Nice place to stay with amazing breakfast but the photos indicated a different hot tub scenario. And 3 hours after asking for solutions to repair and supply issues, no resolution. We departed prior to the problems being resolved. Absentee management wasn’t great. Hot tub worked just fine but the overall experience wasn’t as advertised.

We loved the hot tub. Restaurant for the nearby hotel where the breakfast was available was great. Staff were very nice. 2d night we had dinner at food hall in Selfoss (lots of options) We did not cook but there was pots pans and eating ware. Nespresso machine and hot water pot. Temp in room was warmish. But we cracked windows and used the fan.

Overall the room was good and fine. However, amenities greatly lacked. For a family of four, two nights, there was one tiny bar of hand soap, no body wash, one hand towel, just two bowls in the kitchen area. We had to ask for all this and didn’t get it until the next day. There was also a slight sewage smell in the bathroom. The space itself was enough for us but I’d try another place if I come back to visit!

Only complaint was it was incredibly warm in the villa. Even turning the temperature control down as low as it would go, it was still uncomfortable. We stayed 4 days, so it had plenty of time to adjust. Other than that, it is a beautiful property and I would highly recommend.
