Not so impressed. I stayed here 2 years ago and was impressed with the bed size and daily cleaning. The present arrangement is for guests to book cleaning the night before by scanning QR code, which I did twice within my 7 days stay. Unfortunately my 2nd request was not carried out by the housekeeper. When I reported to the reception before 4pm I was told the cleaner had closed and must have forgotten. Again there were too many guests smoking outside even into the night with the wind carrying the fumes into my room and many times have to rush to shut the ventilation and rather endure the heat in the room. The hotel will benefit from physical and administrative revamp.

While the room was clean and overall the stay was ok, the best part of the property is the outdoor patio at the hotel along the Thames.

The check in process was quick. The room was nice overlooking the Thames. However the room smelled a bit musty and the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. The bed was very comfortable though. Overall I would say the property needs to be renovated. We parked on-site for £10 overnight which is good compared to other hotels nearer the airport. The parking spaces are quite small and, unfortunately, our car was scratched. So the rental car company charged me £1750 for which I will submit an insurance claim form. It was an OK stay but will probably look for an alternative next time.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! My husband and I travel all around the world and rarely ever give bad review; however, in this case..... Ishowed up to the hotel at the tail-end of my European vacation and wanted a safe and clean hotel near LHR as I stopped in London before my flight home to the States. When I arrived at the hotel, something seemed odd and creepy about the place as the place didn't look the pictures on Hotels.com....in fact the name of the hotel was different than listed on the Hotels.com website and the front desk guy told me it changed 10 yrs ago. I got my room key, went to my "river-view" room and then the horror story started. The room was filthy...blood on the chair, stains on the sheets, mold on the ceiling and upper walls...there was no river view, i only saw an alley and the french doors wouldn't shut or lock. And there was no AC!! I complained to the front desk and got nothing. My husband called Hotels.com to complain and got nowhere - they called the hotel and nothing happened. So gave the key back, booked another hotel in the area and left. We requested a refund or credit and was told by Hotels.com that the hotel is not responding so there is nothing we can do.
