Loved Casa San Blas. The staff were excellent, very attentive to our needs. Packed us breakfast when we left early, stored our luggage while we were away on a trek, arranged a taxi for going to the airport and even provided us with hot water bottles at bedtime. The hotel was clean, had breakfast included, filtered water to drink and in a great location. Close to the main plaza. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cusco.

The breakfast buffet offered solid variety and always included freshly prepared eggs, giving us a good start to each day. The location in the San Blas neighborhood puts you very close to Cusco's city center and major sites. Fair warning: the hotel is situated mid-hill, so expect a steep climb when returning. This got easier as we acclimated to the altitude, but it's worth knowing upfront. The price was excellent—noticeably cheaper than comparable hotels in the area while delivering equal or better service and amenities. The combination of friendly, proactive staff, well-maintained facilities, and strong value made this a place I'd happily return to.

We loved our stay! We stayed in the Condor suite for a week and it was lovely. Clean and charming with a wonderful patio overlooking the city. The service was exceptional. Sophia was so gracious and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was very nice and we were served custom eggs every morning. Location was great as well. Superb boutique hotel. Highly recommend if you like boutique hotels with local charm.

This was part of a longer stay. The only issue was the shower head, which felt like a firehose and how quickly we ran out of hot water. Other than that, the staff was wonderful, massages were great, location was amazing. Would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Cusco.

This is a completely charming little hotel with the sweetest, kindest staff, lovely breakfast , pretty outdoor terrace and all in a great location . We stayed here before and after a 7 day trek and we treated ourselves to a suite for the end of our trip. This had a lovely jacuzzi tub which was wonderful to soak our aching legs in! Highly recommend for those who prefer a boutique style hotel that will make you feel welcomed and special.

The location is perfect for what we wanted to do while in Cusco, briefly. Walking distance to the main plaza. Easy to find again. I loved the it was tucked away on a side street too. This made it very quiet. Lovely patio ain the second floor too

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. Loved the availability of purified water. Locations is SUPERB, very close to the plaza de armas. Breakfast was delightful. The pillows are amazing and the views spectacular.

We stayed here for 2 evenings and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The location is close to all the nearby shops and restaurants, yet quiet. Breakfast was good, hotel was very cozy and clean there was free potable water and the staff were great. My husband and I got married here and they surprised us with a little gift and bottle of wine! Would recommend this place to anyone.

This beautiful hotel is not only well located (only couple of blocks from the main plaza), but quiet, clean, and with a great view of the town from its terrace. The breakfast is awesome, and all the staff super friendly, and helpful in many ways. I can't wait to come back again.

Location, location, location. Is it a luxurious hotel where you can just stay in for the day and enjoy hotel amenities?... no is not. It is boutique hotel in the heart of Cusco, walking distance to almost everything, where they treat you great, is clean, you have a great night sleep and hot shower and better breakfast and then go visit the city and take your tours during the day... repeat. Yes, I would recommend, value vs quality is great, no complaints at all. As a family this is the type of property we like for the type of vacation, where you spend the least amount of time in the hotel and most of your day out and about.

A few issues in checking because they did not find my booking but assured all would be well. The two men were excellent in making sure I had everything I needed. Checked in room was beautiful, clean bathroom the same. I walked for many hours the men again greeted me with bright smiles and kindness. Highly recommend

We stayed two days before and two days after hiking the Inca Trail. Our room was nicer on the first stay, however both were comfortable and clean. Staff is amazing and willing to assist with booking taxis from/to airport. Breakfast included each morning and if you leave before breakfast they offer a pre made bagged breakfast. Area is located conveniently to shopping, eating and the main square.

Noisy!! We could hear noise from lobby and reception desk. I would not stay here unless you are a very heavy sleeper and don’t mind noise at night and early in the morning. I ended up moving to another hotel and this hotel and Expedia refused to refund the reminder of our stay. Positives: Breakfast was very good, and hotel staff were friendly.

This was a lovely property. The staff was excellent and very helpful with ways to acclimate to the altitude. We got great restaurant recommendations and directions around the San Blas area of Cusco. The only issue was that our room faced a small courtyard area that had very bright fluorescent or LED lighting until 10 or 11 at night that the blackout curtains couldn't quite mask.

The rooms were beautiful and the hotel held our luggage while we did a 5 day hike on the Inca trail at no charge. The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is very basic but good. The only critique I would say is that the hotel can be very noisy because sound echos through the open spaces.

A few issues in checking because they did not find my booking but assured all would be well. The two men were excellent in making sure I had everything I needed. We stayed two days before and two days after hiking the Inca Trail. Our room was nicer on the first stay, however both were comfortable and clean. Staff is amazing and willing to assist with booking taxis from/to airport. Breakfast included each morning and if you leave before breakfast they offer a pre made bagged breakfast. Area is located conveniently to shopping, eating and the main square.

Staff even brought up hot water bottles for feet warmers as a complementary (unprompted) service. After checkout, staff stood with us on the street corner as we waited for our ride. Breakfast was delicious and the area is very picturesque.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Near San Blas Plaza which is nicer than being near Plaza de Armas. Only downside is the street in front is temporarily closed due to construction so somewhat inconvenient to do pick ups/drop offs.

If you plan on visiting Cusco, you have to stay here. It’s located right in the middle of eveything. San Blas is a beautiful neighborhood and you are less than a 10min walk to the Plaza De Armas. The staff was fantastic and super helpful. They were very accommodating. This place is fantastic!

This is a really hotel, not just a family/Airbnb style hotel. 24 hours front desk. I have no issues on English communication. It’s pretty important for me who knows nothing about Spanish except Hola and gracias. They are very professional, efficient. The only thing is, you need to walk a quite steep side way to access the hotel, but consider this is Cusco, it’s expected.

The location is perfect for what we wanted to do while in Cusco, briefly. Walking distance to the main plaza. Easy to find again. I loved the it was tucked away on a side street too. This made it very quiet. Lovely patio ain the second floor too

This beautiful hotel is not only well located (only couple of blocks from the main plaza), but quiet, clean, and with a great view of the town from its terrace. The breakfast is awesome, and all the staff super friendly, and helpful in many ways. I can't wait to come back again.

Our stay at Casa San Blas was absolutely by far the best experience we've ever had!! Every member of the staff was friendly and extremely helpful! Breakfast was delicious in the morning and on mornings we had to leave early, they provided us with prepared packed meals to take on the go. It is only a short walk to the main square and lots of shopping and dining options in walking distance. Anything that was needed whether taxis or dinner recommendations, the staff was there to help! Cannot recommend this place enough. We had a loft room that had the most beautiful view of the city and mountains. They provided us with hot water bags for the beds and had our room warm for us when we came back at the end of the evening! There was construction outside but honestly it didn't affect our stay in the slightest! Will absolutely stay here again if we come back to cusco.

This hotel is a beautiful oasis in the middle of a somewhat chaotic historic center of Cusco. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms beautifully decorated, breakfast was fabulous with assorted items to choose from the buffet and then cooked to order eggs. I had to leave early in the morning on my last day and they prepared a sack breakfast for me to take with me on the road. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great, so much so, we cancelled our next hotel in cusco and rebooked this one on returning from our Machu Picchu hike. Id recommend booking a room with a view of the city. The views were incredible. The room was spacious with ample space for two people. Very clean and all amenities needed. The staff were incredible. The breakfast was also great - fresh eggs made to order and a continental Breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel - but definitely a 4 star rather than 3! The hotel was great, so much so, we cancelled our next hotel in cusco and rebooked this one on returning from our Machu Picchu hike. Id recommend booking a room with a view of the city. The views were incredible. The room was spacious with ample space for two people. Very clean and all amenities needed. The staff were incredible.
