The customer service from the check inn gentleman was great but the facility itself was awful. There is no lobby as the hotel is supposedly being renovated. The check in area is one of the motel rooms emptied out. The general area is very shady that I was nervous about leaving my rental car outside. I had to walk up an outside stairwell to the second floor and at the base of the stairs was a nest filled with large flying bugs. The outside is absolutely not tended to at all. Once I got into the room, the bed looked lovely but the room was covered in dust and the bathroom was disgusting with a dirty bathtub and filthy sink. The sink even had globs of soap left behind where a soap bar had been removed but the sink never cleaned. For the first time ever I left. I told the customer service gentleman I couldn’t stay, it was just too dirty and that housekeeping needed improvement. He offered to show me a different room but I declined. I used my Expedia points to pay for this room but I was unable to get a refund. I was told Expedia was not able to get ahold of management. Again, shady. I highly recommend to stay away. There’s a wonderful Comfort Inn just a short distance away.

Staff tried numerous times to help unlock the door because the card key wouldn’t work. I suspected a low battery but they didn’t fix it which meant several visits to the front desk for help. The furnishings were limited. No table, chairs or side tables to put suitcase on. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. Room was clean and flooring seemed new. The site offered free breakfast but the clerk said it was a mistake and should be changed. He then said we get free breakfast which was awful. Cold fries, probably from the night before, cold scrambled eggs, cold pancakes and tar black coffee. I guess you get what you pay for.

I was told I couldn’t check in early without a fee. So I went to the mall since I had a meeting for 1pm. Upon arriving at 4, I was immediately told I had to give them $400 cash for a damage deposit since I didn’t have a credit card, and booked through Expedia. Key card to get into the door did not work. The man opened the door with his physical key to let me in. Then said he would come by sometime in the evening to reprogram the card, asking if I would be home for that. He never showed up.

Don’t even know where to start… sticky floors, unfinished bathroom, 15 min wait for warm water and an array of junkies on the perimeter. We were woken up by a man yelling at 6 am and had to wait until the cops showed up. Of course there was no room cleaning during all our stay. I don’t recommend this place unless it’s your last choice.

Blood all over the walls and smell of urine all over the floor, definitely hazardous. There was also boogers on the wall, food left in the fridge, drug addict yelling at 6am, stains on the bed sheets, the ac was duct taped in, the floor was ruined, the heat didn’t work

Additionally, a soiled towel was left in the washroom from the last guest, and the bed sheets were very stained. The breakfast is white bread, packaged muffins and apples. The staff were friendly. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Blood and pee stain sheets. Got replacement sheets and they more stains and stink bugs. Heater was broke and the front panel was on the floor. Bathroom was dirty. Toilet and bath dog has. Felt unsafe in area. Very run down and should be shutdown. 0/10

I would not recommend this property to anyone. It’s dirty and smelly. It’s loud if you’re at the ground floor. You will hear all the noises from the top one like the shower and all the footsteps. I think, there’s a bedbugs. I was scratching all over my legs.

Washroom has mold, and the room smells smoke/ cigarette, floor is so dusty and you can breath in those dust. Door lock seems unsecured, looks like someone tries to break in.

The room was mouldy (I am allergic to mould). When the door was opened bugs from under the door scrambled in to the room. Disgusting!!! The operator understood we couldn’t stay there and not charge was put through to Hotels.com. However my credit card was charged even after I messaged them. Hotels.com please for the right thing and return the money.

The heater was not working properly, in this weather clients should not be subjected to that kind of condition and the TV remote forward button wasn’t.

I guess for the price it was fair, room was fair. Only problem it took 3 times to complain we had no hot water, then the shower pull was broken leaving us to have a somewhat bath. Also 3 times to office to get proper wifi pass. It was on the card but not labeled properly or explained. Glad I had a good sleep. Won’t be back.

It is a derelict facility that seems to be run by people with no knowledge of the hospitality industry. Everything is worn, dirty, in need of repair or replacement. Any repairs are shoddy. Every surface seems to be fixed by spray-painting over everything. The door had no weather stripping. Table surfaces were sticky. Closets lacked hangers. The bathroom looked like it had been in a bar fight. The bathtub was beyond cleaning. Any photos on the website are deceiving. The food in the restaurant was subpar. The breakfast included started at 7:30 - hardly convenient for those who have to do business in the city by 7:00 AM. The reception area is dirty and stained, with furniture that looks like it was purchased from a junkyard rescue center. The wifi was dodgy - it would cut out frequently. TV is not a regular service, but it relies on web streaming services, which often cut out due to unstable wifi. It is clean enough to pass health inspection, but on the whole, everything is subpar. I could say more, but you get the picture. Pay the extra 20-30 dollars and go somewhere else, because they will not refund your money once you discover how bad this place is.

As soon as you drive in you know it's being renovated. Everything is moved so look around. Found someones pills on the floor questioning how clean it was. Sheets and towels were clean but old and worn. Taps leak, low water pressure in the sink and the lights were questionable. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and the tv and fridge were new. Ok for a place to crash and go.

The front staff was friendly. The quality of the room wasn’t great. Our shower and bath tap didn’t work properly. AC was very loud. Big gap under the front door.

For a quick stay it was ok. We arrived at 11pm check in was quick and easy, front desk guy was friendly and efficient. The bathroom could have been cleaner, looked like the tub hasnt been cleaned in a long time. Dirt in corners. Just not clean. The room was clean othewise Bed was comfy. I booked for the breakfast that was supposedly included. However, we were never told about breakfast and there wasnt any that we could find. False advertising in that respect. There was construction everywhere, didnt feel safe.

This motel is a basic motel to meet your sleeping needs. The room was not cleaned after the first night and no reason was provided. The bathroom door did not close and was reported by text but no response.

For a place to sleep, it wasn't so bad, the rest of it was okay. The shower went straight to cold as soon as somebody else in the area turned on their water. The shower was the only place you get water pressure, the tap in the bathroom was just barely coming out. It basically just needs to be updated and kept up on cleanliness around the building. Also, the location is not the greatest. I did not feel safe walking around with my dog. Other than that, the 2 gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

This property was falsely advertised regarding updating renovations. This property had no phone in the room. Breakfast was served from 7-9? Didn’t have the continental breakfast cause of the false communication from the reception desk who said breakfast hours were from 7-10. This Inn was the worst place that I have stayed in. Big disappointment.

Room was clean but motel was old which is fine. However, linen and towels had stains on them. I’m sure they were washed but does not look professional. Also, breakfast should have said ‘continental’ for breakfast. It was not a full breakfast and well below average. Lack of items for one. Bed had a support railing sticking out which scratched my leg. Bulbs burnt out in room also.

Yes fresh breakfast menu

Bedside lamps did not work, internet was so poor, there was no way to access it at any point during the stay. There was no cable tv and because of poor internet connection we could not use it. Besides fresh pancake, breakfast was terrible. It looked like leftovers from the day before Italian wedding soup and sandwiches that has strange things in it. We will not stay in this hotel again.
