Aloft by Marriott Portland Downtown Waterfront ME

Staff were great! Convenient location.

I had an excellent stay at the aloft in Portland. The staff were very helpful in helping to arrange complimentary transportation within 5 miles of the hotel. The day driver Elton dropped us off and came back to get us without complaint. The only issue I had was with the shower and bath gel, it wasn’t replaced and I ran out while taking my shower

We arrived at 2:15 (check in is 4), and were told about an hour your room would be ready. We were planning on going to lunch anyway. Returned around 3:30 and were told room was not ready. It would be ready soon. (No time given). It’s now after 4 and STILL no room. When we finally checked in, the room was on the 4th floor when I was told it would be 6th floor. The room we got had horrible views. Rooftops. Extremely disappointed as I am a Bonvoy member also.

Great hotel, amazing location and great staff

Parking will cost you 30 dollars just to keep in mind its not included in your stay. But the room was clean and your right on main street plenty of places to walk to
