Quiet, clean rooms. Great pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was wonderful. People were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy parking

This was an awesome hotel to stay at. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The hotel was quiet, clean, easy to get to, lots of parking, fabulous free breakfast, very nice pool and hot tub. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows and bedding were disappointing. Kids out of control in pool area. Screaming, putting furniture and towels in the pool. No adult supervision enforced. Room was quiet and breakfast was good.

We specifically searched for a hotel with a hot tub/breakfast. When we arrived there was a sign saying the hot tub was broken. That was super disappointing and the pool was freezing cold. Not even able to swim because it was so cold. The breakfast was horrible. The orange juice was empty, the chocolate milk was rotten. There were no spoons for the cereal. The girl running the kitchen area was rude and not paying attention to the customers and what was needed. Overall yes it was a place to sleep while visiting St Cloud. But we had booked a place expecting those amenities and didn’t get either.

The pool wasn’t working for the first few days but the Maintenance man deserves kudos for talking with customers and going above and beyond to get it fixed faster! However, the day time front desk is not informative about the hotel or the area! When asking about the pool, they didn’t know why it was closed BUT had a sign saying the pool was open. I suggested updating that sign and she was like yea that would be a good idea but yet never updated it. The staff didn’t have any recommendations of things to do or places for coffee or food. Being that this hotel is used by a lot of military families it would be more helpful if the staff could suggest things in the area when asked.

Other than the elevator being broken, we had no complaints. Clean and quiet location. Friendly staff.

The hot tub did not work, which was very disappointing since that’s why we rented the hotel that we did. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. Staff was very nice. Very good location.

Would have been nice to know hottub was closed for repairs when we booked online since it was a reason we chose to make reservation. Pool was still open, but was so cold. Otherwise was very friendly, comfortable and clean.

Older property that needs to be cleaned and refreshed. For this reason I would not stay here again. Bathroom walls and floors were visibly stained and dirty.

Our family has stayed here quite often in the past and there was such a difference between a year ago and now. The staff was definitely friendly and the breakst area was very well cared for. Our room smelled like it had been smoked in, there was not a full roll of toliet paper on the holder and there was not an extra in the room. There was grime in the bathtub and in the corners of the bathroom. The worst was that was not a king size mattress cover on the bed, it either a double or queen size. The pool and hot tub surfaces were looked dirty and like they needed to be cleaned. Im sad because Country Inn & Suites used to one of my go to hotels but i cant now....they've changes managment from Radisson to Choice recently and that may be part of the issue.

Some details were missed at cleaning- items in the refrigerator, garbage behind the sofa bed, cleaning rag left on the shower rod/curtain.

Overall, stay was good and would probably stay here again in a short stay, However the overall cleanliness of the hotel was not the best shower was dirty and had hair left in it and in the corners of the room were dust or dirt, and the beds were extremely wrinkled and they did not have a high chair for my infant to sit in the breakfast room and the breakfast was a little scares but, eggs and sausage were very good and bed was comfy! The pool area was very small compared to what I saw in pictures and very loud when there were few people in there. The front desk lady when checking in was very nice and I asked for extra Pillows and she went to find me some ASAP and had them brought to my room right as we got back to our room so I really liked that!

A couple of complaints about the room. The tub had not been cleaned. There was a nasty ring around the tub. Also no exhaust fan in bathroom and one of the plugins did not work. Otherwise happy with our stay.

No hot water to bathroom, sink badly cracked, shower floor dirty or stained. Room AC programmed to go off in the night and can’t be overridden. Curtain in room and downstairs sofa stained. Fruit in lobby spoiling and coffee cold and empty. Bed uncomfortable, front desk host disinterested and uncommunicative. Room window steamed up, smeared and dirty. Bad neighborhood surrounding the hotel. Breakfast was allowed to run low a full hour before they finish serving, food temp was not hot, did not taste good and was of poor quality. I was happy to leave this place.

The bathroom needed a complete overhaul. Floor corners were rusty and dirty. Front of tub had layets if something on it. Tub was scratched and poorly repaird. Very stained. Didnt drain.

Comfortable rooms. Bathrooms are a bit dated. And the carpet needs to be replaced. Friendly staff. Really good breakfast.

The location of this hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants and the Ledge Amphitheater. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The description of the suite room stated it had a bedroom which I was thinking would have been a separate room from the small living area but that was not the case.

Good value - a bit dated - not the best HVAC

Seemed clean and the staff was kind. The room was so humid! The air was working but it didn’t take out the humidity. Also, there was no tv guide or list so that was a bit annoying to not see what was playing on what channels.

The dusty air conditioner turns on and off frequently all night. The water force is the shower was very poor. Couldn’t hang up anything in the bathroom since there was no towel rack.

Suite was roomy. Great for my family.

Went to check in was told they canceled my reservation beacuse they overbooked the hotel. My reservations was not canceled i had the booking...I reserved my room months in advice... their was a concert in town so they decided to sell our room for more.... guy at the desk was rude.

Check in was smooth! Chris was amazing! Our room didn't have a blow dryer. Chris got us one! Breakfast was hot and had many choices.

Refrigerator in the room did not work and requested a new unit or to move rooms. Not acknowledged. 2 requests necessary for a hair dryer. Request for housekeeping ignored.

Carpet was wine or blood stained, 3 nights and no room cleaning. Told me at ck out, that I would have had to ask if I wanted garbage, towels, or any cleaning

Two things lowered my overall score. The lumpy appearance of the bed. Looked bad but felt fine. Also- called front desk to complain about stomping above us and got no answer. Breakfast crew was great. They were very busy but we never ran out of anything.

Property didn’t allow me to have my registered SERVICE ANIMAL. But came out the next morning to find another customer walking their animal. Couldn’t get a refund to try and find another hotel, so I had to drive an hour out of my way to find somewhere for my dog to stay.

Staff was super as we had to unpack and re pack our entire business products. They were super while we were in their front entrance for the light and security. Super great experience. I am also travel agent and will highly recommend

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for a week and had a nice buffet breakfast every morning. Also a great location with a big variety of restaurants, shopping, and freeway access a block away! Thank you to all the staff for making us feel welcome and comfortable!!

Great location - easy to access West St. Cloud area with all the shopping. It has parking which is easy to access.

Overall the property wasn’t bad, along with the rooms. However, they advertised the pool and hot tub, but upon time of checking, there was a message, at the front desk, stating the hot tub was down. It would have been nice being notified of this before hand because it would have provided opportunity to prep the kids; if you are a parent I am sure you will understand. An odd thing I had experienced, not the hotels handling, but Uber drivers will not pickup there, however, Lyft will. Also, there was very minimal staff presence at the front desk. While the app used is great for getting setup, human interaction for questions of the property and area can be beneficial. After checkin, we also had a maid walk in our room after arrival, and when doing check in, we had notified no service is needed during our stay. The root of the issue is, the maid should have knocked prior to entry. She was very apologetic though. Lastly, when having continental breakfast, they only had one staff and they did not speak English. Tried explaining they were out of food and out of coffee cups, but she could not comprehend, until enough people came up and started notifying her, which while she couldn’t understand, she finally started reviewing the product needed and was able to fill both. I personally will not be continuing to use this hotel in the future, I do hope they improve based on feedback provided.

The only issue was that the breakfast was ok, but not great. warmed up French toast or pancakes are not great. they always get hard and dried out after being on the buffet. The people taking care of the breakfast were great. we would have preferred to have biscuits and gravy instead of the warmed up items.

Bed was kinda hard. Hot tube wasn't working. And breakfast was horrible. The breakfast lady didn't seem to care if there was no coffee or waffle mix.

The hotel was relatively quiet considering that it was a weekend and that there were some youth sports teams staying there. The pool is small and was usually crowded. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were very helpful. We will definitely consider staying here in the future when passing through St. Cloud.
