The property is very well maintained. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and well maintained gardens too. I shall add that the staff are very nice, obliging and the property is clean. The one and only downside is that on the same street there is an open rubbish dump. This is not hygienic and one could smell the rubbish from the pavement too. Other than that the hotel is a great place to stay in. I hope to return there one day!

This is actually a really great hotel. It's far enough out of the centre to have reasonable air quality (a major problem in central areas of Marrakesh), although this means you need a car/taxi to get into town. Lovely, tranquil landscaped setting. The pool was warm enough for a pleasant swim at the start of December. Food in the restaurant is really good. Good breakfast, too. Pleasant, friendly staff. A good choice for Marrakesh!

Pros: Excellent pool area and sun loungers, feels like a private retreat as it’s usually quite quiet! The grounds are beautiful! Full of birds singing and the traditional riads were pleasing on the eye. The waiting staff are fantastic and made us feel very welcomed (Mohammed and Abdul Latif!). Lunch menu by the pool was great, highly recommend their cheese burger and ice cream selections! Mini bar stocked with water which was useful and room cleaned everyday. Our shower was particularly luxurious and very big. The taxi shuttle service was also useful and cheaper compared to external areas. Cons: limited dining options for both breakfast and dinner, and often very poor, hygiene in the swimming area toilets can be improved, some staff seem unresponsive or slow (waited couple days for our safe code). Sadly, the water in their outdoor ponds seem very old and rancid, not ideal for the fish and turtles they home.

Out of town hotel with a calm atmosphere. Good well appointed rooms with air con and reverse air con for colder nights (we visited early March). Restaurant good but a few more veggie choices would have been welcome. Hotel will organise a taxi to go into Marrakech (100 dirhams each way). Small spa with hammam on site. No money exchange but plenty in town.

La maison des oliviers est un hôtel très bien fait et son personnel est très sympathique surtout la femme de ménage Jamila qui nous faisait un décor de lit différents tous les jours et un nettoyage parfait de la chambre. La piscine est petite mais parfaitement propre. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est propre et beau.

Magnifique maison d’hôte, on ne s’attend pas à tomber sur un joyaux comme ça en plein milieu d’un village. Endroit tellement apaisant, reposant, magnifique et d’une propreté rien à dire. Super week-end super endroit équipe très sympas allez on va mettre des petites critiques mais rien de méchant ( douche piscine froide l’été ça va mais l’hiver c’est dur ) chambre propre j’ai bien inspecter les draps et le matelas Nikel. La Tele quasiment aucune chaîne ne fonctionne. Manque douchette au wc bizzare pour un pays arabe et musulman et pour info on a pas pas eu de bouteille de vin pas grave on est musulman mais on a eu une bouteille d’eau. Le chauffage fonctionne super en hiver. Les chambres sont laver tous les jours. L’endroit est super beau paisible. Pour les musulmans une belle mosquée à 500 metres dans le quartiers. Dans le quartiers il y a un Herbier Boukhris pour des épices, herbes médicinal, huile naturel. Huile de Nigel il vous la fait devant vous dinc 100% naturel et bio et bien dautre truc je recommande il donne de super conseil ( Parcontre je crois pas qu’il parle le français ) mais avec Google ou tchat GPT tout est facil. ON REVIENDRA

I loved everything about this hotel, especially the staff! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room thoroughly every day, which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to everyone!

Das Hotel liegt sehr weit außerhalb, in der Umgebung gibt es nichts. Das Personal war zwar nicht unfreundlich, wirkte aber eher unmotiviert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gepflegte Gartenanlage. Die Zimmer und Einrichtung sind jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Renovierung oder einen frischen Anstrich vertragen.

We stayed one night as the hotel was close to the airport. Our experience was quite disappointing. On arrival (note that the location is beside an empty lot full of garbage) there is no signage for guest parking or direction of reception so an off putting start. We had "superior" room but the room is quite worn and the bathroom had a loose toilet that was leaking and the shower had no hot water. The pool area and bar were nice but the restaurant lacked any atmosphere. Food however was good and the staff were very friendly which was the only positive from our experience.

La restauration est toute aussi merveilleuse et excellente Les chambres sont faites tout les jours et la literie est confortable. Seul bémol, la climatisation un peu bruyante mais très utile si la météo est au beau fixe. Le début de notre séjour a été chaud (45 a 50°), ma clim a été obligatoire la nuit.

Fine billeder og anmeldelser som gjorder at vi valgte stedet,- men det levede slet ikke op til virkeligheden… stedet er slidt og vores deluxe værelse (dog med flot udsigt til pool) havde et tv der ikke fungede og en bruser (den store) der var gået i stykker. Plus en pære der var gået på toilettet og en vask hvor vandet ikke røg ud før flere minutter efter og wc der havde svært ved at skylle ud. Stedet bliver kørt af mænd der nærmest minder om en mafia bande, der skal have så mange penge ud af gæsterne som muligt. This is actually a really great hotel. It's far enough out of the centre to have reasonable air quality (a major problem in central areas of Marrakesh), although this means you need a car/taxi to get into town. Lovely, tranquil landscaped setting. The pool was warm enough for a pleasant swim at the start of December. Food in the restaurant is really good. Good breakfast, too. Pleasant, friendly staff. A good choice for Marrakesh!

Nice hotel with very relaxing installations. However we couldn't enjoy it much because google maps' address is not right and some km away. They didn't answer WhatsApp an we didn't have phone calls available, so it took more than one hour to find the place.

We stayed one night as the hotel was close to the airport. Our experience was quite disappointing. On arrival (note that the location is beside an empty lot full of garbage) there is no signage for guest parking or direction of reception so an off putting start. We had "superior" room but the room is quite worn and the bathroom had a loose toilet that was leaking and the shower had no hot water. The pool area and bar were nice but the restaurant lacked any atmosphere. Food however was good and the staff were very friendly which was the only positive from our experience.

Pros: Excellent pool area and sun loungers, feels like a private retreat as it’s usually quite quiet! The grounds are beautiful! Full of birds singing and the traditional riads were pleasing on the eye. The waiting staff are fantastic and made us feel very welcomed (Mohammed and Abdul Latif!). Lunch menu by the pool was great, highly recommend their cheese burger and ice cream selections! Mini bar stocked with water which was useful and room cleaned everyday. Our shower was particularly luxurious and very big. The taxi shuttle service was also useful and cheaper compared to external areas. Cons: limited dining options for both breakfast and dinner, and often very poor, hygiene in the swimming area toilets can be improved, some staff seem unresponsive or slow (waited couple days for our safe code). Sadly, the water in their outdoor ponds seem very old and rancid, not ideal for the fish and turtles they home.

Je trouve que la carte des 2 restaurants n'a pas changé depuis des années et pareil pour la musique d'ambiance (exactement les mêmes playlists que l'année dernière) Il y a un besoin de renouveler la climatisation et la robinetterie ainsi que les transats de la piscine... Le service au restaurant est vite débordé à cause de la cuisine je pense car les serveurs sont au top. Le cuisinier n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles !

I loved everything about this hotel, especially the staff! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room thoroughly every day, which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to everyone!

Établissement très bien tenu, personnel adorable, restauration convenable, très intime car peu de suites, rien à voir avec certains complexes touristiques de Marrakech donc bonne note ! Dommage pour le piètre environnement, tristes terrains vagues, constructions aléatoires, mais bon, une fois dans l’enceinte de la maison des oliviers c’est oublié et on a plus envie d’en sortir 👍

The property is very well maintained. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and well maintained gardens too. I shall add that the staff are very nice, obliging and the property is clean. The one and only downside is that on the same street there is an open rubbish dump. This is not hygienic and one could smell the rubbish from the pavement too. Other than that the hotel is a great place to stay in. I hope to return there one day!

Das Hotel liegt sehr weit außerhalb, in der Umgebung gibt es nichts. Das Personal war zwar nicht unfreundlich, wirkte aber eher unmotiviert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gepflegte Gartenanlage. Die Zimmer und Einrichtung sind jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Renovierung oder einen frischen Anstrich vertragen.

Pros: Excellent pool area and sun loungers, feels like a private retreat as it’s usually quite quiet! The grounds are beautiful! Full of birds singing and the traditional riads were pleasing on the eye. The waiting staff are fantastic and made us feel very welcomed (Mohammed and Abdul Latif!). Lunch menu by the pool was great, highly recommend their cheese burger and ice cream selections! Mini bar stocked with water which was useful and room cleaned everyday. Our shower was particularly luxurious and very big. The taxi shuttle service was also useful and cheaper compared to external areas. Cons: limited dining options for both breakfast and dinner, and often very poor, hygiene in the swimming area toilets can be improved, some staff seem unresponsive or slow (waited couple days for our safe code). Sadly, the water in their outdoor ponds seem very old and rancid, not ideal for the fish and turtles they home.

Je trouve que la carte des 2 restaurants n'a pas changé depuis des années et pareil pour la musique d'ambiance (exactement les mêmes playlists que l'année dernière) Il y a un besoin de renouveler la climatisation et la robinetterie ainsi que les transats de la piscine... Le service au restaurant est vite débordé à cause de la cuisine je pense car les serveurs sont au top. Le cuisinier n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à La Maison des Oliviers. Le personnel est très attentif et le service de grande qualité. L’endroit est spacieux et impeccablement propre. La piscine est agréable, et un service de restauration est disponible sur place. Il est également possible de profiter de soins de massage sur rendez-vous, avec une prise en charge rapide. Le restaurant du soir propose un large choix de plats délicieux. Nous avons hâte de revenir pour notre prochain séjour !

We stayed one night as the hotel was close to the airport. Our experience was quite disappointing. On arrival (note that the location is beside an empty lot full of garbage) there is no signage for guest parking or direction of reception so an off putting start. We had "superior" room but the room is quite worn and the bathroom had a loose toilet that was leaking and the shower had no hot water. The pool area and bar were nice but the restaurant lacked any atmosphere. Food however was good and the staff were very friendly which was the only positive from our experience.

Beautiful place . Me and my wife enjoyed every second of staying there. At la maisonette des Olivier we felt relaxed all the staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very nice even though we had lots of bees joining us at the table , apart from that everything was nice. I recommend to everyone.

The property is very well maintained. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and well maintained gardens too. I shall add that the staff are very nice, obliging and the property is clean. The one and only downside is that on the same street there is an open rubbish dump. This is not hygienic and one could smell the rubbish from the pavement too. Other than that the hotel is a great place to stay in. I hope to return there one day!
