Hotel is conveniently located and is very central. However it is dated and the interior is in need of a refresh. The TV in the room is no bigger than your average computer screen which is unbecoming of the Hilton brand. Valet carparking was superb and their service was great in this area. Not sure about other hotels but they are charging for barista made coffee which is not included in the breakfast, I have never encountered this before and breakfast selection isn't very good compared to other hotels.

Check in was slow. She needed the names of all my children which seemed unnecessary and intrusive. I have never been asked this at any hotel I have stayed in previously. The beds were small and the fridge was not working so we asked to move to another room so were moved to a higher level room and they brought 2 roller beds which was fine except they had no duvets or pillow cases so I had to take the bedding from the previous room as there was no room service after hours. The staff member was very helpful and apologetic. The parking was overpriced at $60 for 24 hours. All the new release movies were free which was a bonus.

Loved our overnight stay here for a concert at River stage, Perfect location. Was walkable, an easy walk. Used Valet parking and once car was parked we didn't need it again. Everything was handy and close. Room was perfect, staff were exceptional, highly recommend.

We had the executive room but it wasn’t like the one I had experienced before. Bit old fashioned we felt. Close to all shopping areas, with separate lifts taking you into the area, and high was convenient, lovely staff. Executive lounge was included but couldn’t use it , as it was full within 10 minutes of opening !

We enjoyed our stay, staff very friendly. Restaurant and facilities were very well presented. The only thing I can knock on was the room itself... The restroom was updated, but the rest of the room and carpet looks dated, the TV is on a cheap stand alone TV stand... I just expected a little more from a Hilton. The King bed was very comfortable, overall we would still stay there again and recommend it.... your not spending most of your day in the room anyway, let's be honest.

Hilton was nice but felt the rooms were a little tired. When I went to plug my phone in to charge there was a peanut on the floor, so the cleaning wasn't perfect. Staff were amazing at the bar and restaurant. overall it was nice and handy to the shops and restaurants

Not a 5 star property by some distance 4 star at best, dated rooms, ancient tv, limited charging points, grubby carpet & very basic decor & furniture. Far removed from genuine 5 star options like Four Seasons, Hyatt & Mondrian etc. Needs an urgent refurb. Nice staff though - always friendly

The room was very comfortable and clean.. Check in was very fast and efficient . Check out time was perfect for my daily needs. The breakfast in the dinning room was buffet style which allowed for me to eat at my pace and I could get whatever I wanted when I needed it.. There was an abundance of food available and it was freshly cooked and hot..

An absolute delight to stay at, very easy access, rooms immaculate and quite. Had 2 nights and considered staying another night it was that impressive. Had possibly the best night sleeps in a very long time, that is testament to the bedding. Comfort wise the room was a 11 out 10. It was just a great 2 nights away Thank You to the Intercontinental for making it great!!!

We were expecting an outstanding hotel for the price - and were left a little disappointed. Our room smelt damp, and definitely needs an update- there are no PowerPoints next the to bed, the tv was tiny, the plants on the outside of the room looked cheap and tacky, still left in cheap Black pots.

The room was clean, well maintained, and overall very pleasant. It would have deserved a five-star rating if the quality of the mattress had been better. The staff were very professional and attentive throughout our stay. Big shout to Marta, who was outstanding extremely helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.

買い物や食事に便利なQueen stに直結しており、Central Station からもスーツケースを転がして徒歩で何とかたどり着ける距離で、とても便利。スタッフの対応はどに場面でも素晴らしい。唯一の残念な点は、バスタブでシャワーを浴びる際に、お湯がガラスのフェンスを伝って床にこぼれてしまうこと。他の海外のホテルでも何度か経験したことだが、改善できないものか。
