J'ai passé un moment très agréable ! Toutes les équipes étaient gentille, je me suis sentie très rassuré et la chambre, salle de bain, tout etait parfait ! Hammam privatif, avec kinesithérapie sur la terrasse en dernière étage, c'était vraiment parfait ! Merci beaucoup et je vous souhaite une belle continuation !

Even though we arrived much later due to a flight delay, Ashraf was waiting for us in the alley-way at midnight to greet us from our airport transfer. He was so kind & very welcoming. We loved having LL in the riad as we missed our dog very much. The rooms were spotless & beautifully decorated. We slept great as the AC was strong & soundproofing was absolutely impressive. Breakfast is plentiful & delicious. We also enjoyed the terrace. It is a beautiful property located close to the medina & is central to many of the focal points we wanted to visit.

Das Riad liegt mitten in Marrakesch. Von dort aus kann man fußläufig sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse am Morgen war definitiv ein Highlight. Das gesamte Team kümmerte sich während es gesamten Aufenthalt um uns.

Everything about our stay was amazing! Pilar, the owner, arranged our airport transfer. Upon arrival, Ryuk greeted us at the vehicle, took our luggage, and walked us to the Riad door. We were welcomed with a hand washing followed by a tea service as we registered. A tuk tuk was then arranged to get us to dinner. He was so helpful throughout our stay. The riad is even more beautiful than pictured. The beds are so comfortable. The rooms are well appointed and the staff is very attentive. Every morning we had a wonderful breakfast on the terrace. The food was lovingly prepared by Fatima. I think about that breakfast, especially the tea and yogurt daily. Pilar was a joy! She was so helpful. She provided us with walking routes on the days we wanted to explore with points of interest we would have missed otherwise. I miss her and her sweet dog, LL. We were truly made to feel like family during our stay. I have no notes! Don’t miss your opportunity to stay here. My expectations were met and greatly exceeded. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

A beautiful boutique style riad. Recently renovated and it’s lovely. The owners and staff are so helpful and attentive. We got good recommendations for places to visit and eat. Also tried the spa services which were great as well. The location is a bit further from the center of the Medina which suited us just fine. We were able to walk to all the local attractions easily. Its our first time visiting Marrakesh and staying at Free People really made the experience unique.

Best Place I‘ve stayed so far. Very loving and caring people. The Riad gets cleaned three times a day and is just spotless. Very close to town so that transportation costs are at it lowest.

This place was outstanding! My favorite place from the 7 places we stayed In Morocco. Free People was immaculate, beds were so comfortable, so clean, the showers were great! I would stay here again. The staff is super welcoming and friendly - they welcome you right away in a traditional riad manner but offer a ton of amenities- transport help, restaurant and attraction recommendations, onsite breakfast, things to do and even a curated list for the city. This is a great location - the main square is about a 20 minute And you’re walking by a ton of restaurants and shops on the way. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Marrakech!

Stay at Free People when you are in Marrakech! It is on a very quiet street in the medina. Walkable to everything that is to be seen in Marrakech. The rooms are grand, tastefully decorated and super clean. The staffs are polite, attractive and extremely helpful. Ms. Pillar, the owner is always ready to help you with anything you ask. She makes sure that your stay a thoroughly enjoyable one. If the rooms are available when you look, take them. You won't regret.

Pilar and her whole staff were amazing. She really made you feel like one of her family members and gave the best advices to start your journey in Marrakech. The Riad feels like a serene retreat: the room was spacious, bathroom to die for. I recommend Free people riad especially if this is your first time in the area. This place was outstanding! My favorite place from the 7 places we stayed In Morocco. Free People was immaculate, beds were so comfortable, so clean, the showers were great! I would stay here again. The staff is super welcoming and friendly - they welcome you right away in a traditional riad manner but offer a ton of amenities- transport help, restaurant and attraction recommendations, onsite breakfast, things to do and even a curated list for the city. This is a great location - the main square is about a 20 minute And you’re walking by a ton of restaurants and shops on the way. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Marrakech!

Even though we arrived much later due to a flight delay, Ashraf was waiting for us in the alley-way at midnight to greet us from our airport transfer. He was so kind & very welcoming. We loved having LL in the riad as we missed our dog very much. The rooms were spotless & beautifully decorated. We slept great as the AC was strong & soundproofing was absolutely impressive. Breakfast is plentiful & delicious. We also enjoyed the terrace. It is a beautiful property located close to the medina & is central to many of the focal points we wanted to visit.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN! It is incredibly well located, the Riad is absolutely stunning and rooms are clean and beautiful, but the thing that most stood out is how amazing the staff are. The staff and Pilar were amazing! My friends and I were greeted by the staff and Pilar as we stepped out of our transportation. Upon entering the beautiful raid we washed our hands and were greeted by treats and tea. The room was clean, any question we had they were a quick to respond. Pilar and staff went above and beyond for us, which was truly appreciated! Definitely a must visit if you are in Marrakech!

Everything about our stay was amazing! Pilar, the owner, arranged our airport transfer. Upon arrival, Ryuk greeted us at the vehicle, took our luggage, and walked us to the Riad door. We were welcomed with a hand washing followed by a tea service as we registered. A tuk tuk was then arranged to get us to dinner. He was so helpful throughout our stay. The riad is even more beautiful than pictured. The beds are so comfortable. The rooms are well appointed and the staff is very attentive. Every morning we had a wonderful breakfast on the terrace. The food was lovingly prepared by Fatima. I think about that breakfast, especially the tea and yogurt daily. Pilar was a joy! She was so helpful. She provided us with walking routes on the days we wanted to explore with points of interest we would have missed otherwise. I miss her and her sweet dog, LL. We were truly made to feel like family during our stay. I have no notes! Don’t miss your opportunity to stay here. My expectations were met and greatly exceeded. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Das Riad liegt mitten in Marrakesch. Von dort aus kann man fußläufig sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse am Morgen war definitiv ein Highlight. Das gesamte Team kümmerte sich während es gesamten Aufenthalt um uns.

Durch eine WhatsApp Gruppe konnte man in Kontakt bleiben und bei Fragen wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Das war sehr hilfreich. Es gibt Geschäfte in der Nähe, diverse Möglichkeiten sich was zu zu kaufen oder essen zu gehen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Marakesh werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

A beautiful boutique style riad. Recently renovated and it’s lovely. The owners and staff are so helpful and attentive. We got good recommendations for places to visit and eat. Also tried the spa services which were great as well. The location is a bit further from the center of the Medina which suited us just fine. We were able to walk to all the local attractions easily. Das Riad liegt mitten in Marrakesch. Von dort aus kann man fußläufig sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse am Morgen war definitiv ein Highlight. Das gesamte Team kümmerte sich während es gesamten Aufenthalt um uns.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Durch eine WhatsApp Gruppe konnte man in Kontakt bleiben und bei Fragen wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Das war sehr hilfreich. Es gibt Geschäfte in der Nähe, diverse Möglichkeiten sich was zu zu kaufen oder essen zu gehen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Marakesh werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Everything about our stay was amazing! Pilar, the owner, arranged our airport transfer. Upon arrival, Ryuk greeted us at the vehicle, took our luggage, and walked us to the Riad door. We were welcomed with a hand washing followed by a tea service as we registered. A tuk tuk was then arranged to get us to dinner. He was so helpful throughout our stay. The riad is even more beautiful than pictured. The beds are so comfortable. The rooms are well appointed and the staff is very attentive. Every morning we had a wonderful breakfast on the terrace. The food was lovingly prepared by Fatima. I think about that breakfast, especially the tea and yogurt daily. Pilar was a joy! She was so helpful. She provided us with walking routes on the days we wanted to explore with points of interest we would have missed otherwise. I miss her and her sweet dog, LL. We were truly made to feel like family during our stay. I have no notes! Don’t miss your opportunity to stay here. My expectations were met and greatly exceeded. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't fault the customer service. It was some of the best we've ever experienced, the staff genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The resort itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard, which we really appreciated. Our son thoroughly enjoyed his stay, and the staff took such good care of him throughout our holiday, making it even more special for our family. We would definitely recommend staying here.
