Room was clean. Easy parking. Staff was friendly. Mattress/Bed could use updating.

The wallpaper was peeling. The tiles in the bathroom were loose & pinched our bare feet. The sheets & pillowcases had yellow stains on them. Mattress was hard & pillows were lumpy. No extra blankets or pillows in the room. The in-room hot tub(which was the reason we rented this room) seemed nice but when filled with water had so much stuff floating in it that we didn't even go in it. What was supposed to be a fun romantic stay ended up being gross & we couldn't wait to leave.

In the first room we were shown, the bed was unmade and the trashcan was full. We were shown a different room, and here the a/c was on full blast. We managed to turn it down some, but it was noisy all night long.

A/c filter needed cleaning. Hot water in bathroom sink did not work. No access to the ice machine. The bed was comfortable.

Staff was good. Room was pretty dirty. Jacuzzi had a faucet leak so couldnt use it. Was the only reason for coming here. A bit disappointed.

Last minute place to stay to enjoy Tanglewood. Strong AC

The property is old and does not have any amenities. However, it is clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is quite near Lennox attractions. For a short stay following a concert, the Inn was perfectly acceptable.

Very very basic. When we got there the air conditioning was at 60 degrees (it was only 65 outside). It was very cold at night and the heat didn’t work at all, appeared to be disconnected.

Clean, convenient, good price.

The man who checked is in presented high (but not my business), the no smoking room smelt highly of cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom where cigarette burns on the tub still exist. The bathroom tub was filthy. There was a roll of old toilet paper behind the nightstand along with tons of filth. My husband and I slept and got the hell out of there!

Room smelled like a wet dog. Cigarette burns all over bed comforters. Hair on “clean” sheets.

The picture is deceiving. The picture is shot looking at the sign and across the street. I would stay here again! Here are my first thoughts; when entering the parking lot is that place is a little old and tired looking. The front office is all about security and you pass your ID through a tiny slot in a window. Not a friendly atmosphere. The staff I met was friendly. The rooms are non-smoking, but as I found that does not stop customers from smoking in the door way of the room. Once you enter your room, it is clean, and the linens are clean and fresh. The room and bathrooms are clean. Housekeeping does a good job keeping the rooms clean. If you need a place to sleep that is clean and comfortable this may be it.

Clean, comfortable older motel. Not fancy but a good place to stay.

The room was not very clean I had a have them remove the bed spreads because they were filthy. And we couldn’t get any hot water even after we let the water run.

It’s run down, to be nice, efficiency for sure. The broken window, shoddy door locks and pubic hair still in my tub really make the place. Gross.

Room smelled like mold. A lot of noise from drunk patrons at all hours. Will not stay there again.

Circa 1970's but clean and reasonably priced. Just what we needed

Arrived at 3 PM, had to ring the doorbell and call phone numbers before someone came stumbling through a door in the “lobby” to help us. The clerk asked us for payment, but it was already pre-paid. She clearly had no clue what was going on. We had room 1A, the “jacuzzi” room. The room was dirty and the bathroom smelled musty. It did not feel clean. There were visible holes in the wall that had been sloppily patched over. Everything, from the linens to the bedding to the shower curtain, felt old and in desperate need of being replaced. I would not stay here again.

Suited my needs, bed, bathroom, AC, outlets. Clean. Next to a busy road, close to supermarkets and various stores.

The room air conditioner was so noisy all night long! Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Had to unplug tv to plug in coffee maker. Pitiful size soap bars. Gap in.the outside door to room and molding around it. No facial tissues. Sticky carpeting. Other than that, the room was fine.

The “non-smoking” room reeked of stale smoke. The bed was a lumpy coil spring. The Wi-Fi sucked, the AC worked, but was wicked noisy. There was sloppy patchwork on walls as apparently they haven’t heard of sandpaper. Dead spiders in bathroom. Clerk was ok but couldn’t do anything for us. All for the “bargain” price of $199.

The beds were uncomfortable. The room was a bit claustrophobic. I felt that I paid too much for what I got.

Nothing Dirty ,noisy, no evening desk.

Initially they were unable to find my reservation, and it took a few people to sort that out. When we entered the room the TV was on, we used the remote to turn it off and it came back on about 30 seconds later. The happened several times. We finally unplugged it, which also resulted in the fridge and microwave loosing power. Bathroom fixtures were rusted, floor tiles a bit cracked.

Maintenance services / quick to respond

I stayed there for a couple of night with my kids . 11 all the way down to 1. We was respectful and they didn't even know they was visiting me. As soon as they found out they got nasty disrespectful, the young lady walked in my room when my kids and wife was sleep. No matter what they do t have the right to walk in our room without knocking. So the next morning my kids came back to see me s d we balled soccer out side outside my room in the afternoon. No problems from anyone because we was the only one there at the time. Once they found out after their kids was playing with mines I got dirty looks attitude, older guys calling my room saying something about laundry room which my kids asked for the vacuum, when. He got permission from the younger brother.. Then I came back and rent again 2 days after the fact, but today was disrespectful disappointing and unprofessional. For one there was bugs all in my bed and my kids beds burned cigarettes holes in the blanket, toilet an sink backed up, Tv didn't work refrigerator didn't work and the price i book for was for 110. They charged me 144 when rates was $69. Then they tried to charge me $40 a kid which they didn't stay they visited. But tonight I was told do t come here no more you room 119 to many kids we don't want you here go away they took my money and refuse to answer Expedia for a return of my money. Letting my kids visit me don't give you the right to walk in my room and curse me out and call me a dumb american. Totally disg

This motel worked perfectly for our weekend at Tanglewood. We had two rooms for our group, and they were perfectly clean, and it was quiet at night. The facilities are outdated and could use a renovation. But for location - just a short drive to Tanglewood - and cleanliness, it fit the bill. Also, the service was excellent.

Convenient location for my trip

Very convenient location to visit Tanglewood. Reasonable cost compared to other properties even at high season.

The room was run down and the door lock was wobbly, the window was broken and labeled as such, the tub was dirty and I didn’t end up using it. The location was not in a safe place to walk anywhere in the town.
