We come to Portland a lot and Scott’s place is the best place we’ve stayed in! It has gorgeous views, it’s in a prime location, it has free parking which is super convenient and the condo itself is gorgeous and spacious. We are already planning to rent this place and the one across the hall in a month for our wedding weekend!

Our family of four loved staying at Cornelia. The location is everything, it’s convenient and allows you to walk everywhere. The view and access to rooftop deck was fantastic. We had everything we needed in the apartment, we cooked in a ton and loved walking over to the seafood market steps away. Highly recommend!!

this place is absolutely incredible. We stayed all over the East Coast and this keep in min penthouse was the best by far. Rooftop private balcony, Suite balcony over looking the Ships and waterways. Starbucks and restaurants on both sides of the building. Great Parking, Elevator access, safe and secure and incredible space and views. Thank you!!!

We stayed over the July 4th holiday. It’s only about 15 minutes from the Portland airport. The unit is amazing. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms with baths were spacious. Remember to close the overhead skylights unless you want to be awakened at 4:30 by the sunrise! The living space was comfortable with two walls of windows overlooking the harbor. The balcony was a great spot for morning coffee. We watched the fireworks from the rooftop terrace. Waking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. The included parking was a big plus as it was a busy holiday weekend and street parking was at a premium. The baby seagulls nested on the rooftop were a plus! It was a fabulous spot to begin our Maine adventures.

My husband and I stayed at this property for our daughter's wedding weekend along with the groom's parents. Our arrival and check-in was fast and easy, the parking spot for the rental is right next door, the location is perfect for access to Portland/Old Port shopping and dining. Even though it is located on a working waterfront near bars and restaurants, it was very quiet at night. The bedrooms and baths are modern and spotless, with lovely linens and other amenities. Excellent and responsive hosts, I would happily stay here again and again!

The condo met all our expectations and then some! Perfect location, amazing views, very clean, unit well stocked with amenities and great parking. The rooftop deck was also a nice perk. Communication with Scott and Karen was good. Within walking distance to everything in Portland. Would definitely book there again.

We stayed here for five nights before and after our daughter’s wedding. The location was perfect we walked to restaurants, had a parking space for all the errands, and basked in the view of the harbor when we were relaxing. Will go to Portland again soon and try to stay here!

Cornelia is really a cool place. Everything is as good as it looks in the photos. It was spotlessly clean and the bedding was luxurious. We had so much fun watching the comings and goings in the port from the floor to ceiling windows.

Our family had a wonderful getaway at the "Cornelia" this past weekend! The penthouse was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need and more. I would love to stay here again and encourage anyone interested to check it out! The location can't be beat and Portland is just such a fun place to explore. We loved it!!

Couldn’t ask for a better location to just jump out and walk to wherever you want to go and absolutely stunning views of the harbor. The place was in the shape as portrayed on the website which was great. Amazing and stunning views even with the snow which was beautiful. Close to a ton of restaurants and shops which ideal. Couple of things that we felt were missing in the cond: pepper, napkins, placemats, hand soap for bathrooms, a vase for flowers, also in the master suit bathroom shower there were bugs in the grout that had been eating away at the grout & were still alive. This to me was not very sanitary. Kinda disappoawaty & living in the grout

this place was as great as was advertised!!! The location was awesome. Walking distance to so many restaurants and shops and the view was amazing. The place was extremely clean, well furnished with necessary kitchen items and the appliances are top notch. The only recommendation I have is to add a full length mirror for the ladies. We need to see the whole picture, LOL! If you are on the fence about this property, go ahead a click "Book It"! you'll be glad you did!

All aspects of the rental are 5 stars: the space itself is amazing and features so many luxuries; the location is absolutely the best in Portland; the experience booking and communicating with Scott and Karen is easy and extremely helpful/informative. We look forward to returning again!

We stayed here for a couple of nights before going further up the coast. It was better than described. Cannot stress enough how amazing the view is!!! Just gorgeous. This property is right in the middle of Old Port and you can just walk to eat and shop. Location is perfect. The property itself is top notch. So clean, modern, with more than you need for a perfect stay. I’m so happy I found it!! The owners are very responsive, thoughtful and kind. Definitely a must stay in Portland!!

It was impeccably clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were just as comfortable as we remembered. We come to Portland a lot and Scott’s place is the best place we’ve stayed in! It has gorgeous views, it’s in a prime location, it has free parking which is super convenient and the condo itself is gorgeous and spacious. We are already planning to rent this place and the one across the hall in a month for our wedding weekend!

Location was fantastic, my wife and I stayed for two nights. The unit was very clean and had fantastic views of the harbor. Would highly recommended.

The 4 of us stayed at this lovely penthouse facing the harbor & throughly enjoyed our stay for the week. The place was close to the highway so we could go up and down the coast to visit the various sites. There was shopping and restaurants all within walking distance of the penthouse.

My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves. You can't beat the location, both walking and getting in and out of the city—great views and very clean.

We stayed over the July 4th holiday. It’s only about 15 minutes from the Portland airport. The unit is amazing. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms with baths were spacious. Remember to close the overhead skylights unless you want to be awakened at 4:30 by the sunrise! The living space was comfortable with two walls of windows overlooking the harbor. The balcony was a great spot for morning coffee. We watched the fireworks from the rooftop terrace. Waking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. The included parking was a big plus as it was a busy holiday weekend and street parking was at a premium. The baby seagulls nested on the rooftop were a plus! It was a fabulous spot to begin our Maine adventures.

My husband and I stayed at this property for our daughter's wedding weekend along with the groom's parents. Our arrival and check-in was fast and easy, the parking spot for the rental is right next door, the location is perfect for access to Portland/Old Port shopping and dining. Even though it is located on a working waterfront near bars and restaurants, it was very quiet at night. The bedrooms and baths are modern and spotless, with lovely linens and other amenities. Excellent and responsive hosts, I would happily stay here again and again!

We loved it so much, we booked the same penthouse for next year. This is the perfect old town vacation spot. It's in the middle of everything and the views are incredible!

Everything about this unit and our stay was excellent. The location was perfect with walkability to many restaurants, coffee houses, stores, and other establishments. The penthouse amenities were very nice, and the views overlooking the harbor were second to none. Large, glass, full-length windows everywhere which made the stay a really cool experience. Parking right next door made easy through use of pass. The whole family was happy with this unit, and we’ll be back hopefully. Thanks for making our trip to Portland special Karen & Scott. You are excellent hosts.
