Excellent location, shops, bars, restaurants all on your doorstep. Lots of parking nearby. Very easy process to check in and out. The apartment is in need of a little TLC but on the whole a good stay

Lovely apartment, ideal for us as a family of 6, 2 king size beds in one bedroom and double sofa in living room. Only downside for me personally was lack of communication on the day re: access codes. This was received by WhatsApp 45mins before check in. I was panicked as the info said you would receive pre check in and codes 24hrs earlier. So we did have to call to confirm what was happening, did try about 5 different times with no answer or response to voicemail. Of the instruction stated it would be close to check in time I would not have been as stressed about arrival. Smart tv and wi-fi were a bonus with the kids. Just remember to log out of Netflix!

Was a good stay, clean and quiet with an extremely comfortable bed, within a good distance from everything. The only negative I have to say is the WiFi never worked so the TV was of no use and also couldn't pair it to the phone because neither phone would connect to the WiFi.

We were very UNHAPPY about being charged the full fifty pound damage deposit for losing the plastic door fob. Ten pounds might have been reasonable but the entire fifty was very excessive! Especially since we washed all the dishes and left everything the way we found it. MY ADVICE IS TO LEAVE THE KEY FOB IN THE LOCK BOX AND JUST USE THE CODE. The beds were three queens and a 3/4 couch when they had advertised 3 kings and a full. It was decently comfortable, however the stovetop would only cook one thing and then it overheated or something and you had to wait an hour or more to use it again. No cooking utensils, only silverware.

The hotel is in a great location and the room was clean, which I appreciated. The decor was nice. However, there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable. There were no oven gloves or tea towels provided, which was inconvenient as we did use the oven and had nothing to remove the hot tray with and nothing to dry the dishes with. Additionally, the bedroom window didn’t open, making the room uncomfortably hot. With a few small improvements, this could be a much better experience.

The hotel is in a great location and the room was clean, which I appreciated. The decor was nice. However, there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable. There were no oven gloves or tea towels provided, which was inconvenient as we did use the oven and had nothing to remove the hot tray with and nothing to dry the dishes with. Very comfortable & clean, also surprisingly quiet considering how near to central Liverpool. 2 points that let it down slightly were:- 1) Fire doors on every door, we didn't like this as felt cut off from each other. 2) TV had no digital/freeview channels so was dependant on signing into streaming apps using our own account(s). Overall was a good stay, location is excellent.

If you want a crash pad for the night then okay otherwise this place is overpriced. Rooms feel dingy. Stains on the sofa. Facilities tired and faulty - our tv was broken. Customer service is lousy. No one available on site and the phone contact number is not staffed over the weekend. It just rings out. Don’t know what you would do if you encountered issues with the door codes to access the property? I raised the tv fault via their online contact but we didn’t receive any response until after we’d departed. They won’t acknowledge this was a problem for us. Correspondence has since been ponderous and frustrating. A very disappointing stay and very poor customer experience. This place is far from ‘ EPIC ‘

Lovely apartment very clean all you could need for a home from home stay the only thing I would suggest is to have more mirrors as there was 2 bedrooms and only 1 mirror in the small bedroom and 1 in the bathroom which was very hard for 5 women to get ready when 1 was in the bathroom we had 1 mirror to use.

Communication before our stay wasn’t great, I had messaged about parking and didn’t hear anything back. I had to call on the morning of our stay to be told they send the code for apartment over at check in time, which was fine. Unfortunately to add to the disappointment I realised I had also been double charged too. It took a few days with not much communication again to get the refund sorted out. Not the best experience sadly.

The apartment was really nice and with a couple of tweaks it could have been excellent. The sofa in the lounge was very uncomfortable. We also found soar milk in the fridge and the carpet could do with a clean.

Location is great. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Cutlery and plates etc weren’t particularly clean. No hand soap. Needed to ask for new door codes three times over our three night stay. Not the best.

Room is great condition - spacious and big for everything we needed. Good location for shopping and easily accessible with lockboxes etc. In the room you can hear every single noise from outside in the corridor so not ideal if you want a good nights sleep as other guests are very rowdy - they assume because there is no staff on site they can be as loud as they want. Very noisy and difficult to fall asleep.

Room is great condition - spacious and big for everything we needed. Good location for shopping and easily accessible with lockboxes etc. In the room you can hear every single noise from outside in the corridor so not ideal if you want a good nights sleep as other guests are very rowdy - they assume because there is no staff on site they can be as loud as they want. I pre-checked via the website they sent and paid an extra fee to check in an hour early. But the door code never worked until 3 p.m., which meant I sat outside for an hour. No one answered the number listed. Be warned: This is an unstaffed “apartment”, not even close to a hotel, which may be deceiving. The apartment itself is average at best. A lot of odd features.

Lovely apartment, ideal for us as a family of 6, 2 king size beds in one bedroom and double sofa in living room. Only downside for me personally was lack of communication on the day re: access codes. This was received by WhatsApp 45mins before check in. I was panicked as the info said you would receive pre check in and codes 24hrs earlier. So we did have to call to confirm what was happening, did try about 5 different times with no answer or response to voicemail. Of the instruction stated it would be close to check in time I would not have been as stressed about arrival. Smart tv and wi-fi were a bonus with the kids. Just remember to log out of Netflix!

We had difficulty in contacting persons as when we arrived there was no key in the key box We then had an issue with the main toilet not flushing The property was outstanding and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again

If you want a crash pad for the night then okay otherwise this place is overpriced. Rooms feel dingy. Stains on the sofa. Facilities tired and faulty - our tv was broken. Customer service is lousy. No one available on site and the phone contact number is not staffed over the weekend. It just rings out. Don’t know what you would do if you encountered issues with the door codes to access the property? I raised the tv fault via their online contact but we didn’t receive any response until after we’d departed. They won’t acknowledge this was a problem for us. Correspondence has since been ponderous and frustrating. A very disappointing stay and very poor customer experience. This place is far from ‘ EPIC ‘

Very comfortable & clean, also surprisingly quiet considering how near to central Liverpool. 2 points that let it down slightly were:- 1) Fire doors on every door, we didn't like this as felt cut off from each other. 2) TV had no digital/freeview channels so was dependant on signing into streaming apps using our own account(s). Overall was a good stay, location is excellent.

The apartments are in a great location in the city centre, with a shop next door and plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity, plus a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One and on to to the Albert Docks. We paid a very reasonable price for a good sized apartment, which had a bedroom and separate living/kitchen/dining area. This looked good and stylish but on closer inspection has clearly been very well used and is a bit tired - several ripped covers on the sofa, marks on the carpet, paint worn off the skirtings etc. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had a large shower which was great, the living room only had one small sofa which was uncomfortable and not big enough for three of us to sit on so one of us to sit on a dining chair. The sofa bed was just as uncomfortable! We also couldn't use the Google TV as it was logged into someone's account. The instructions for check in were simple enough to follow although it would have been helpful to know the code needs to be into the silver keypad at the main door as we saw several people trying the wrong one (as we did!). It was it was handy to be able to get a takeaway and make our own breakfast and not noisy despite being located centrally.
