Saltburn House Hotel

Plenty of unrestricted roadside parking opposite the hotel. Room was clean and staff were welcoming. Location was perfects as it's virtually on the seafront of this quiet seaside town with its clifftop views and funicular railway down to the pier. Breakfast was excellent. Good value for money.

Clean room & friendly staff

Stayed here for 1 night the room was clean and the staff were friendly its a beautiful building although a little dated The breakfast was nice the bar was closed because of the time of year but would definitely stay again

Basic is just about the highest compliment I can pay for this place. Such a shame that such a beautiful building can be so delapidated. The single bed was tiny when you could easils have fitted a double in there and it wasn't even cheap at 70 quid !!! Clearly meant only for lorry drivers and contractors. If I'd booked this place for a holiday I would have been gutted but as it was for work and a bit of relaxation, I am merely devastated.

Although it was an old building you could tell they have beem refurbished it. Everywhere was spotless and the staff were brilliant from start to finish. The room was a little small but had everything you need even a hairdryer. Would love to come back and I'm sure we shall.
