular outside bar next to the hotel and there is a VIPS restaurant on the other side of the hotel. The hotel is right in the middle of the charming and vibrant center of town. The church bells ringing at different times day and night, was an enhancement to the experience.

Great property, great staff and central location. Only downside is that the rooms with a view can be a little loud, but again that's expected due to its location. Additionally, rooms with no view can be stuffy especially if it's warm. There is ac so it helps

The hotel is very nice and clean but unfortunately there’s 2 nightclubs very close to it., I booked a suite with city view but I had to move rooms to a less noisy area., the new room was very small and NO city view but at least I didn’t hear the noise anymore ., I didn’t get the difference in price ., the first one was more expensive but too noisy.

I Liked the city center location and ease of catching a taxi and shopping. the interior rooms were nice an quiet, A/C made them not feel stuffy. Hospitable friendly staff. Very helpful and observant.

This is a lovely hotel that used to be a convent. The women at the reception desk are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Might not be such a great place for those who go to bed early or sleep lightly; there is a lot of noise outside the hotel (church bells and really loud music) until 10:00 (later on weekends). Superb location.

Conveniently located on a beautiful plaza. Fantastic restaurant and bar next door! There were holiday activities goingnon in the plaza and a live jazz band in the restaurant below. Was quite noisy until around 1130pm.

The hotel location is fantastic, but just that This hotel is a big spacious hotel without a soul . It probably was a grand hotel long, long time ago but now What it makes me angry is that this is a 5 star hotel with no room service, not laundry service, not a refrigerator inside the room . This Grand hotel should advertise as 3 star hotel . They have free breakfast and to be honest the breakfast was so mediocre, so terrible for a 5 star hotel.The room was nice because it have a balcony facing the park but in the room the bed was old the the pillows where so old and smell like someone head it small bad and, they where so uncomfortable and lumpy. This hotel was a big disappointment for a 5 star hotel it has definitely been the worst hotel i ever stayed, I won’t recommend to anybody.
