The room was kept clean, the front desk staff was wonderful with providing information and cookies per guests requests. I enjoyed by stay and would stay at hotel in future.

The rooms were extremely filthy. When I entered my first room, it was obvious it had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom was covered in hair, and the bathtub even had what appeared to be blood stains. I reported the issue to the front desk, and they moved me to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was just as dirty. While the bathroom wasn't quite as bad as the first, it was still clearly unclean and unacceptable. There was also a crackhead hanging outside the building. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Was greeted with a personal salutation on the tv upon arrival which was a first for me! Rooms are quiet, clean, and reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly and you get warm cookies when you check in! Yummmm!!!! Convenient to the coliseum area which is why we were there plus lots of shopping and food choices nearby.
